Sta. Fe resort was already renovated into near perfection. The place is so clean, there are many people maintaining the place and the pools are always free of falling leaves. There are three pools in this resort, one for the kids, another for the bigger people and lastly for the athletes (it is an olympic standard) training. There is a mini zoo inside the resort where you can find a few number of exotic animals. There is also a cafeteria where you can buy negrense delicacies and food that are authentically made from Bacolod. The resort also offers rooms for overnight stay if you can't get enough for a day and would need an extra one to fully enjoy its amenities and facilities. I highly recommend this resort for big families who wants to unwind and escape the busy city life.

pool is total 150peso(entrance 50+pool 75 other u can use 25 ticket in restaurant) but minimum order 30 pesos soft drinks. so actually total 155peso. the ticket can use only that day. pool is big so i recommend here. u can come here from downtown by st.fe jeepney. weekday 25m pool is few customer so u can relaux here.

The resort itself is already close but the big pool still operating to those have swimming class and swimmers to pratice.

Sta. Fe Resort is pretty. It has 2 pools and a lot of cottages that can house a simple barkada outing - get togethers - to big events. The ambiance is comfy and cool. It also has a mini park with animals like the Philippine Crocodile, a python, monkeys, an egret, Philippine eagle, a turtle, and lovebirds. Not too much to see yet more than enough to have fun. 😁

Poor service.called up for booking the next day.ask to prepare area and grill.grill was given dirty with ashes and water from rain.no garbage bin available.we book family room for 10 person, towel given was 3 pcs.ask for assistance .you have to wait for an hour before they fix our issues. No tel ljne to call feont desk.you have to walk to the front desk to complain or request.no wifi.tickets for pool used was not given to is upon entry.thats why when we went swimming, we have to go to the front desk to get the tickets even we already told to the lifeguard that we got the room in casa alicia ,whats good in this place is the olympic pool.

The best swimming pool in the world. What a location, so nice for a night swim and then a nice meal in their restaurant. Amazing!!! The second best swimming pool in Tuscany Italy, overlooking the olive field in the mountains. But Santa Fe, you're top notch :-)

Sta. Fe Resort was one of the best resorts for a long time. People were coming over for a short getaway to unwind. The beautiful ambiance and nice swimming pool gives a very good time to refresh yourself and family.

This place is one of the oldest resorts in Bacolod City. A nice and cozy place. A very good place to bring your family for a dip in the pool (3 swimming pools available), play in it's provided playground, view animals in its mini zoo, or stroll around and get in touch with nature.

Even better than it was many years ago. Safari pool has water slides for kids and the Olympic pool area looks even better than I remember. Only drawback is that the kiddie pool (3-4ft deep) is not used on weekdays but kids can still go to the safari pool (I think it's 3.5-4ft deep)

Ambience - 4/5 - The air is fresh, the staff are nice and friendly, the place has a beautiful ambience that makes one feel comfortable in it. Activities - 2/5 - Aside from the pool and the mini zoo, there's not much to do. It's quite hard to try and have a walk where the environment matches the ambience, as there's really not that much greenery/gardens there. The zoo is nice, having exotic and having animals that you cannot see every day, but they all look so pitiable because they are isolated from one another, and the animals themselves look like they don't have anything to do. Food - 2/5 - It's OKAY, but it could be improved Venues - 4/5 - The place is well maintained, clean, and gives what is needed. Sometimes the sound system fumbles up, but other than that, the venues are pretty good Rooms - 4/5 - The rooms are relaxing, and is properly maintained. The staff are willing to provide with anything you need, as long as it is available General - 3/5 - The place is great if you want a pool party or a seminar, this place is perfect for it. But if you want a massive outing or a place with a lot of activities, this place will most likely not suit your needs

The place & location have good ambiance BUT needs lots of maintenance & improvements. Some toilets are not flushing & dirty. Also bedrooms are smelly & dusty. The price we paid is not worth the experience we had during our 3 nights stay.

Family getaway from busy city life. Other amenities and facilities are still under construction.

Facilities are good, approachable and friendly staffs.. We rate 3 star coz we're hoping to have compensation like a free cottage if customers would go on overnight and go early to wait for the room to be vacant. Thank you!!!

One of the first resort here in bacolod packed with 3 pools that your family will surely enjoy. They are equiped with function halls, over night rooms, a little zoo w/ playground and a game stations. The price is one cheapeast here in bacolod and the staff are very friendly. Cheers

Entrance fee has increased yet there was no improvement on the facilities.Room rates have increased as well when they are did not improve anything.They go to rooms to ask for a payment for the room rent even if you are not checking out yet.This is insulting and bad customer service.This is not the right practice.The new management has to revisit policies that are customer impacting or else they will lose a lot of their used to be loyal customers.
