Staff is accommodating, location is 11-16 mins away from burham park by walking, by taxi 5-8 mins, room is worth of money you see what you pay,( don’t expect too much) they should improve their facilities they only have one shared bathroom for all meaning you need to wait just to use bathroom they don’t provide towels, you can have it with extra charge of 50 pesos per towel no toiletries provided too you should bring. Internet connection is fast. You can also use kitchen if you like to cook. They offer free hot coffee in the morning. Over all it’s nice stay friendly staff.

I very much enjoyed my stay due to the convenient location, fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, gas stove, fridge, pots and pans and pleasant balcony at rear to babbling brook and pleasant view. My room (2) also had a pleasant view, though not quite as good as room 3 which has a balcony with chairs. I enjoyed talking to the long term resident, an English speaking mature student in room 1. The management kindly slliwed me ti use the kitchen dining room as a function room where we held avresearch meeting for free. 15 persons could easily attend. There are fans but no airconditioning in the rooms though neither is needed in Baguio's climate. The property is conveniently situated 15 minutes of hilly walk to Burnham Park poark and very near an excellent internet cafe and store fir printing and desktop computer use, a 24 hour chicken restaurant, a vegetable stand, a bread shop, and a bakery. Rooms 1 and 2 can be oadlocked in addition to the room lick, but being a safe area the front door is often open. There are no safe depisit boxes so I might bring a portable safe next time, but then when I left a valuabkle smart phone outside in the street it was returned to me so I think the problem is predominantly residual paranoia. This hotel is safe. The Engish speaking staff are very kind. They gave me extra blankets and a desk. The accodation is rudimentary but ample for students. I am a prof and it was fine for me too. I intend to stay again. The WiFi was fast unlike in the expensive "luxury " accomodation I stayed in last year. Next year I will stay in room 2 and use my computer on the balcony over-looking the beautiful City-scape.

We booked three dorm beds online. They took very long to reply to our questions about locks and storage in the rooms. Upon arrival at the place marked on Google Maps, they redirected us to a separate apartment where the the dorm rooms are and made us walk there. The staff were nice but they had no idea about our reservation. There was only one working bathroom for the entire dorm building.

What not to expect: A 5 star hotel with spa and room service. What to expect: A good value for money tradition Philippino place to stay. Excellent staff. Good free coffee and a comfortable bed Admittedly the rooms are a bit noisy but in my experience they were clean and more than suitable for what I was paying.

One of the more affordable places to stay in Baguio. Don't expect too much at this price range, it's good enough if you're on a budget and just need a place to stay in while touring the city. Recommended for short stays or visits.

Le Monette is the perfect home away from home. The owner is very accommodating and the location is walking distance to and from Burnham Park. It is very accessible. Very good facilities. We can't ask for anything more. We will be back.

Cheap and good place to stay in with speedy wifi, very accessible transportatin(jeepney). Also they include use of their kitchen, however they lack of fire extinguisher inside the kitchen area.

Up side is the internet works well. They have kitchen where you can cook. And a hangout place. It was cheap. Downside is when I arrive at the place they made me wait for awhile then we walk like 3 minutes to their dormitory which I did not expect I will get a dormitory room. Then the room I got is dark and when I open the closet dust just came out and it smelled like old closet. I don't know about the other rooms but the one I got is dusty and smelled mold. The bathroom is shared with the caretaker they don't clean the bathroom so everytime i used i need to clean it first. I don't recommend the place if you are sensitive to dust. But if you dont mind dust and sharing bathroom. They have cheap rooms.

We had to chose a different transient home due to confusion in booking. I contacted the owner immediately after booking and never got a response. I even kept on updating them where we are and what time we might arrive. When we got there at around 9pm, the care taker told us the booking was incorrect and they don't seem so friendly or accommodating at all. Good thing Balay ni Bian is just near and we got to stay there for 2 nights.
