Nice and affordable. Spacious. With parking. Near city proper

Great for big families or multiple families. Only bad is that the toilet feels quite dirty and dated compared to other facilities. Great art pieces to enjoy if you're an art fan.

Great location. Not all the rooms are the same quality. Not enough hot water for my taste. . .

This is a really nice place to stay. We stayed for 2 days. The caretaker was very accommodating. There are 4 bedrooms, 4 washrooms, a large living room, dining room and kitchen. 12 is the maximum person that can stay, but it can surely fit more. Parking is the only problem as there is a very tight space and you are sharing it with renters of other units.

The place is relatively new. Utensils and appliances were complete. Roomy and spacious with loft type design. The staff were helpful and accomodating. Will definitely come back!

Freds is a great accommodation for large groups. The place is cozy, well maintained, clean, and fully furnished. Parking spaces are available. The place is near the common tourists spots in baguio. The staffs are also accommodating. The internet connection is also fast eventhough we are using it simeoultaneously. This is a very good place to stay. Will definitely come again.

Great place, reasonably priced, great location, everything is of high quality and architecture is well-thought off. With strong wifi, free drinking water, charcoal and quality grilling station.

Nice unit great art work on the walls. A lot of steps to walk.

Such a good place to stay during vacation. 👍 Loved the house so much. ❤ I guess the only problem is the parking space. 5 cars can't fit in. We find it a bit difficult to park inside the apartment area.
