I liked how KFC improved their service throigh the years. I tried in this branch their drive thru and was impressed by the fast service. I was further impressed that i no longer have to worry about leaking gravy and drinks because they now have a heat-sealed cup and bowl. That's the kind of innovation in terms of service that I am looking for. Not to mention that this branch used to be my favorite because it has wonderful view of the provincial lagoon before. I will soon try their new shake flavors and their sundae.
