BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL DON'T BE A VICTIM. We booked for a SUITE room, what was given to us is a "SWEAT" room. SO ISOLATED, NO WINDOW VIEW, NO VERANDA OR TERRACE, VERY VERY HOT ROOM, NO AIR CON. WE CAN'T FEEL WE ARE IN BAGUIO. IT WAS AN ATTIC ROOM LIKE A TRASH SO DARK and JUST 3 HIGH SMALL WINDOWS. COMPLAINED TO FRONT DESK, NEGATIVE, THEY GAVE US A VERY NOISY ELECTRIC FAN WHICH DIDN'T HELP. THE SHOWER ROOM IS SO DIRTY WITH MOLDS AND MILDEW. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE GUEST COMFORT. VERY MUCH HATE THIS HOTEL WILL NEVER BE BACK AGAIN. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES, RELATIVES and FRIENDS, AS WELL AS TO PUBLIC. I WOULD RATHER BE BACK AND RECOMMEND PARAGON SUITES AND HOTEL, ROOMS ARE SO SPACIOUS, WITH AIR CONDITION AND LARGE FLAT SCREEN TVs and THE STAFF ARE SO ACCOMMODATING.

Rooms are great but the absence of A/C specially during warm season will definitely be a problem. Enough Parking spaces. No designated smoking area for guest. The breakfast buffet is just average in terms of variety and taste. Recommended for Ber Months to early part of March. But not during Summer cause their rooms doesn't have any AC Unit to cool the room.

The place is a hit or miss. The building exterior is awesome and the parking space is not big enough but not too many guests during our stay. The staff are welcoming and polite so polite they’ll even halt walking, put their right hand on their chest, a fake smile and bow down to greet you(guests). Too polite in my opinion is no longer relevant this day and age. Here comes the negative part, the rooms are on the small side, there’s a note on the counter stating how they’re understaffed but a mold and stain behind the curtain and the bathroom isn’t a product of being understaffed since typhoon Egay it’s negligence on the housekeeping part.

Thank you Azalea for taking notes of my review hope to visit your hotel again. The problem that we encountered in this hotel was the cleanliness of the room. Their electric pot was so dirty 🥲 and the kitchen inside the room smells bad 🥲 They need to improve the cleanliness of their facilities.

Booked here August 2022. Room has a nice view. There's a working kitchen. Staff are polite. DID NOT SLEEP WELL. Called frontdesk about midnight because another room is so noisy you can hear their laughter and conversation- not the acceptable level, but really loud. I blame the hotel's soundproofing. 2 stars for the room because of the Smart TV with Netflix. Not sure if they did anythinf about it because until about 2am, they were still noisy. Kuya J has replaced the old resto. We had lunch when we checked in and service is good. Come dinner, the place is a mess. Our order took around 2 hours and they didn''t serve the dishes at the same time. I expected something better for breakfast but food was cold. Not coming back.

Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. The rooms were all nice except there were rooms that had faulty televisions and internet. Some bathrooms had faulty hot water access too. But the service was good since you can easily ask help from the front desk. I would definitely stay here again if I went back to Baguio.

Had an amazing stay at this lovely hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to Mine’s view, The Mansion, Botanical garden, and Teachers champ. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet they offered. Overall, I highly recommend Azalea hotel for anyone visiting Baguio city. I can't wait to return!

One of the best places to stay in Baguio. + Clean rooms + complete toiletries + good breakfast buffet — wifi was slow — I was just hoping that the electric fans are readily available, rather than calling to request for it. — Housekeeping takes time to act upon requests, not just once but all the time.

The place looked like and was themed to resemble a cabin. Overall, the staying experience was just so-so. The rooms were nice, the venue is a little accessible, the services are okay, but nothing exceptional to make it stand out compared to other hotels. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet, but is mainly limited to filipino dishes like adobo, tuyo, longganisa, etc. As someone who prefers a continental breakfast, you wont be able to find it here. Overall, I didnt have any issues with my stay here. Just really lacked something exceptional to make it quite memorable. It could be possible that it’s not just really suited for me since the demographic are for large families. Solid 4 out of 5 stars for this place

The two bedroom stay was a great layout. However, there was a terrible stench coming from the bathroom vent on the floor. The open concept of the hotel bounces off a lot of noise. Kuya Js food was very good except for the free breakfast which was average.

We got the 2 bedroom suite and it was super worth it. Has a fully functioning kitchen and you can request other appliances (rice cooker, iron etc.). The breakfast buffet was so-so, good hot chocolate, though.

The hotel's exterior is impressive, but the rooms don't meet the expected standard. It is not airconditioned and the ventilation is poor. There is a balcony facing a wall and won't be able tonuse due to loud noises from neighboring air conditioning units and ongoing events. Additionally, the ceiling fan is poorly maintained and produces an irritating sound. The lighting is gloomy, and opening the balcony compromises privacy due to its proximity to another building. The breakfast buffet is nothing special and the food are not warm enough. It was a disappointing experience, and I didn't feel like being in Baguio at all. On a positive note, the staff was kind and helpful.

The hotel was clean and nice. The room we had was very spacious with a balcony. They serve a very good buffet breakfast. I loved it.

One of the best hotels we found in agoda. We booked a deluxe room with balcony and the view is amazing. The service from the employees are professional and the location is very close to Good Shepard, Burnham park, and SM Baguio. The only downside is the wifi is not that fast (it’s okay to scroll in social media platforms but it is still kinda slow) and the service from the phone is not that high as well. The tv or television itself is slow as well when we tried opening Netflix or Youtube.

Very nice hotel, the staff is very helpful and the corridors are well cleaned. The breakfast buffet is from Kuya Js, which is also fine. Good location along Leonard Wood loop.

My recent stay at Azalea Hotels & Residences Baguio was an absolute delight. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I knew I was in for a memorable experience. The location of Azalea Hotels & Residences Baguio is ideal, nestled in the heart of Baguio City. It provided easy access to popular attractions, allowing me to explore the beauty of the city with great convenience.

We spent one night here with family. Place is good, maybe just to buy some new furniture, sofa in our room was falling apart 🤭 But never mind... stuff is super helpful and kind, always smiling and greeting us. Thank you and hopefully see you again

The room is huge, beds are nice to sleep in, location is good too, however, bathroom is small, toilet is not working properly we had to draw water from the shower using the trash bins to flush the toilet, it’s also leaking from behind so the bathroom is soaking wet all the time. Noise from outside is also disturbing. The experience is not a relaxing one. Front desk should’ve checked all facilities if working before assigning room to clients. We traveled from manila in d middle of d night, we were hoping to have a good rest when we arrived but to no avail. We found out about the toilet situation late in d afternoon so we had no choice but to deal with it. Hotel manager promised to TRY to make it up to us, so let’s see. Will review again later.

My husband and I stayed here almost a month ago to celebrate my birthday. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. TV and internet was working fine. Kitchen is complete with refrigator microwave, electric kettle, built in hob, plates and utensils. The toilet and bath is ok. The only thing I notice is that they don't use air freshner or scent diffuser so the hotel doesn't have any distinctive smell. It is clean but you can not smell any fragrance even the bed sheets and pillows do not have a scent. I know we are in Baguio so it is expected that the mall and restos don't use aircondition so I'm not surprise that our room does not have one. The staff were quick to respond to all our request from extra fan to lighter for my birthday candle. Everyone seems nice and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

The staff was really nice and accommodating. The room can get a little more improvement, maybe a little Bathroom renovation but other than that the place is really amazing. The location was a little hidden for a tourist but it has a really nice mountain breeze to it

Pros: no frills hotel, location is terrific, close to popular tourist destinations, easy to commute, rooms are spacious with sofa bed and kitchen Cons: not enough space in the dining for breakfast, no elevator going to the lobby from the parking area

I have a membership for Azalea hotels, and the azalea here at Baguio is nice but it is very hard to get into. The place is hidden and the road going to the hotel itself is a narrow road. But besides that, my actual stay was very nice. It is like puttingthe forest of baguio in a hotel room because of the atmosphere of the hotel.

Giving this place a 2 star instead of 1 because of the housekeeping staff and bell boy who helped us during our stay and the NYE party was nice. It had a 5 minute fireworks show. We drove 4-5hrs just to get to Baguio — of course, we were all tired and when we checked-in we were welcomed with frowned faces/rude front desk clerks. Special shoutout kay APRIL napakasungit and unaccommodating na front office associate (Buti pa sila kuya guard/bellboy) We booked a 2 bedroom center apartment on Dec 29-31 (these were the only dates available for that room) then booked another different room on the 31st. We were asking April if it would be possible to just stay in the same room for the rest of the stay instead of transferring, it was no problem when she said no but this front desk associate was so unfriendly and rude. — when we were asking for help to move our bed she said ‘anong gagawin sa bed?’ We even asked for an extra key card cause they just gave us 2 while we were 6 pax. No reason given they just said they can’t give us an extra one would’ve been understandable if they said they were short on keycards. Another one was the noise it was awful we could hear people from the restaurant laughing in the middle of the night and had to call the front desk just to ask them to quiet down. Breakfast was not good as well. I asked the staff where were the utensils and he had to ask another server to ask me what I wanted. Damn, simple utensils di pa alam kung ano? Grabe naman. We stayed for 4 days and 3 night and was only refilled water once and we were charged on the last day cause we asked for more. Paid 43k for this kind of service. Never again at this place, what a waste of money.

We stayed here from June 25 to June 27, 2022. -The room that was given to us was probably the worst room that they have. (Room 210/2nd floor/Corner Room). Since one of the windows of our room is facing the entrance of the hotel, you can hear the noise from the hotel lobby/receiving area. You can hear people laughing and children shouting. It's distracting and annoying. It's a good thing that we spent almost the whole day outside and only return at night. The price we paid is really not worth the room that we got.⭐⭐ -The room is also a dead spot, I have to put my phone in a higher place just to get a signal. On our 2nd day of stay, they have no wifi connection and was only restored on the next day. ⭐⭐ -The breakfast area does not have enough tables and chairs to accommodate all the guest. Some had to use the adjacent conference room to eat their breakfast. It feels like they are attending a seminar. 😂 The breakfast food is not good. On our 2nd and 3rd day we just decided to have our breakfast at Patch Cafe (Great food/20minutes walk from Azalea).⭐⭐ -The location of the hotel is good since some of the tourist destinations and must-try restaurants can be reached by foot. It's also nearj the highway so commuting to other destinations is not a problem.⭐⭐⭐⭐ -The staff are friendly and will greet you once they see you. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

OK hotel. Bathroom run down. The room was fine. Staff were nice. Free breakfast but not great for Westerners. I left early but didn't get a refund for the two nights I didn't stay.

Stayed at this hotel for four days. The noise level was unsettling, we had trouble sleeping as noises from the hallway and people entering their rooms could be heard from inside ours. Even as late as 11 pm laughters and screaming could be heard. Not to mention the noise coming from the nearby construction area. The complementary breakfast was extremely disappointing. The food was served cold and was not actively refilled. The taste was also unsatisfactory, either bland or too salty. Thought that may just be a one time issue but this persisted for the whole four day breakfast we had there. The staff was polite but not very accommodating. I requested for teabags at night and was told that they would get back to me regarding the additional charge for those but never got a call back. I find it unusual to not have those included in the room in the first place, not even coffee sachets. Come checkout time I was shocked to have been charged 200 pesos per towel for having a tiny drop of blood on them. Had I known about this I would have taken out the blood and washed the towel myself, it couldn’t have taken more than a minute to remove the stain. The only star it is deserving of is due to the receptionists who were easy to talk to and allowed us to leave our luggage with not much trouble.

Liked the place and the staff. We did miss the turn to get one the food for it but once we did it was easy. Tucked away from the main street was nice and the food was good too. Clean and quiet.

Clean and well ventilated room. The restaurant on the ground floor serves reasonably priced food but you can cook your own food as there are available cookwares and small kitchen in the room.

All of their staff are very courteous & friendly. Rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast is great, especially the hot chocolate. I also love the ambience, the views from the hotel, the easy parking.

Wonderful hotel that accommodated my large group. Beds were really comfy and rooms were spacious. Our deluxe room was great with a view of the city. Only downside was that there was a bit of a drainage smell unsure where it was coming from in the room-didnt complain as we only stayed one night.

Very disappointed! Last month we booked for 2 (3 Bedroom) and 1 Superior Room for three days and was surprised when they gave the rooms full of mosquitos, filthy rooms and wardrobes (with videos and photo as proof). Service is appalling, staff members with lack of empathy. We asked for their Manager so we can raise a Complaint but was advised he’s unavailable which is totally unacceptable and lack of ownership. After waiting for over an hour they gave us another room but with the same filthy room. Found out that they have limited staff and lack of vacuum for cleaning which surprised us. We decided to booked here for family vacation since we received satisfactory service last 2019, unfortunately didn’t get the same service this year. We understand due to Pandemic there were changes on their staffing but could have sustained efficient and effective customer service. Hope the management would address this concern and will ensure never to recommend Azalea Residence Baguio especially to my families and friends.

The exterior of the building is beautiful and the location is very good. Great for big families going on vacation. The customer service is also excellent. However, I am not sure if I am ever going back to this hotel because of the way the rooms are maintained. There is a lingering smell of mold and bathroom sewer that could be smelled in the entire unit. The bathroom tiles are dirty and the toilet flush is hit and miss. I hope they consider interior cleaning top priority.
