I would like to share and commend honest staff of this hotel.my wallet pop up in my pocket as i was on the smoking area of the hotel and maybe fell out on the floor or on the chair.as i stood up i never notice that i have no wallet any more on my back pocket.and fortunately,a staff of this hotel got it and knock on our room and returned it to me completely. Kudos and my snappy salute to this staff! Thank you sir!you and your establishment deserves a 5 🌟~!~

We had chosen Middletown as one of 3 possible accredited hotels during Covid pandemic when coming to Bacolod as LSIs in January 2021. As this was a health protection procedure, waiting for Covid test result, the hotel is unacceptibel. The place is very dirty, the hotel itsself doesn't keep the health protocols. Photos in Internet show the hotel probably when it was new with copyright 2021. Has nothing to do with reality. This made us feel kind of being betrayed. Maybe ok if you just need a rest in downtown Bacolod for not much money. Staff is friendly and helps you if you ask them. Therefore one Star. We will definitely not come back.

The family room was spacious and clean, and the staffs are friendly. The food was good and reasonably priced. However, it took some time for the air-conditioner to work throughout the room, and the wifi was not so strong. Overall, it was a cozy and affordable place to stay in Bacolod!

When I review a hotel, I have a bit of a formula that I apply in arriving at my score. The biggest component is price vs. value. When evaluating a hotel, it is important NOT to compare a Php1,500 per night, to a Php5,000 per night. In the case of this Middle Town Inn, I found the quality of stay to be WORSE than other hotels in this price range. The issues were 1) Parking. The only designated parking is in back of the hotel, but there is no rear entrance, so you have to carry your luggage back out to the street and to the front entrance. 2) General cleanliness. The hotel is old, but is in good condition and has tremendous potential despite it's age. It would not take much effort to clean the hotel and the rooms and make it a much more pleasant stay. The staff were very kind and did their best to accommodate us, but are limited to what they can do by the hotel ownership. I give this hotel a 2 out of 5.

There's always something banging aroung midnight like gunshot sound. 3rd floor and a Hotel Trolley strolling on the hallway. It scares me. I'm paranoid during my stay. I ain't coming back here.

The hotel was old already. I was invited to be a resource person and facilitator of a training and this is their venue. For the food I will give them a rate of 3. That taste was good or acceptable but they are not systematics especially when serving 100 or more pax. The comfort room was also inconvenient since they only have one cubicle for the 2nd floor.

The staff are accommodating. I suggest that they need to improve their rooms in terms of hygiene. The curtains are extremely dirty. Blanket and towel needs to be improve.

This is a place you can do that you never try before Calle gym is a friendly gym

This experience was years ago, so I wouldn't know what it is now but still let me tell ya my experience. When we we're looking for a place to stay somewhere in bacolod this was the only available place that we is still open. My experience here is great and nice. Their wifi here is very strong and I could watch my anime that I've been waiting to watch after a long day. Not only that, my experience with their is quite good for it is comfortable and nice. Their service is also great and they have water refiling station for free if you ever need a drink. Would recommend for you to stay here if you are looking for a place to stay that is not a five star hotel and just need someplace to stay at.

It's good for the price, the rooms feel like you are in an old office building.

Rooms are dusty and aircon is not cold. Aside from small, it is placed in the wrong direction. No dim lights u shud sleep lights on or in total darkness.

The location is good. In between the South Bus Terminal and SM City Mall

Cheap hotel you get what you pay for. Ok for what it is

The rooms are dark because they have a small wattage of light. The floor are dirty. And it kind of scary because it's a very old building.
