HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Location wise, this transient is good. 1 minute away to Victory Liner and walking distance to SM City Baguio. Near 7-11 and other restaurants. We have a confirmed booking of two nights for two people and we have paid 50% of it. They allowed us to left our backpacks at 2am. When we are about to check in (3:30pm), they told us that the person who is currently staying wishes to extend their stay for another night and they allowed it even though WE ALREADY PAID FOR IT. We will be transferred to another transient that across from there, we are okay with the set up but unfortunately, the bed was only good for 1 person. So we did not accept it. While we are on the phone call Pam’s Transient was not even sorry about what had happened. There’s no early advice to us as well. She recommended another transient again but it is not within our budget and they are not willing to shoulder the additional expenses. She even told us to do the negotiation ourselves. They did not even accompany us to 3rd transient to inquire. They just point us to where we can find it.

What I love is that it is near the Victory lines bus station if you are commuting it's just a stone's throw away. Also just 10min walk to SM Baguio and Sky Ranch and just 20 min walk to the main business district. Everything is accessible. Love the owner Ms. Pam she is very hospitable. I would recommend this place to my friends.

Very accessible since it's just a minute away from the Victory Liner terminal but there was an issue with the booking. We had a pencil booking confirmed a week prior to the trip but upon arrival, our designated room was assigned to someone else. We were moved to a much more expensive room which doesn't smell nice and with sinks that are mossy. The bath doesn't have a door, only a shower curtain.

Accesible from the bus station however we had a flawed process of booking, so we were moved to a much more expensive room, the room stinks, with dirty bedsheets, cobwebs in corners and shower room has a curtain door taking little consideration to privacy.

Great location with lots of stores and small restaurants nearby. Located on the 3rd floor of the bldg. Fast internet access. Clean rooms.

Clean sufficient hot water for bathing centrally located near SM Baguio snd Bus stations.Nice snd friendly transients and owner. Bring your own water snd toilet paper.

Accessible, at the center of the city. The only thing is that the trancient does not have a kitchen area or just even have a way to boil water for noodles or coffee.

Ate pam the owner and his son dale is very accomodating,they assist us always they always ask what we need,and very near in smbaguio,terminal and tourist spot and very accesible if your going to ride a taxi.thanks ate pam and dale.

Friendly atmosphere,near central business ,sm , session , cathedral ,victory liner,also near fastfood restaurants ,and convenience stores ,center of every tourist spots
