Food takes to long to serve. We ordered Lamb Chops but was disappointed with the food. We also ordered Lamb Loin Salpicao but the meat was a bit tough. Flavor wise, it was okay. Last order was the Osso Bucco. It was packed with flavor which is satisfying compared to the ones mentioned before.

This place is highly over rated, don't waste your money. The tables are close together and the noise from other guests is deafening. We ordered an expensive pumpkin soup which was tasteless and like water. Due to the noise we requested the mains (curry) as take out. Tiny oily portions with a vague taste of curry zero spice. I wonder with amazement why so many good reviews, one of our worst dining experiences in Bacolod

65-70% of this part of meats were bone and tendon... over cooked and hard... 700 pesos... This piece of salad for 160 pesos...wow Worthless and owner walked around our table weirdly 3 times and he seems like listening our conversation... very uncomfortable...

Love this place for their food and desserts. One of the best cafes and pastries shops in Bacolod. Cozy place and accommodating staff. Baba cake is a must try for their cakes. Even my niece in Manila will request for their cakes as pasalubong.

A very nice quaint cafe... The ambience was relaxing and calm. Food was great. I had the Big Breakfast... The salad vinaigrette was a little too sweet for my taste but other than that everything was excellent. Good service quality. Super love this place.

Staff got my order wrong, no apology, said it was my fault. Then charged me for the wrong order and the correct order.

There's a lot to love about this restaurant. Tucked away but a great find. The Shrimp 🦐 Bisque 😋 is a new favorite and a must. Ossobuco is delicious. I will be going here every time I'm in Bacolod City!

Never fails to please my palate everytime i come here.

A tiny cafe with a wide selection of international cuisine. Kinda pricey but the serving is generous. Tried their Salpicao, Tandoori Chicken, and Osso Bucco. Loved the presentation and seasoning. They also have function room for birthdays and other occasions. Will definitely drop by next time to try more of their food.

I've been there a couple of times. I like the ambiance because it feels intimate. Food - 💯 Excellent, I can't even recommend one because they all taste great. The crew were very accomodating and friendly. And I like the fact that the place is not crowded. Very good to dine in with your family, friends or your special someone.

Great food, homey atmosphere, friendly staff and conveniently located near the Hometown Hotel. All day breakfast is offered. Air conditioning is solid too. Wi-Fi was hassle free.

Comfort food. Tradition. These are what come to mind when I visit Bascon Cafe. There was a time when I would literally eat here with family almost everyday and Mr Bascon would still visit the restaurant from time to time. He would ask how we are and give my youngest a candy bar. He connects with customers and this makes tou feel valued. He's old now and times have changed. Hope though that service and quality food aren't forgotten in the restaurant. The crew has to be reminded of what the Bascon stands for in the performance of their jobs.

Many choices of food and taste great! The place is also nice but it can only avail limited guest, so its first come first serve or you got to reserve a table earlier. Has a parking lot at the back too.

Good small place. It means not really good for groups cos easy to find it busy. Food is great. Price also very good if comparated to the quality. I ll be happy to be there again soon. Their beef salpicao has almost similar taste with the city best beef salpicao, but with cheaper price. Their foods are good, especially if you will consider the price. It's cheap and tasty.

Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Bascon, a true Bacolod institution which my friends have been raving about and it didn't disappoint. Had their allo oglio pasta as well as the bangus and their other specialties like the chicken relleno which my family enjoyed. Although the place in itself looks tired and in dire need of an update, we surely had a great time still. Highly recommended. We were stuffed to the brim.so we didn't have any space for their desserts but there's always a next time!

Throughout the years, the quality of their food has never disappointed me. In fact, they are always improving.

Quaint place, good food .. three or 4 signature dishes ... Lamb is what they have best. Make sure u ask to cook one degree before as medium request sometimes comes out as medium well. Have function room for 18 adult .to have your own private party . Best to book ahead and car pool to the place as limited parking space ... If you have dinner early can can still catch the movie at citimall and hence park your car at underground parking of citimall
