Taking the Royal Class service for the first time — and it was like royal! The terminal itself is expected to be crowded and yet systemized. If you need help, the guards and staff are approachable and accommodating.

My family rode the Royal class to Baguio for the experience. Well, this is an honest review. At the terminal, a VIP lounge is dedicated to first-class and Royal class passengers. It's an AC room with comfy chairs and tables with free-flowing coffee. Cubao bus terminal is fairly clean. Now let's go to the latest addition the Royal class. This is a three-row double-deck sleeper bus. Well, it didn't meet my expectations. Or perhaps I was expecting a plane-like experience. My bad. I couldn't sleep at all because I felt all the bumps and the humps on the road. However, the rest of my family members enjoyed the ride and were able to sleep well during the trip. The bus is not designed for big people because the walkway is so narrow and it is even very difficult to go up the upper deck. For me, I would rather take the first class or De Luxe buses because they are more relaxing. You can recline your seat anyway. If you're claustrophobic the Royal class is not for you. Am just relating my own story. Others might have better experiences.

Good customer service esp. in reservation area. Nice terminal they have their own charging station, u can stay at the place until u disembark to your destination. Accessible to 7 eleven store, and jollibee 24/7 hours operation so dont be worry if ure hungry, everything is fine. As of now their terminal is under renovation just to make to provide more and accommodate in terms of land transport services operation to its neighboring provinces.

I appreciate how Victory Liner has its own online booking system where passengers can book beforehand. Also, their First Class and Royal Class trips are duly recommended.

Everybody is so friendly. Organize and new bus station. Ticketing is at the second floor. There is an elevator for handicap. There is also a handful of food stalls beside the ticketing counter. Royal bus is a must for faster and comfortable travelling going back to Manila.

I had a great experience going to Baguio riding one of their buses. The driver is very careful maneuvering over difficult terrains. Though it was rainy, we felt the warmth of the ride. Kudos to our attendant. She was so accommodating! We felt welcomed. 🥰❤️🚌🌲

No hassle, the good thing about the station is that they are upgrading it continuously from the facilities to services.

Convenient. Comfortable seats except for seat nos. 13 & 14 on Bus No. 7060. They could have the same configuration as Bus No. 7059. Leg rest has to be adjusted to ease effort from sitting to standing. The toilet needs to improve its lighting and door lock in Bus 7059. If not for these, the bus ride is a breeze. Actual travel time is only 4 hours on a regular weekday.

Bustling depot for Victory Liner buses arriving from and departing to various places throughout the Philippines including Manila. The station has recently been upgraded and expanded and now has extensive seating both upstairs and downstairs. To purchase tickets or redeem online tickets you need to visit the office upstairs. There's probably an elevator but I didn't see it. Otherwise you'll need to navigate the stairs. Employees are generally courteous and efficient. I'd strongly recommend buying tickets for a given bus and time in advance online if it's important to you - these guys are really busy and popular! Buses are comfortable. First-class buses have AC (windows don't open), wi-fi (slow) and sometimes display screens for movies. Seats are comfortable and much bigger than an airline seat. I prefer they weren't so reclined by default (and you can recline them further). Buses generally depart on time (+/- 10 minutes) but arrival times are only estimates. Plan for a route that arrives in plenty of time (1 hour +) of when you really need to be someplace.
