Efficiency down. Missing gravy. Hot choco and coffee serve late, done with my meal already. Supervisor seems busy doing paperwork.

went here for lunch and it took me 25mins in line and in waiting for my order ..i think theyre short staff because of the tables unattended were not yet cleaned .the plates left by the previous customer was still there ..maybe we should practice the CLAYGO anyway ..

One of several Jollibee I have eaten at, and this one is just like the rest, super service, super busy and super food..

Went there last night, and I waited for a long time to get my food prepared. Theres only 1 person at a cash register and the same person who preps. The food on giving out to customers. But I saw a lot at the back. This is my second time going there for this mont, had the same experience.

They are not following their own rule for ordering from the kiosk and paying at the counter. Some are cutting in line and ordering from the kiosk. Totally unacceptable.

Very nice location to have a quick lunch before going out again exploring Baguio City. Place has a lot of space for people to sit and relax. Went in the afternoon 2-3pm and Tried ordering using the the big screen but only one is working so need to queue but the guard wrote our number after so a bit confused. Paid for it and ask for no ice for the drinks and ask for chicken wings to the cashier and they said yes. A lot of us Waited for more than 30 mins due to some problems with the staff bec all of them are waiting for something. When my order arrived and ready for collection I ask if they can give a drink with no ice and didn’t bother with the chicken portion due to the tummy rumbling. A lady came back after a take out and ask for cutlery and she was not happy with the service just like me.

The tall dark skin security guard was really rude! I went there and I went straight to the line then he just came to me telling me rudely that I'm not on the right line when no one is there assisting which line to go. Could you please train your staff properly how to speak or deal with costumers with a proper manners!

Unorganized team. Foods and tickets are piling up and cannot dispatch properly. Tickets are checked multiple times,still cannot complete right away. I know they are busy so I waited longer (40minutes) before I follow-up my order. I realized that the spaghetti that was right in front of me for almost 10-15minutes was part of my order, so I told them that I believe these trays are missing with 8pcs chicken only. And I still kindly asked them if I could take the spaghetti while waiting for the chicken and they agreed. And of course the spaghetti was already cold and I cannot do anything about it but to stuff my hungry stomach.. Finally chicken arrived after 5-8mins. without gravy. I think you need to send the right ppl to organize their team. I've been in the food industry for more than 20 years and I could tell that dispatching those food is very easy since everything is all prepared.
