The room is good, but broken shower heater. Good for budget friendly travelers👍

Not bad, it's cozy and clean. The mattress is hard as a rock though. Sounds go through the walls quite easily and well, there isn't much privacy but that's to be expected.

Loud! Karaoke, barking dogs, partying people who are still talking loud after midnight. At first there was no hot water to shower. Only luke warm after two times reclaiming. Finally they managed to repair it. Hazardous electrical wiring though. Toilet flush not working must be done by hand from a big bucket. Room and bath not clean in total. Got a different room a bit better that is not located at the karaoke which improve my rating. But still loud noises from the street. Owners are friendly and helpful. Nicely decorated hallways with plants.

Its alright, location wise its not that convenient, the place is clean, enough beds, its spacious, ample parking for our motorcycle group, but might be a challenge for any 4 wheels. The bad part is the water heater wont work bec the water pressure is too weak. Atleast the caretaker is very accomodating.

Best value for board and lodging. Rooms, bathroom, kitchen are clean. Location is a little bit near with 10mins away burnham park. The Landlord is very accomodating and friendly. Place is very quiet and sight seeing is a bonus for the rooms locsted in 4th floor.

Budget friendly and good rooms. If you are in Baguio and you’re looking for a little bit of nature and want a space away from the city but as well not go out as far. Tan-awan is the place to stay.

Place is good, clean. Very difficult to park! We was charged 100 pesos additional fee for 2 nights stay at 7,000 pesos a night. Very narrow entrance which made parking very difficult esp for big vans.

The owners are very kind and accommodating. They give us (me and my boyfriend) a room in the attic which is good for 6 people. The place is good, clean and peaceful. It is near in some tourists spots such as Tam-awan Village and Farmer's Daughter Restaurant.
