Will be staying here again because I am impressed of the place. My friends and I stayed here during a vacay in Baguio. We arrived a little earlier than our check-in time and so we just stayed at the lobby playing with our phones. After processing our admission, we went to our room and I was surprised that it is unusually large and very clean. I kind of thought that I might not be able to sleep well as my mind imagine things like supernatural but there was none. It was in the elevator that spooked us... but not so much (ha ha!). Here are some of the things I can say about Travelite Hotel Legarda Branch: Room - spacious, clean, has all the amenities one needed (I'm not just sure of the wifi) Food - tasty, coffee is unlimited Staff - helpful I'd choose to stay here in my next visit to Baguio.

The hotel is beyond what I expected... AC, a bit noisy and of they will clean the in outside glass wall will be great- hence the 4 stars. Didn't try the restaurant nearby as we are sick for 2 days . We are part of those affected by gastro intestinal outbreak.... Will be back on this hotel someday..

The first experience, the room is huge. But no bidet. It has deeper but no bucket. No closet or safety box. No complimentary slippers. The bad experience we had after checking in, a housekeeping staff go inside a room while we are sleeping, Scary.

Rooms were clean and spacious. A little unpleasant smell on the bathroom walls. Check-in was supposed to be at 1400H, but we we're able to check-in at 1430H since the room isn't available yet for whatever reason. Breakfast was good. Limited options but with lots of Chinese food offered. Location was great. Walking disctance from restaurants, cafes and attractions.

Room is clean. Towels, bedsheet, pillows is ok. Foam is quite uncomfortable. Aircon is good, security and food is good! ☺️ CR is clean, shower is ok. Toilet bowl is functioning but need to check and repair. TV is functioning, lighting is good. Hotel lite talaga siya. Staffs are handsome and beautiful, they are also accomodating. we stayed here for 4D & 3N, we suggest dapat mayroong cabinet sa kwarto. ☺️ anyways, thank you and we look forward for the improvement of this hotel! God bless.

Conveniently located and easy to find. We went there during Typhoon Egay's wrath bc we needed to work!! They had a generator but the internet was very unstable. So it's also not soundproofed :( We had a hard time trying to sleep because the rainfall kept on hitting the aircon and it's just toooo loud. And because of that can't also use the TV and the aircon... personally they should've given a discount when we can't maximize the facilities. Room is spacious enough. No seats! I've been to many hotels and they would usually have one armchair or a coffee table set. They have side tables but no chairs so we had to sit on the bed. No phones, so you need to call the reception using your mobile phone. No water already in the room, you had to call reception for bottles of water and there's a water dispenser near the elevator. There's 500php security deposit so don't lose that paper. Bathroom is clean but no bidet! :( Very sad since most hotels have a bidet. And it's not a budget hotel either considering the cost. Lobby is spacious but there was a renovation when we went there.

Let me be reasonable why I gave 4 stars. Supposedly, I should give 3 but because the service is great I rate them 4 instead. We paid 4K per night (peak season, end of Dec) for the room, the room they gave us first looks like a storage room, I think that was room 317. I even had "bangongot" (sleep paralysis) when I fell asleep after a long drive from Manila. I don't know, I feel I can sense a negative energy when the room is quite odd. So, we requested to be moved to another room which they allowed us to move to 315. The room is spacious and I think the amount we paid is quite reasonable. There's free water so make sure to bring your own water container. Location is just 10minutes walk from Burnham park.

Yeah. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone. Find another one. This one is awful at customer service and time management. We arrived at 1:30pm to wait until 2pm. Eventually, we kept waiting until 2:30 and they still want us to wait because the rooms are not cleaned and organized yet.

First time I’ve ever encountered in ANY hotel in the Philippines (esp in tourist locations) where they strictly follow the 2PM check-in time even if the rooms are already available. There are so many people waiting at the lobby, all waiting for 2PM. So by 2PM, people rush to the reception and the staff is swamped and lines get long. Lots of room for efficiency there. Other than that, clean and okay room for the price.

Me and my wife stayed in this hotel from Jan 31 - Feb 3, 2023, deluxe twin room 419 - The hotel is new so it's nice and clean - Walking distance to just about every land mark within the city - Nice big windows - Beds are comfortable - Heater and water pressure works good - Parking is spacious and the parking guide especially manong with the glasses never disappoints (but the other one no) - Wide TV with cable connection - One male front desk seemed like he had an argument with his dog - No bidet so you will go old school with your no. 2 - No hair blower but female front desk is kind enough to lend hers - No chairs so people with back problems might as well go right away to sleep - You only get a hanger bar with 2 hangers - No exhaust fan in the toilet so everytime you enter the room after a nice tour, the room smells (shall i say different) - We dont mind the 380php breakfast buffet but just because we're in our night dresses, we were treated like we were not welcome to eat there Would i recomend thus hotel? All i can say is there are cheaper hotels in baguio with more amenities

My experience is that Google don’t show 1 star reviews but here goes nothing. When we checked in, we were informed that there are no phones in the rooms. Ok. Then the time came for us to checkout. We tried calling the front desk to find out if we can do an early checkout and leave our things for awhile. We called and called but they kept cancelling the calls. We find it unacceptable and unprofessional so I decided to go down the reception in person. As I approached the front desk I tried calling again. I saw the guy cancelled the call again. I called up again and then finally he took the call. I spoke to him on the phone as I approached the front desk and told him we kept calling and he kept cancelling. He said the other number is broken so what about the other number that connected me to him? We kept calling both numbers and both are being cancelled. I understand they’re busy and they probably hate endless same inquiries about Travelite. But they know they don’t have phones in the rooms what if I was calling for an EMERGENCY?

Just got here today and Im already regretting staying in here. The room is big enough but not clean, towels are worn out! No tissue paper, WiFi is very slow and the Tv is not working . The wall is so thin so you can here everything. The staffs are accommodating at first but when you ask them for stuff they will give you an attitude . I shouldve just read the reviews before staying in here.

Best budget friendly hotel in the City of Pines. Accommodating staffs, courteous guards, clean rooms and amenities. Location is very accessible to the town proper, 5 minutes away from Burnham Park and Session Road.

    1) Don't even provide the toilet tissue. 2) Asked for housekeeping before go out at 10am, but after coming back to room at 7pm, there's no housekeeping was done. 3) They notify about charging of stain bed sheet or towel but they just provide the already stain pillow cases (2 nos;). 4) No complement water or even kettle also don't provide. 5) Towels are even turned to yellowish. Note: Deluxe room and booked for 3 nights if ok will extend but now start to look for new hotel instead. Very terrible no mood to mention about breakfast, if you are looking forward to enjoy ur visit in baguio, just avoid this unless there's no other choices.

There is no cabinet but bedsheets and towels are clean..the only issue is the aircon it is so noisy..the guard is kind and courteous unlike the receptionists..you need to deposit 500 for incidental fees in case you put stains in beddings and towels..so be very careful in using the stuffπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Price is to high for the quality of the old rooms, the only think beautiful is the lobby. The rest of the hotel is very old and bad quality. Breakfast has no variation always rice, cold star egg and other protein of your choice. Cofee no taste good. They don't clean up the room or change your towel. The walls of the rooms are super thin, you hear everything. The only good things is the location.

Nice lobby. Room is nice, cool and comfy. Bathroom is large and clean, but no bidet. Parking space available for guests. Gerry's Grill on the ground floor for a reliable meal when you get tired of looking for restaurants with available parking space or no long waiting times to be seated. Do not avail of the breakfast buffet at the Abacus restaurant inside the hotel. It's too expensive for a few selection of food.

Need to bring tables and chairs because they don't have when you want to eat inside your room. It's very bright which I like the most para iwas mumu πŸ˜†. ( I have experienced in not so bright hotels and I can sense them) 🀣

The place is cheap at good service however i prefer the one near burnham park interms of location and interior unit.but all of the staff from this branch was kind and veryhelpful from frontdesk, restaurant and housekeeping all if them are accomodating. That the reason why i give this hotel a 5 star rather 10star because of well oriented staff.

We booked this via Agoda. The location is very accessible. It’s near most restaurants. Approx 10 min walk to the famous Goodtaste Restaurant and approx 5 min walk to Burnham Park. Our room was very minimalist. It includes a queen sized bed, a TV, aircon, bedside table on both sides, a comfort room and toiletries and that’s it. Would’ve preferred to have cabinets for proper storage tho. All in all, it was good value for money especially because of the location. We’d like to try Travellite Express next time.

Room is new but smells of old rag and floor littered with hair and dirt. Housekeeping needs to replace the old mop used to clean rooms. Housekeeping is basically moving dirt, dust and hair from room to room. Towels and toilet paper not provided in rooms. You have to request.

Pros: Room is spacious, clean, hotel has guard, facility is new, close to lots of restaurants. Cons: Window is frosted (No view), No furnitures, Very sterile, AC is loud, TV is not clear (super fuzzy) , No bidet and most importantly, terrible internet connection.

Pros1. Good location 2. Great staffs and very accommodating Cons 1. Housekeeping needs improvement. I booked 2 rooms so 1 room didn't have tissue paper. The towel and bathroom mat was all worn out. It needs replacing. 2. The parking area smells so much as the garbage is placed there.

we checked in last thursday and availed the standard twin room for 3days and 2 nights..it was a nice stay..the bed was so comfy and the rest room was clean without any problems noted..they also have hot/cold shower..toiletries, towels, and slippers were provided..24/7 front desk and viber-active contact services were available too..we just noticed a little lack of amenities like a cabinet to put our clothes in and even a table and chair to be used for eating or having coffee..parking was also available and the location was very convenient..we're very glad we stayed here..

    1. Room is spacious but I hope there is a sofa or a chair where you seat and relax aside from the bed, a closet, a safe/vault, and a bidet in the toilet. 2. Our room has no key card, we used hard key instead because previous guest brought home the key card according to the attendant, somehow creepy about security.. 3. There is a TV but no remote. 4. Wifi is not so good, we were disconnected multiple times 5. We love the food in the restaurant (abacus) 6. They have 2 elevator going to rooms' floors, but 1 got shot down during our stay. (They have other/separate elevator going to basement parking) 7. Location is good, near burnham park

The hotel is fine but there is no refrigerator and cabinet. Although the room has a way so you could hang your clothes.

The location was funtastic. The price is good. However, I will definitely not recommend this hotel to guests. Yes you pay low and budget-friendly however you don't get the minimum required customer service expected in a hotel in terms of staff service and facilities. Staff is not good in communicating with guests. They give you a rude attitude when you voice out your concerns and they don't even have the apologetic attitude. The staff is not accommodating at all. You ask for a simple floor rug, and it will take them years before they hand it to your room. You even have to be upset first before they do your request. They don't clean the rooms daily. When you request for a make-up of the room, you also have to be upset first before they do the task. The front desk officer doesn't answer the phone specially the ones duty at night. The shower heater is on and off soecially at night when you need it the most. No cabinets in the room. No toiletries given, only soap and tissue which is not provided daily. We had a very frustrating and bad experience as a guest. My sister who is very understanding even got angry already to the front desk officer because of a lousy attitude of the staff. No matter how you want to extend your patience for them, it will be cut short if you will experience their staff and the kind of service they give. You will just want to refund your money so you can transfer to a different hotel. We will definitely avoid this hotel the next time we visit Baguio. I hope this will serve as a warning to other guests who plans to book this hotel. I jope the hotel admin take this comment seriouly to improve thier service.

The staff were courteous and they even let us get a late checkout after our very late check-in. We'll definitely go back!

Didn't expect this hotel to be this good. Staffs are straight, gets the job done. Allowed us to check in an hour earlier. Rooms is a big plus. So spacious and clean. Enough power outlets. Clean sheets and toilet. However few fixtures are missing. No cabinets for your things, but since the room was spacious it's still enough. Table below the TV might be nice to add. Overall. This hotel is enough for a quick stay, serves it's purpose. Fair deal.

Booked a a room for 2 nights. Hotel was nice the only complain that we had was there was no cabinet to store your belongings. Breakfast was ok and there were only few selections.
