Typical ACE Hardware store with just about anything you need. Nice knowledgeable staff. Very helpful. If the person you ask doesn't know, they will gladly check with another sales associate. Good prices and quality items. Second level of SM City so easy to get to. Accepts SM City rewards card as well as an ACE rewards card.

I belong to Kabelin Ace hardware store in Indiana. Was a really nice experience to find one of our chain stores here in the philippines. I found exactly what I wanted very quickly which is what you would expect at any Ace hardware store. The staff were very very friendly and more helpful than anything I've ever seen before. I spoke with the manager for a few minutes very very nice guy. If you're in Baguio stop by the Ace hardware in the SM Mall.

Its a decent place to find what you need. for your home. they have polite personnel, ask them if you need anything.

The renovation they did was nice, the customers juat need to familiarize themselves with the arrangements.. They pretty much maintained every item from the previous setup

Good store selling lots of products. Observe social distancing protocols well. Although its more pricey than online stores a customer can actually inspect the item being bought. Staff are quite helpful and are trained to assist. One thing the store management can consider is to get some of the staff technically knowledgeable. For example knowing the difference of metric and imperial screws would be good for customers. There are other things to improve from my POV as a conscious buyer.

There was a time when the staff were attentive because they had cards where the customers could write feedback. Now the feedback cards are gone and these guys are most of the time talking to each other and you have to go to them just to inquire on items. There was this guy that you could tell by the look on his face that he's irritated because I was asking him questions about a particular item. There was also an instance where I went to pay at the cashier and 4-5 staff were there talking; they dispersed when I paid, leaving the cashier alone. There was no bagger and the cashier was having a hard time packing the items.
