The best pork chop in Baguio! They always have a line up of waiting customers, that's how busy they get everyday! Budget for students too. A very small gem that you can find near SLU. This restaurant is a "turo-turo" type of eatery where you get to pick from the many choices of viands. Food always tastes so good. Owners are very friendly too.

Soledad has always been a "go-to" for many people here in the city of Baguio. My favorite is their pork chop. Not that it is too special but the taste really matches my preference when it comes to pork chop. Their pprk chop is their bestseller! Price is reasonable. They are very near Saint Louis University and many apartments and dormitories that's why, they always have alot of customers. However, due to the pandemic, not too many customers dine. But due to physical distancing protocols, the store cannot accomodate many customers at a time.

Just found this recommended in Reddit and this is one of the "cleanest" pork chop I've ever tasted. Clean in a sense that it isn't greasy, and won't make me feel guilty eating lots of it. Also love their sisig which I find unique as the meats are diced. No guilt felt as well as it isn't oily! Most customers are locals, students and few drivers. Happy to experience such local finds ❤️

We do not miss eating or do take out whenever we visit Baguio. Nostalgic memories in our college years. The best breaded porkchop and bopis. Love the lady owner too super nice and friendly.
