Not too crowded even on weekends, usually full at night. Problem is not a parking as it has an underground parking space. Staffs are attentive and courteous.

Small Jollibee restaurant with basement parking and outdoor seating. Nice staff and good service. I guess they want to have a festive and lively mood in the store but the music was way too loud.

It's perfect. I love the ambience. The place is really spacious and could cater to a lot of people when it's peak hours. The staffs are very nice as well. And if you are out partying, you can just take a breath here and then continue partying.

Good food, but we came back for the jalapeño burger - too bad it was a limited time offer. Still nice for a break!

Something is off with the flavors. Ice tea tasted more like water. Aloha burger was not what I expected to be and I love aloha burger. Couldn't really enjoy eating it. The spaghetti was great so atleast I enjoyed that. I really couldn't pin point why the flavors differ from other Jollibee branches. Its just the flavor is off.

Did a drive through before we went sight seeing to tourist places in Baguio. We had a huge order and they were able to give it out quickly but they missed to give two food items and we had to return. Other than that, evefything's good.

Always takes eternity to get your order, now they gave the wrong order. We asked for peach mango large 3pcs, and we get 3 tuna pies.. and waited for ten min. To get the wrong order..

the newly installed app is not 100% working and inefficient. even if the line is too long or one machine is down, no one can order at the counter. staff are not courteous and approachable. customers in line get irritable most of the time, if not always. so much wasted space.

The food is nice but the staff they giving a wrong order and some of them they have a bad attitude when you tell them that the order is not complete they will keep saying the order is right and it’s complete, this is the 1st time i experience like this since i was a kid i’m a big fan of jollibee… only in baguio very bad branch sorry 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Been there early, late, morning, afternoon, a day or two after and same menu items are still unavailable. I'm amazed as to how they can always get queues going with 2 cashiers online and the place almost empty. Makes me wonder how things are on busy days. Food is always good though (if available) edit: place is currently under renovation (as of June 2019) so they won't cater to customers yet.

Worst service of all jollibee outlets i've been to! 1 hour waiting time. And you see the employees chit chatting and laughing.

I love this place! The food is so good I always force my parents if I could eat here.

Poor service... I order 2pcs chicken with 1 extra rice only. And i'm waited for more than 50mins to serve in my table yet there so many staff in the store.!!!

As it's a walking distance from Burnham Park, Session Road and all other nearby touristy parks, their speed and accuracy to serve your meals is amazing despite of the huge crowd between 12nn through 3pm.

The drive through was quick, just make sure you do not block the road when you enter. It can occupy only about 8 cars or so. The staff are friendly and respectful.

We have just experienced a 20+ minutes wait in the drive-thru! We lost our appetite for breakfast and the staff were non-apologetic. We will never go back to this particular Jollibee.

This branch has lousy service. Ordered via grab and they cancelled an order without having contacted me and when I called via grab driver to place a replacement, they make the driver pay upfront. That should not happen as there is a mechanism for them to inform customer about unavailable items and provide replacement without having to make the driver pay upfront and adjust the total price in the app. Terrible service.

Service was fairly quick as they had an attendant outside ready to assist with drive thru orders. However, package and/or handling should be improved. The coffee orders have already spilt even before they were handed to us.

to go chicken joy this morning... no gravy, no spoon and fork, no tissue but fortunately with catsup, so eat the rice like bread and hold the chicken literally.👎 liked jolibee harrison👍

Not pet friendly,specially for big dogs. We went to baguio today and dinein for lunch were not even able to enter the entrance as the guard approach us and asked in such a dicriminative way,”papasok nyo aso” and we answer yes and we will use the outdoor dinein And he told “hindi pwede and lakilaki ng aso nyo!” So my family ate there but we have to stay in parking and ate our lunch in the car It was so disappointing as we used to eat outside with out chowchow and we never experience this type of discrimination. Mcdonalds is more pet friendly and accomodation even the security guards!

I ordered 3 cheeseburgers and they gave me, just 2, this is not the first time I encountered such mistakes with Jollibee, it’s my third time, kulang kayo lagi sa pag-serve ng order. Do better! We are paying right, serve us right!
