Very accessible location, spacious clean room with elevator. Ok ambiance, good place to consider when others are fully booked. Friendly and accommodating. Staff, price not cheap for quick short stay just to take a nap (3hrs php700) but reasonable considering prime location. Limited parking space outside.

Its a good simple clean and safe place. Has hot water in the shower. TV, wifi and a breakfast is also included in the affordable price. Near the center, burnham and session road. A walk up to the beautiful SM is 20minutes, taxi 5minutes.

An excellent sample of hospitality! Excellent place with excellent location located near Burnham park extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody!

I am here now and it is 1 am in the morning I went down to front desk to avail bottled water but no one was there and the entrance was already locked i kind of wanted to go to convenience store to buy snacks and other personal hygiene kits. Sad

Very convenient location just beside Burnham Park. The owner and staff are very accommodating.

The location is good since its near Burnham park and Good Taste Resturant. The room has no cabinet or shelf that you can place your things, the CR is not well cleaned well and toilet seat is so yucky. Also, their hot water for drinking is very expensive unlike the other stores.

Unwelcoming frontdesk, room was nice and the attendant however experienced being locked inside the elevator and frontdesk not even saying or doing anything but friggin smile at you like nothing happened. TAKE NOTE!! SEEMS THAT THE OTHER PERSON INSIDE THE FRONTDESK ARE THE OWNER!! VERY NICE!! WELL DONE!!

Nice and Affordable place to stay which is conveniently located in the town proper. It's just beside Good Taste and this inn also shares space with PSA in the building. They offer free breakfast (7am-10am,6th floor). We checked in during Chinese New Year at around 7am then we asked for their rates. The receptionist was nice and told us we can do overnight for 1,795php (standard) and the check-out time is 12nn.

Never book this establishment. Very poor hospitality. We asked for hot water, they said available for 10pesos! Management doesn't want the lift to be used even we are staying on the 6th floor.housekeeping is very poor. We do not recommend this to anyone! Department of tourism in Baguio City should check this establishment.

if you need a quick place to stay, especially if you arrive very early in the morning( say 2am onwards), Dely's is the place to go. kinda pricey, but worth it. downside: the room that i stayed, the hot water was weak. but other than that, comfy stay.

A very cozy place to stay in Baguio... the hotel is perfectly located right at the heart of the city where tourists’ site are very accesible. Room is very clean and spacious.. another attraction was the huge collections of antique wood carvings of the hotel owner displayed at their restaurant..

Underwhelming. I was charged an additional 100 for a deluxe room that looked exactly like the economy room and far different from what they posted on their Facebook page. The room and fan was dusty and the sheets of the bed smelled odd. The wifi was barely 1 bar and couldn't even be used. There was no phone at all to call for room service if ever something were to happen considering the room was on the 6th floor, and only cold shower was available. Towels and a blanket are provided however, and tv was working fine. Quite disappointed with the experience and would not recommend you stay here if you are looking to rest and take a break unless you pay for the pricier rooms which would probably be more maintained.

The old man wasn’t professional on how he communicate on us. He lacks of respect and the way he treats on us wasn’t good. Their are some words that it is very uncomfortable to hear. I hope the other workers who working and who handle on that hotel will assist us in a good way, but that old man could never be good on us. I will never forget this moment and that old man we have gone on their hotel. Additionally, This is my first time to encountered a hotel with a person ( which is tha old man) that it is not accommodating to their guest. I’m not talking about all the people who work their but the old man, I will never forget that moment the way he treats me bad. Never again….

This hotel might help you with the convenience around baguio but not the people at this place at all. If you want to enjoy your baguio trip DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL. To let you know our experience here, it’s traumatic. Ifykyk! The old man was not effective, accommodating and disrespectful at all, we just wanna know the prices they have but they just do their thing being arrogant and unprofessional. Also they have their rules that the prices might get changed depending on the guests attitude. Ridiculous!

The old man in the reception is very disrespectful and unprofessional to the guests. As well as the girl beside him is also disrespectful. I think they intentionally gave us attitude to make their rates higher. All we did was inquire (nicely) regarding their rates for 2pax and 3pax. But when we asked the second question, they suddenly got mad and humiliated us for no reason at all. Beware of this inn because their rooms aren’t decent at all and so are the staff. They lack hospitality at all. I have checked in to other hotels and inns before and this is by far my worst experience ever. Also the place is so creepy and scary like the old man.
