The taste and quality of the food has deteriorated greatly. Our old favorite LTO (liver-tomatoes-onions) used to be tender and luscious. The order served to us was too dark (?overcooked), bitter, and the liver was too tough to bite into. The BTO (beef-tomatoes-onions) in hummus tasted simply like our kasambahay’s picadillo dish at home. The butter in the basmati rice tastes too much like margarine. Probably will not come back anymore, sadly. Hope the owner takes notice and makes an effort to screen the quality of what comes out of their kitchen. PS please invest in a better blender. The yogurt and fruit shakes are difficult to sip because the ice chips keep clogging up the straws

The food was great at a fair price. We ordered the beef kebab and BTO and they were both delicious. A friend recommended the ox tongue but it wasn't available when we went there. Customer service was good, but the air-conditioning wasn't working well so it was hot inside.

The quality of the food is inconsistent, sometimes satisfactory and at other times subpar. Additionally, they substitute cheaper margarine for butter. Certain menu items are consistently unavailable, regardless of how many times you visit the restaurant. It is evident that the restaurant possesses the capability to offer high-quality food, but it is poorly managed and lacks a strong commitment to maintaining quality and providing good service.

With a clean dining area, clean bathrooms with bidet, open until very very late at night, and everybody so kind there is little to hate about this place. 1 shawarma meal will set you back P320 and it has heaps of basmati rice and a fat knob of butter on top that easily feeds 2. It’s probably the best late night haunt period.

Love their kebab! Let's of choices if you want light or heavy mean. Best of all their open til early morning for that later Nights extra "gutom " Friendly staff too

Have been dining at Metrowalk and Winston St once a month but seems that they only offer Basmati rice everytime even though Jasmine is an option.

I ordered their Chelo Kubideh (beef & chicken) and it was too dry and felt it wasn't worth Php280. It was still edible but not really happy with it. I've tasted a lot of kebabs and this was definitely at the low end of quality. However, the worst experience was the Chelo Morgh, which is supposed to be stewed chicken with saffron, rice and tomatoes. However, after 30-40mins, it still wasn't served and it appears that they forgot to cook it. Instead of admitting it, the servers instead just hurriedly tried to come up with something and said it will be ready in 5 mins. Indeed, they served something but looked nothing we expected. It was like boiled chicken or Hainanese chicken. We asked them if it was really supposed to look like this and they said yes. Obviously frustrated, I googled what a Chelo Morgh was looks like and indeed, I felt we were ripped off. There wasn't also any tomatoes, which is a basic thing. I raised this issue and they gave the option of cancelling the order, which we did. Nevertheless, we were already hungry as it was lunch time and it wasn't a good experience being tricked like that. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EAT AT A BEHROUZ RESTO

Obviously, Food safety and sanitation is not a common practice here. Found a metal shard in one of the kebabs that i ordered.
