It was my first going to Baguio with my husband and we are so amazed about the view from our balcony.

I have attended several functions at this hotel. The space is more than adequate, location is great and the facilities, though starting to age, is still ok. Function tooms are airy and well lit. The worst thing i can think of about the place is the horrible wanna be Chinese food served at the functions. Too much flour (as extenders) and sugar on most savory dishes can be a huge turn off. Its hard to back for seconds, which may or may not be their goal,.hence the food.

the worst hotel ever! Manager in charge and front desk clerk doesn't show care, attention and importance to guests! The OM is of course on holidays, too, since it was a holiday! rooms arent at their top condition! and yes we took the most expensive! We have to call their attention to every simple item that are supposed to have been taken care of. Staff are ill-mannered! The nicer ones are the housekeeping staff and security guards. If you have '"0" that's what i will rate them. For prospective guests, do your homework, check the reviews first - and most are NEGATIVE!

Very spacious, smart tv, clean and very helpful staff and guards. I hope they provide foot rugs inside the bathroom because the floor is so cold. They have free breakfast depending on the room you booked. We have our free breakfast at their cafe and the breakfast is not good we don't like it. We ordered daing na bangus and longganisa. Their daing na bangus is just a baby bangus, longganisa is not worth a try.

The Hotel is okay. The restaurant beside it is not. Waiting time for food is 45 mins to 1 hour plus. I would rather order take out than eat there.

There is a rainy day promo when I went here with my family. The hotel itself is aesthetically pleasing. The rooms are classy. The food is so good and affordable. P.S. they have a good wifi especially in the dining and reception area. Room wifi is not that good.

Their rates are quite cheap. The rooms were okay, nothing too special. What I meant was you can find all the things that are to be expected from a hotel. Though, I have four commemts: (1) We can hear the karaoke downstairs from our room which is at the second floor; (2) We requested for 4 towels and the staff gave us 8 super small ones which is the size of half the usual size of normal ones; (3) the lights in the room were a bit dim and weren't able to make the room well lit; and (4) their food at the restaurant was okay and has a relatively large serving for a low price.

Room service was fast. Cozy rooms. Great bathroom. Though the water was sometimes not strong enough to properly use the bidet, which is the only inconvenience there. But still, great view.

Most of the 'creature comforts' in our room weren't working properly, i.e. shower (hot/cold water mixer spoilt), refrigerator (not working for first couple of days), TV (bad reception), pass key to enter room (kept having to get front desk to re-set), no WiFi (although supposed to have), power points (all shaky, we had to prop whatever we plugged in with other items, so that the plug wouldn't drop away). The only things we don't have complaints about our room are the beds and the view!

Great experienced and their staff are really attentive and accommodating. They always greet and you will see the genuine smile on their face. The rooms are very clean. The food are excellent and their food rates are awsome. Definitely very affordable. My family and friends always see to it to stay in Pines View Hotel when we visit baguio. To all my relatives, friends and colleagues, please try to visit Pines View Hotel at Legarda. Again, a satisfied customer in Angeles City, Pampanga. More power to ur company.
