Best inasal I've had! Well, to be fair I've only had Chicken Bacolod, Mang Inasal and Bacolod Chicken House prior to this visit. Regardless, their chicken were moist and seasoned just right. Chicken oil and the free crispy garlic is a nice touch. Their oysters, although small, we're sweet and fresh. Stay away from their Kansi and you'll be okay.

Lots of stalls to choose from. Mine was Aida's Manokan. Chicken is mouth-watering and tasty as well as the garlic rice. Huge serving for both.

Loved the roasted Chicken Bacolod at Aida's. There is also Cansi here, but its not as good as Sharyn's. Chicken part is quite generous. I did not need the Chicken oil at all for taste. Note that the place is not air conditioned and may be smokey -- I suggest seating close to the road side as the back where we were seated was a bit smokey as it is close to the grill/roast. The restaurant has a station where one can wash their hands, if they opt not to use the plastic gloves for "better taste".

Aida's - Service was really slow presumbaly due to peak dinner hours, but it could have been addressed with forecast planning since they have been in the business for a good number of years. Could improve more on quality assurance especially when sending out food orders to the table, one inasal was overcooked while another was still a bit raw on the inside. The isaw was dried out and the skin was a bit undercooked.

Hearing out sugestions, we tried Aida's Manokan, they say they are the best here. True indeed, their grilled chicken is juicy and tasty. I love the Chicken Oil too. I tried mixing with it rice, as what the locals do. However, orders take time, an ultimate test of patience. Place is also hot especially at noon. Vendors likewise go in and out the stores to offer their goods. They will aproach you even if your at the middle of a meal.
