Great location, but their service is really bad, to say the least. It's pretty much nonexistent actually. Staff members are few and far between and even even you do find one - they're either not knowledgeable, or just plain incompetent. And their rice cakes (kakhanin)... don't even think about trying them. They look nice, but they taste incredibly bland. Plain water tastes better than their abysmally bad rice cakes. All in all, a real letdown 👎

They have recently reorganise there store (new shelfs, new design, new meat counter and lastly new cashier line up) New Shelf's ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ New design ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ New meat counter ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ New Cashier line up 0⭐ The redesign is nice. New Cashier Line up is the worst! The Q and line up are now in between the shelf areas and so narrow. Totally inconvenient! You want cosmetics, shampoo, etc you will have to push your way through the people with there basket or trolleys. I'm totally sure that this is also not confirme with there emergency and safety protocols! In case of fire or emergency a wheelchair driver or PWD is death person. The cashiers are so slow, you have to Q for hours just to buy your grocery. For multi billion dollar company you would expect better!!! To be improving there sales management and buying experience!!!

The best time to go for us is after we bring the kids to school. No crowds, short lines and shelves are being stocked. Seafood and meats are nice and fresh too.Shopping is efficiently done at this time. Cashiers, merchandisers and baggers are always pleasant too. I love the fact that the bagger and cashier were more ecstatic than we were at how organized we were using our eco bags and soft cooler bags.

When in Baguio and need some things to buy, you can go to SM Baguio. You'll find the usual places to go and don't forget to visit local baguio stores that offers different foods or things. Anyway explore and see the scenic balcony and you may see foggy mountains.

SM Malls are all very nice including Baguio. The open to the outside area of the mall is a treat ... cool breeze blows into the mall and it also provides a great view of all of Baguio City !!!

Visited the store, on a Regular Sunday. It's essential to have a staff that's willing to assist customers, especially in a supermarket. Customer Service was a let down. Shelves were poorly stocked. Checkout was a nightmare. There were long lines, and only a few registers were open. The cashier made a mistake in my card transaction which made it more frustrating. It took an unreasonable amount of time to complete my purchase, which was a waste of my precious time. If they won't hire employees I hope they consider implementing AI solutions to enhance the customer experience. With improvements in cleanliness, product availability, customer service, and checkout efficiency through AI, this supermarket has the potential to turn things around and provide a better shopping experience for its customers

A week before Christmas, I bought 500g of whipping cream at SM Supermarket in Baguio. And on the 25th, I used it to make a Christmas cake, but the whipping cream had already deteriorated and could not be used. I had to party with my friends over ugly cakes. Of course, the shelf life was still there, but I want to say that the merchandise management of SM Supermarkets is poor. This is the second time.

Large variety, good prices, friendly service but long wait at the check-out

Long lines but still offers outmost convenience. Prices of some fresh seafood is even cheaper than the public market! And variety of items sold is much better.

every December SM baguio will be super super crowded. parking could be a problem after 11 am, since it is almost impossible to park around Burnham Park. which also will be filled with tourist and vehicles.

This is the only SM mall in the country that's frequently adorned with fog. I hope they employ a permanent fix to theroofing since it does not protect shoppers or the stalls when there are strong rains. New shops are opening and it's usually crowded during peak season. Parking needs a lot of improvement, since the queue is unmanageable and often disappointing during peak days.

Almost all your to buy items are in here, with different brands available

  • 5/5 Joex V. 1 year ago on Google
Complete grocery needs, wide isles, well ventilated, well lit. The price may be slightly higher than that of local groceries but it's more comfortable to shop here.

Located inside SM city Baguio on top of session road in the heart of the city of Baguio is SM supermarket. It's near the entrance by the roundabout on top of session road where the ATM machines are. You can purchase fresh produce, meats and poultry, canned goods as well as basic household items here. They also have a wide variety of imported goods. Parking is at the basement of the mall

The placenis good. Only thing i noticed is whenever it rains, you also get wet when you're on the top floor since the roof is made of tarpauline.

Whenever I needed extra hang around I may say SM baguio is the best since the atmosphere is so cool. I'm inviting all visitors most specially people who always needed comfort, here you will experience not only the ambiance but hanging around on a centralized area. Fresh air fresh people that we all deserve to be in. Come and enjoy

Lots of people, non-stop. If your just buying for a few, line is long to the cashier. So you might want think if it's worth to stand just for 2 or 3 items.. they don't have self service i guess most grocery store here in the Philippines don't have self service..

Crowded. Slow transaction processing in the counter. Not family friendly. One security guard said, child is not allowed to be put on the trolley, where in that part of the trolley is in general intended to put the child so that market goers can use freely both of their hands in pushing the trolley. Fish section has flies flying around.

As someone who visited Baguio City for the very first time, I am in awe of how beautiful and environmentally green the place is. The area is really fresh, since it uses the air from the cold breeze of Baguio, and the view is just splendid.

Still the best area to park, when you want to go to session road or skyranch. If you do not know where to eat, not sure where the pet friendly establishments at in Baguio.. go here.

Night view! The good thing about this pandemic is people has gotten the chance to innovate and use this time to make improvements and City Baguio has joined the list. If you go up to the roof top, you will see the newly-furbished and furnished manmade garden! Don't miss it, folks, if you had the time going to Baguio City.

Everybody knows SM. Big, lots of stores, spaces, good parking, clean and managing social distancing very well.

Ambience is like palengke. They need to redesign this grocery store to a more friendly park settings with coffee tables and nice benches.

Well there are times that checkout takes a long time, aside from few checkout counters are open, no baggers on site resulting to long queues. So if you intend to shop here, bring alot of patience.

SM Supermarket is the only supermarket we do our monthly grocery shopping in. (But honestly, it's because SM is closest to our home and given that it's a mall, you can do more than just shop.) Regarding their product offerings, I think they have a lot but it's still lacking. I mean, I've seen products and brands in other supermarkets and other SM supermarkets outside Baguio that cannot be found here. SM supermarket's (Baguio) product and brand options are relatively limited and that disappoints me as a shopper. Either you find only a few leading brands or a single totally unfamiliar brand. But generally, it has everything I need from food products to shoes and garments and household items and car accessories and toiletries and fresh produce, etc. The place is quite spacious and well lit. My greatest concern, however, is in the staff. The only reason I'm not deducting stars is because it's not SM's fault, but an awful Filipino attitude. Some employees slack and gather in an empty aisle to "make kwentuhan," some gossip while restocking shelves, and in many instances, I've encountered a cashier lady and bagger guy bad mouth their supervisor in their customer's presence (ME!). Very unprofessional of those particular persons. There seems to be a problem with box supply sometimes (you may opt to have your groceries packed in box/es). And also, the cashier is sooooo slow in punching barcodes and bagging (AS IS THE CASE IN ALL SUPERMARKETS IN THE PH). I hate that many products don't have prices labelled. But thank God for the bar vode readers. All in all, it was a good supermarket.

Nice place to buy things of any kind. But you have to come here earlier so that you don't won't have long queue in the grocery department.

Lines are very long especially when it's peak time around 3-5pm. Very disappointed in how baggers and guards didn't assist me in getting a cart...only pointed where to get it. I was carrying a VERY HEAVY box since they stuffed all of my groceries in ONE box. Please try to tell the employees to IMPROVE their SERVICE. Thank you!
