It's a jampacked weekend here tonight. While in line my friend is searching for our table, luckily he found one that can accommodate us. At the cashier, they take our orders with a pleasant smile. This Starbucks is great for hanging out and grabbing a cup of tea or coffee. We went here on 3 different occasions it rarely gets overcrowded. Baristas are super friendly btw.

Ambience is good especially early in the morning when SM is not yet open because there are few people within SM area. If you are not comfortable being seen by many people or passersby, you may opt to stay inside or, go to the Starbucks Reserve store at the Sunset Terraces of SM City Baguio. You may also consider other Starbucks stores within the City of Baguio if you are in a big group as this branch is not as spacious.

Having now tried others in Philippines in 2023 I now realise this one is above average in terms of people/ customer service. Same range (or lack) of coffees as other Starbucks just much nicer service

Sansrival was tasty but not so happy with its twist, the original could be better. Finally found a place to sit and be satisfied with every sip! Cheers!

Some drinks are not available to serve even if the app shows it does (ie: CM Hot w/ Coconut Milk). They can only make it for the Ice/Cold version. They said that they will have to communicate to other stores about the drink option we asked for so we just opt out for it and order different drinks. Nice ambiance, not crowded in the early morning. If you need wifi, use the SM Free Wifi unlike other stores that provide free wifi while chillaxing with your drinks/cake.

Good place to chilk while waiting for friends/family members to shop..or simply to enjoy a hot/cold drink. Baristas are friendly as usual, and the place is clean.
