I think when you’re in Bacolod this place is a must (Batchoy and Filipino fusion dishes) . But sometimes they’re inconsistent with their dishes and even their rice now is not good. 21 , please use a good quality rice.

Beware of uncooked chicken skewers. Was shocked to find last piece mostly uncooked (see pic). Glad feel ok after eating other pieces. Although they were bland and chicken pieces looked processed with fillers. Teriyaki sauce was bad. Waiter recommended skewers over other dishes I asked about. At least waiter asked manager to remove this dish from bill and gave chocolate cake free as a gesture. Glad cake was good. Pasta dish (see pic) was not good either. Shame quality of food is not better as restaurant appears to be nicely decorated and wait staff attentive.

One of the OG restaurants in Bacolod. Kinda pricey but they offer good quality food and service. My fave was their 21 Fried chicken and but this time, we tried their Chicken Teriyaki Skewers, Lechon Kawali, Honey glazed chicken, and Tinola. Some were good for sharing and some were only good for one person. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our Mother’s day celebration there. They also gave our mother a free apron and mini cake.

Seriously? Mandarin salad with chicken. But the chicken is only 3 small cubes of chicken for 210php! Seriously. Tsk tsk. Super not worth it!

Fully air conditioned place. Came to try the Batchoy — it did not disappoint. There was unique texture + the crunchy bits added ooomph! I got the regular with egg since the special with Bone Marrow was out of stock already. This very much satisfied my batchoy craving. Their tartufata pasta was also surprisingly yummy. Pasta was aldente. Flavor was on point. Chicken Dinuguan w/puto was flavorful. The acidity was well balanced. This mirienda menu is worth going back to. Got to taste the sizzling boneless chicken was also tasteful..the dishes make you want to come back and try all the other options. No wonder the place was packed. Service - 5/5 Flavour - 5/5 Must try when in Bacolod. Will definitely recommend.

This has become one of my favorite restaurants in Bacolod city. Adobo flakes (instructed chef to cook it crispy) was very delicious. 21 batchoy soup is their signature dish must try. Also had the pork chop ala Bicol express! Food is priced very reasonable for the quality your getting.

We ordered Batchoy which is our all time favorite. And their Fried Isol with gravy is also good. Other food we order sometimes are: Hamburger Oriental Salad Chicken Terriyaki Skewers with Misono Rice Spare Ribs with Java Rice & a side of Tobacco Onion which is my favorite. The Roast Beef Sandwich was really good but has been removed from their menu. AND.....their Moist Chocolate Cake is the best for dessert.

This place Rocks!! Great atmosphere(especially compared to its competition), and a 7oz Steak Tenderloin for 470 pesos ($7US). If you are American and not really feeling the Philippine Food scene, you should check this place out!

Good food, good service, ever since. Their batchoy is and has always been the number one favorite of all time. Great job in keeping the quality the same throughout the years. 21 Restaurant is one of the best restaurants in Bacolod serving comfort dishes. They are very good in ala carte and buffet. They have been serving Bacolodnons for decades and for good reason--food and service don't waver. One of my favorites for functions.

The Blue Marlin Steak was delicious yet affordable. This fine dining restaurant has a nice ambience.

BAR 21--- ah the memories. This restaurant used to be a major disco bar in the 90s but now the Aranetas and Gamboas reinvented the bar and made it into a fine dining restaurant. Good move boyz. This place is a must try if your in Bacolod. Its a blending of European American cuisine, fused with filipino and Chinese tastes. Try the famous Bar 21 -Batchoy. A hearty soup served with a mix of liver and bone marrow. Its a total negrenses culinary experience.

I tried their liver pate and it is good, too. perfectly foils the fatty utok (bone marrow) that’s swimming in the broth. Impeccable service, too. A must try when in Bacolod!

It's a pity to see that this restaurant is deteriorating fast. Today, (white?) tablecloths were visibly wrinkly, with holes, and dirt! Seriously?! The Restaurant in-charge should be sacked for allowing this. Furniture badly needs upgrading. KBL dish was bland and served in a huge bowl to show it's a huge serving, but it's basically just soup and 4 - 6 tiny pieces of pork. Too many staff but service was slow. This will definitely be the last time. 21 Restaurant used to be one of Bacolod's pride.
