As good as a Frozen pizza. Sourced bread, canned toppings, flavoured drinks, oily potatoes. A fast food experience. You will definitely feel grumpy after eating it. And you pay the price just because it's famous.

We had our late lunch here, I must say it is worth the queue. Pets aren’t allowed inside but you can leave them at the reception area. Some staff are nice and there are not. But we received good service and there is no additional service fee. We had their best seller Lasagna, Pork Ribs which is very tender, Combo B which is a set of a Buffalo Wing, Spaghetti, Fries and a slice of pizza. We also tried the Special Iced Grumpy Latte, Hot Chocolate, Salted Caramel Latte And of course Grumpy Joe’s Pizza (super super good!) Food is great, yet so affordable. Definitely a must try restaurant whenever you’re in Baguio.

As always, the food and beverages were delicious, reasonably priced, and ample. This place also has a relaxing ambiance. When we pay the bill, though, please provide us with an official receipt because we didn't receive any.

One of our favorite restaurants! Been dining here since college, when they were still at their first location. The food is great. I recommend their pasta, especially the spicy seafood pesto. We always get their garlic shrimp pizza and their buffalo wings. A must try! This restaurant is always crowded so you need to have a lot of patience.

They have good food and they serve them in big portions too! Price ng food is in mid-range. As for the place, it's nice, medyo sosyal... pero mainit and you can really hear and feel everything that's happening in the kitchen. It's not bothersome for most people, pero medyo napapansin ko lang siguro. So ito na nga.... yung mga waiters they seem not to care if you're asking for the items that should be part of the food they serve (i.e. serving spoons, condiments). We struggle to get their attention kahit na alam naming nakita nila na tinawag na namin sila, raised our hands, made eye contact, etc.

Just missed 4 **** just because: . I couldn’t eat their seafood marinara. It tasted more like sweet pasta. Ate their Caesars salad and honey chicken wings/ chicken pieces. . They don’t serve alcohol (maybe because it was a family restaurant. . Cash is the only choice if payment . Non mobile /guest on wheels will have to negotiate a flight of several steps to get to restaurant level. No ramps in sight. .It’s a come first served , therefore for the waiting customers they are signed in, and seated under a shaded waiting area till called out their turn. There is a 2 hr time table limit on busy times Service is quick and prompt. Service friendly and courteous. .one toilet is accessible to over 80 people at anyone time shared by all the different genders . . Would I be back? I would say , it was an experience

A bit disappointed. The food was okay but service was bad. Some of the servers/staff were rude, not all though. It seemed like they were not willing to help you out. Lastly, I hate it when they always say - "It has an extra charge", when you ask for something in a rude tone. Will be trying Grumpy Joe again but maybe in another location/branch. Food is so so. Nothing special, it tastes the same we have in Manila. Not worth it to wait for parking, we have to roam around somewhere since there is very limited parking space. Once parked, I need to re-park my car as the car behind needs to leave. Service? So hard to get the attention of servers. They have queue and do not implement priority lane for PWD/SC which should have. Lastly, it is hot inside.

Feels like home and it was even made enjoyable by great tasting food and a whole bunch of dedicated employees. My best food for me here is the aloha 5 cheese. Just be prepared to wait patiently to be seated and they have only one restroom.So, be prepared to sacrifice a little bit of incovenience for a taste of good food.

The place is simply amazing. Their pizza really tastes good. Prices are very reasonable. The service is excellent though orders came with interval of more than 3 minutes. They should improve this.

I always go to Grumpy Joe’s when we visit Baguio. It’s my first time to try and see their new location. I loved the cozy ambiance. They have interesting light fixtures. The place was bright and airy. The food was phenomenal as always! I think my favorite was the spinach truffle pizza. The chicken wings was worth remembering too! The seafood pesto was a tad bit too spicy for me.

Pizza selection was awesome, enjoyed the new spinach dip variation. The pasta and drinks were also flavorful, definitely worth the price and hype it receives online. Come here early if you don't want to fall in line.

Family friendly with lots of comfort food options like pizza fried chicken, pasta, and various salads that parents and kids alike will enjoy. It is definitely a family get-together place but can still be enjoyed on a date night. The place is popular and often crowded. Be willing to wait for a table and for the adults out there recognize that alcohol is not served but delicious food is.

Entered hungry and left grumpy! Yes, Grumpy Joe made me grumpy. 1. The line and waiting were expected and got there during dead hours. We were asked to wait for our names to be called. Lesson learned: monitor the queue and make sure your name is called or else customers who came in after you will be seated first. (I forgive this) 2. Food was great especially the 5 cheese pizza. Generous servings were also observed. Got interrupted to move vehicle when I was about to eat (understandable) 3. There are notices around the place that they only accept cash and bank transfers (imagine, for a famous and growing restaurant not just in the city but in the region as well, they don’t have a POS) I paid using bank transfer - sounds easy. No, it wasn’t. Lesson learned: make sure the staff takes a photo or takes note of the reference number of the online transaction. Even if your phone doesn’t receive notification of the transaction (maybe because mobile bank setting only notifies big amounts). Better yet, pay with cash. After service was a waste of time and emotional intelligence. 4. It was also hot inside and there were lots of mosquitoes.🤷‍♀️

Food is great and ambiance is good. There is a long queue in dining in, but it is very organized. There is a parking for customers but sometimes it's not enough due to a lot of diners going in the restaurant. Comfort room is clean.

I thought I would have to wait long so arrived at 2pm even though my friends and I planned to meet at 4pm. Good thing my table was ready at 2:30, unfortunately my friends haven't arrived yet. Thankfully when they arrived, our table was ready for us. The food is always great, they have a very good sunset view which I really love. Also If you plan to go there and got stock with waiting in line. Please bring a jacket 🧥, its windy and cold out there.

Long customer queue is worth the wait. One of the best restaurant to eat in Baguio City. I super love the aloha 5 cheese pizza and spicy seafood pesto! It has a cozy and good ambiance. Staff are very sensitive on the customer's needs, they are very accommodating. A 10/10 rate.

100/10 rating for this restaurant. Amazing good food. The serving per order will definitely make you super full for the entire day I swear. Super yummy, all the food that we ordered is amazing. I believe everyone visiting Baguio should try this. Not just the food is amazing but the place and ambiance of the place as well is super amazing. No words. Won’t stop coming back to this place and try their other menu.

First time eating at Grumpy Joe and it did not disappoint. Food is served fast and hot. Serving is generous too. Seafood pasta is great. Fried chicken a little bland for my taste and could use a little more seasoning but if it is paired with gravy then its good. Overall awesome experience.

Food- average, in general little bit bland, I guess better that way than salty. Ordered 2 in 1 pizza (Grumpy and Spinach). Carbonara (needed to order extra Parmesan and salt). Fried Chicken combo meal A(serving was generous good for kids). Chicken wings (nothing special). Coleslaw salad (best among all the dishes) Recommended: Spinach pizza and coleslaw Service: Staffs were accommodating and courteous Atmosphere: Gives you homey feel. Given 5 star Comfort Room: they need to add atleast one more as the line tends to get long when it’s peak time. Also the soap is almost water already ✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼

There was a queue and it was crowded when we visited. The staff were nice and attentive. Great place for groups and even just for couples. They serve yummy foods in big servings at affordable prices. I also love their pistachio cheese cake!
