Waste of time, been here since 2001 when it was Morrison Road surgery and its going downhill ever since it gone to the resource centre. Waited for a referral letter from a counseling service only to find it was there nearly a fortnight and no one contacted me. Waited for a call of the GP that never happened, and this weeks blunder, I rang yesterday for a duplicate sick paper for the esa as they had lost mine. Told to call over after 4.30pm to collect. Went there this morning as I was unable to call yesterday and lo and behold no sick paper there, told to come back dinnertime. Ring there before I call over, just as well as one of the front desk Gestapo told me I had never rang as `she` does the papers, and I must call after 4.30pm! Overdue for a change of doctors I think.

The doctor wrote a prescription for me on Friday and by Monday it had gone missing. An hour and a half round trip for nothing. Was assured the doctor would call me the next day to sort it, but he didn't. Called them up to be told they'd reprinted it but nobody thought actually to tell me! I've been registered for less than a week- not impressed!

I joined this surgery few years ago due to most surgery's had long waiting lists prior to joining. Ive have problems with my skin for 2 + years. The doc’s didnt have a clue what to do and just treated me for scabies. After 2 unsuccessful attempts i went back again and saw a nurse who said “trust me i know everything about skin” so i came in and she said “youve got scabies, and i wont refer to you specialist because waiting list is 6 months” i ended up seeing another doc who refer me within heart beat. Now im losing my job because of my skin condition ive been diagnosed with due to waiting so long. The receptionists who they think are docs/nurses themselves need de-briefing asap. Such poor attitudes its a shame.

Been with rosedale when it was morriston Rd. Never had any reason to be unhappy with the service. Considering the crisis the NHS is in right now they are doing a brilliant job. If I just want to see a gp I've always been able to get a same day callback or appointment. They have a dedicated mental heath nurse, msc specialist and male and female gp's. Can't recommend them enough

Myself and my partner have been with Rosedale for a good few months now, they have been outstanding can't fault them at all. I put my repeat prescription in through WhatsApp and they message to let me know when they are in the chemist ready for collection. Always get an appointment when needed too

I have nothing but good words for this surgery, they have been extremely helpful from the day I joined in June 2021. After reading through all of the low reviews for this surgery I was apprehensive to join after moving to the area but I can safely say that I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. The reception team are very helpful, understanding and have a lovely attitude; the practice nurses and pharmacists are very caring and knowledgeable; repeat prescriptions get processed quickly; and there’s always someone to answer the phone and book appointments. I’d like to add onto the 1-star review that says they don’t take mental health seriously, which I believe to be entirely false as I have never had any issues requesting an appointment to discuss mental health and adjust any medications I need - I’ve only ever been met with complete professionalism, care and understanding. I’m very happy with the care received at this surgery and praise their hard work and commitment, especially during these busy, unpredictable times.

Sorry but this place is a joke. I hardly ever use the doctors for anything then when I do need them they are useless. I phone them they tell me there full 3 days I've been ringing every morning and all I am is on hold waiting. This morning ive been on hold yet again for half hour. Nobody answers there phone. Time to change my doctor's.

I moved from Cwmavon to Sandfields so I had to change surgeries, this surgery always gives me or my son an appointment if needed, I think the reception staff are lovely, as are the doctors and they are very good, especially with my 2 year old son.

Been with the surgery since 2010 I have no problems with medical staff, 9/10 drs call back, receptionist DRs and nurses at Riverside are friendly and keen to assist, the downside there are overly worked and your left on hold for a long time, you have to appreciate drs will take take first priority to emergencies. Too all 1 starts learn to EXERCISE PATIENCE.

Been trying to get through for over an hour, I've had to listen to that silly music for 1 hour, so annoying, but you know the call is very important to them isn't it. Haha yeah right.

This practice is a complete joke. Had a septic throat, phoned for an appointment to he told I have to go for a swab at a chemist. Which I did . They referred me back to the doctor as it wasn't strep A but bacterial and they could only treat that. Phoned doctors to he told go back to chemist as they will prescribe antibiotics I told them what the pharmacy said that they wouldn't prescribed unless it was strep a . To which they said sorry no appointments available today!!! I then told them it was their responsibility if I overdosed because I was in so much pain as the infection now spread to my ear and down my neck .I asked them to note that on my file I would blame them. To which they replied ok we will note and put the phone down! So basically a client tells them they can't take the pain and will take tablets and that's ok with them ! No phone back to check on my mental welfare..absolutely disgusting behaviour from a so called caring profession. Currently on the phone to try change surgeries. I wouldn't let them treat a wild mouse Wouldn't even give them 1 star but that is the minimum you have to tick to get a review up.
