Lovely hotel with restaurant and outside seating. The breakfast was amazing not just for the food but also the area we sat with the beautiful views. Service was excellent. The room was lovely and clean with everything you needed. The location was ok although on the outskirts of the main city it was only a short walk to get a jeepney in.

Visited this hotel on a beautiful sunny Sunday. I saw their post for their pizza and pasta buffet promo so, off we went to give it a try. The hotel is located at Outlook Drive, just off Baguio Country Club. In fact, their frontage (and their cafe and buffet dining areas) have an awesome view of the golf course. Their "merienda" buffet starts at 1pm, but we were there as early as 12nn since we read in other reviews that there is always a line to get in. Thankfully, we were only 4th in line (after a group of 8, 20 and 17!). We got the last table overlooking the golf course. There are also tables set up inside their conference room. By the looks of it, there must have been at least 300 pax that day. On to their pizza and pasta buffet. Their salads were quite good. The fresh greens had a nice light dressing, and the macaroni and potato salads were equally delicious. Then it goes downhill from there. Their pizza was passable. Good variety, but they were a bit underdone. The only condiment available was hot sauce. No pepper (or maybe the wait staff was just lazy to ask the kitchen). The pasta was underwhelming. The white sauce was bland. The red sauce - watery with almost no meat in it. The pasta - soggy and broken-up. Their fries were ok though. Chicken was a bit over-fried (dry), but passable nonetheless. For dessert, they had avocado soft-serve for P10/cup, and Mais con Hielo at P25/bowl. Both were good. Brewed coffee was also good. Overall, worth a visit, while they are on promo pricing.

Unli pasta, chicken, and pizza. The price is reasonable and the food was not that bad. The carbonara was creamy, the pizza tastes fine, the salad was good however should have removed more water, the juice was bland for my 3rd refill, the chicken was dry, the fries was just okay. The overall service for the food was good, however the cleanliness is not well observed specially for stacked plates and dirty dining area.

The hotel's okay, accommodating staff, but the 2nd floor buffet is somewhat crowded when we went there. Staff is not ready for the crowd. Food is flat. Not recommend. There are better buffets where you can enjoy eating. The ambiance is okay, but the management is not good. They were lacking food, its like we were having a fight for food, which wasn't even tasty. exaggerated comment, just for fun. Imagine a lot of people waiting for the food to be placed on the table, especially the fried chicken, and most of the people stood up just to have a bite of that chicken 🀣🀣 . We just laughed it off. Hopefully, this won't happen again.

We went for the unli pizza, pasta, and chicken buffet for 252 pesos per person, and the food was great! I'm not really fond of pasta, so I went for chicken, pizza, and fries instead. There's also unli brewed coffee, which was nice. I can't give 5 stars yet cause I didn't stay in any of the rooms. The soft ice cream was 10 pesos per cup.

Food is really good, I recommend the All Meat Pizza and their Ube Ensaymada, I just don't like that the service is slow a bit slow, but overall the food is really great and the location is a nice place to relax.

Due to negative reviews in the past, we were hesitant to try their unlimited pizza, pasta, chicken, and fries buffet, but thankfully, we were satisfied with our experience. The foods were delicious, especially the pizza. The chafing dishes were quickly replenished with food. We only had a problem with our entrance since the entry was strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, which was disorganized. We arrived at 11 a.m. to be first in line, but one staff informed us that we would only be allowed to go up at 12:50, so we waited in the lobby. By the time we went up at 12:50, there were already many people in line. We were frustrated because these people arrived later than us and were allowed to go up while we were not. Also, the food service attendant and other waitstaff were already shouting and appeared stressed due to the influx of customers. Therefore, allowing advance reservations for their Eat All You Can Pizza, Pasta, Chicken & Fries Buffet would be preferable rather than only accepting walk-ins.

Pros: Well-accommodating front staff Spacious room and bath Air conditioned Breakfast at penthouse with great view Cons: They don’t bill straight to dollars/other currencies(cases) Quite pricey No fool-proof PA/telephone in the room, you have to use Viber instead No carpet for the price you paid They have other countries standards on electrical outlets, there were plenty in the room but only one we found that matches our gadgets, dumb idea! With the money I spent here during my stay isn’t so worth it compare to the ones at Camp John Hay hotels.

Visited the place for their Valentine's dinner buffet. The food was delightful. It was worth the price.

To be honest, I havent tried the rooms. The time we visited was to eat at the buffet area. Another hidden gem in the City of Baguio. The spread may be little but at least you get the best of their dishes for the price of 252 pesos only. They have vegetable salad, potato salad, macaroni salad, baked fries, fried chicken with delicious gravy, spaghetti in red and white sauce, pansit and pizza. U nlimited coffee and juice 😊 the staff are very approachable 😊 definitely a place to go if you want good food which is affordable.

Went for the merienda buffet. Great atmosphere and the buffet is worth it if even just for the pizza 😁. Nice that they bring out different toppings options and have both red and Alfredo sauce for the pasta.

Visited late 2022 and just tried the breakfast buffet. We arrived in Baguio before 7 and this is one of the few breakfast spots open early. Our friend picked us up from the bus station and parking in the hotel basement was easy. The lobby was impressive and after having come from a long bus ride, we were happy to freshen up in their well-appointed restrooms. Food at the buffet was fairly good but we felt it was about 15-20% overpriced for the selection. Not sure if they've adjusted the price or beefed up their spread since then. If you're a checked-in guest and you get this as your complimentary breakfast, it's not a bad deal at all, but I wouldn't go back there just for the breakfast buffet. The merienda buffet seems like a much better deal plus you get a better view from the balcony so I'd like to come back for that. Hopefully that will deserve 4-5 stars. The hotel is in a good location, fairly central but in a quieter part of Baguio.

Eat all you can available in different floors, with different themes and time. Explore and enjoy your company or alone time dining and drinking in this place. We'll definitely be back for the margarita πŸ€ͺ

We went here for their eat all you can pizza and pasta, etc and it was a disaster. The quality and flavour was poor. Their potato fries were soggy and so oily. It makes me wonder if some of it were just recycled from the leftover from yesterday's food. Salad. Most of the lettuce were wilted which gave the salad a funny taste. Spaghetti pasta. I guess they used the lowest quality of pasta out there. It has a different smell and taste. Spaghetti sauce. Again, it tasted awful. It would have been nice naman sana that if they had decided to use the cheapest pasta sana nman bumawi ng konti sa taste ng sauce pra complement πŸ˜‰. The mushroom soup tasted good naman. Pizza. They served 3 kinds of pizza. Of all the food served that day, I'm gonna have to say that their pizza was not bad. Though their crust was really thin, they tasted good. That being said, they were slow to refill the pizza bar. The drinks were ok. A bit bland but ok na rin. Their ketchup sauce. It doesnt taSte like ketchup at all. My first time to taste such ketchup. Overall, I would have to say that there are many eat all u can around baguio that serves better food with almost the same price, if not just add a little bit more to have your money's worth.

Nice location only if the traffic in Baguio improves. Place is spankingly new and so far well maintained, worth mentioning that parking is not a problem, so far. Service is very good, prompt and courteous. The room is well-lit, comfortable and spacious. Comfortable bed, beddings and quiet room despite the busy street just a few meters away. The only thing is that a big room at that only has one electrical outlet, already in use for the TV. Not much room to charge your gadgets. I think they are aware of this limitation as they are ready to lend you an extension cord for that. Food is good though though the set up, utensils and flow still needs refinement and improvement. Overall, a good place to stay in Baguio.

Amazing hotel. You'd be surprised how great-tasting yet very affordable buffet meals. The hotel's ambience has maintained its elegance yet homely vibe. Very strategically located with great views of the Baguio Country Club golf course. Will seriously consider coming back here on oir next trip to Baguio. Too bad it was raining when we were there, but hey, the weather is something you can't control.
