Got my lenses from them and most but not all staff are friendly and accommodating. It’s as if you are begging them to assist you. They are cherry picking on to who they want to help. Special mention to “chelle” not pleasant to every customer.

You can actually buy yourself high quality prescription glasses below Php 1,000.00 here when you avail of their packaged deals. Not to mention that the design of their frames are trendy and fashionable. You will have to wait for some time to have your glasses done though, especially when they have lots of orders to finish. But they can finish an order within 20 minutes on average, so waiting may only last for a few hours. 😊

They have a new floor location. Quite crowded and there were a lot of customers. Thanks to Ms Tonette Laron who was very helpful during my purchase. She explained the product well and suggested products with their properties. Visit this shop as it is very affordable. Getting my contacts here since college days 👌

Product wise? I'ts a solid 4. Service? I'll give it a solid 1. At first, the service was good up to when i pay the product. After that, its a bad first experience. They should not give hopes to their costumer like what they did to me. Its better they dont write time of release on the receipt and doesn't ask for 5 minutes extension for the release. That way, costumers dont hope too much especially when TIME is involved. I hope you address this kinds of problem in the future. P.S. they dont give a F.., when you dont follow up on it.

I don't understand the negative reviews. Rochelle, despite being very busy, tended to me the second I entered the clinic, up to sending me off with my new pair of glasses. They're all extremely busy yet stops to tend to my (and the other clients' I've seen in the clinic) needs. I was honest with my budget upfront yet I wasn't brushed off. All my questions were answered. I almost didn't come here due to the negative reviews. I'm glad I didn't listen. I believe there were many happy customers exiting Executive Optical. Sadly, happy customers rarely give reviews. Update: After a week with the glasses, I thought I should've listened to Rochelle's frame recommendations. Those would have fit my face better. See? They know what they're doing.

Very good customer service, even though there is a lot of customers, everyone is being assisted. Doctors take their time to know the perfect lenses for you. I was aided by Daisy who did a perfect job answering my questions and checked the availability of the lenses I requested.

They also have excellent customer service, especially when Ms. Lheia Calpito helps me choose the ideal pair of glasses for me. She was kind, polite, and outgoing with every customer, including myself. As a result, I frequently buy from EO Baguio, and I'm impressed with the business and its products.

Very poor customer service. Optometrist was rude. No sense of care to the needs and wants of her customers.

Not all what said is true. I visited the store with my ma-in-law to get a glass & 1st it was okay but then they called us 4 days after that we need to pay more to finish the work. OMG. Unfortunately, time is gold & we need the prescription glass, so I just paid it. No time to price haggle. Make sure b4 u walk out from EO, double check that EO will honor wt they wrote in the contract and agreed on the price they provided. In US, we have BBB and it will be a grade of D. Can't recommend this store. Lesson learn, double check or triple check and ask a lot before you walk out from the store. It's better to ask now than surprise later.

Staff are stiff and do not assist no matter how long you roam around. They do not approach at all and calling them to your aid is a hit or miss truly an unpleasant experience. Advice do not go here instead find the shop called seen it's pretty much EO but with more choices and friendlier staff overall. You'll have a much better experience there.

I only get my glasses to EO, both frames and lens, and for more than 15 years I have had the best customer service from an eye specialist and store. You manager, Ms Marjorie has always been very gracious and accomodating, together with all the staff. Glasses and lens also are of quality and class. Eyewear: Always amazing and reasonably priced BUT ... the three times i've had my glasses made, they always scheduled a pick-up date that they can't keep. I'd go for one reason (to pick my glasses up) and always come home empty handed. Wasted money on gas and the expensive parking fees of Baguio but will always, always be rescheduled to at least a week away. Please make a more efficient plan. Thank you. However, i do appreciate the kind, approachable and assistive staff. They all worked efficiently and they were respectful.

Guess it's a hit or miss experience in this place. It seemed like the salespeople and the doctors were all rushing, ergo, making you feel unwelcomed. Also, the salespeople appears to be a mess as they are asking each other what to do/say when we asked a question and eventually, asking someone higher/experienced to attend to us. Overall, not a pleasant experience/service.
