The sunsets, as you mentioned, are truly breathtaking, painting the sky with vibrant hues of orange, pink, and purple. Each evening, I found myself mesmerized by the spectacle, a perfect end to a day filled with relaxation and exploration. Speaking of exploration, the food at Ravenala Attitude was a delightful journey for the senses. From fresh seafood dishes to local Mauritian specialties, each meal was a culinary masterpiece. The variety catered to all tastes, and the quality of ingredients was simply outstanding. Equally impressive was the entertainment program. From the vibrant energy of local sega music and dancing to the fun-filled karaoke nights, there was something for everyone. Yet, despite the lively atmosphere, the overall vibe remained chilled and relaxed, perfectly mirroring my own desire to unwind and simply enjoy the moment. This was my first visit to Ravenala Attitude, but I have no doubt it won't be my last. The combination of stunning scenery, exceptional service, delicious food, and vibrant entertainment created an unforgettable Valentine's Day experience. It's a place where you can truly unplug, reconnect with loved ones, and create memories that will last a lifetime.

Greetings from Room 1119. In Quarantine since Last Thursday at Ravenala Attitude. Very much impressed by the excellent service offered. Special thanks to Mrs Janesta who is so caring and polite. It's always a pleasure to see such pleasing smiling face everyday and this really help not to feel home sick. Thank you for everything.

The hotel’s attention to detail was impeccable. My room was a sanctuary of comfort and elegance, with tasteful decor and luxurious amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep, and the panoramic view from my window was simply breathtaking. Nicolas possesses an incredible combination of compassion and dedication. He has been assisting us in uncountable ways. The staff are also welcoming.

We could not fault the room we had. It was large, nicely decorated and the bathroom was very nicely laid out. Whilst the service from the front desk was warm, welcoming and very efficient. The same couldn't be said for other aspects. At best, the majority of staff just seamed indifferent. Finally, our experience of the restaurants that required bookings wasn't great. The service was slow and most meals came out cold. There was plenty of food choice in the day, with many of the restaurant open in the afternoon. Our personal favourite was the BBQ and local food huts, (really tasty). If I was to make a recommendation, it would be for the hotel to invest in customer service training. Just for the staff to smile, would be a great start.

Excellent! Food amazing! Drinks amazing! Staff, wow! Sunny the manager and his team really went above and beyond to make our 2 outings here truly special. Nothing was too much and everything came with a huge smile. Highly recommended!

First the not so good things:- 1. Our room was very tired and grubby 2. The daily cleaning was hit and miss 3. We lost hot water on 3 days before it was properly fixed 4. Our A/C unit decided to pour water all over the bedroom floor during the middle of the night for some reason 5. Food choices were limited in the main buffet restaurant 6. Main swimming pool always appeared dirty 7. Some staff were trainees and hopeless 8. We made 3 calls to have our bags collected when we left and after 45 minutes no one turned up so we carried them ourselves The better things:- 1. The hotel location is very good 2. Our room overlooked the sea and the views were lovely 3. We stayed in the adult only section which was worth the premium 4. Our beach waiter was superb 5. The themed restaurants were very good and the food was lovely. 6. Lunch time in the Lime restaurant is a highlight Overall, it's OK but it's a low end 4 star hotel so expect some disappointment!!

I booked the hotel for my wedding reception and working with Jean-Daniel was a breeze , he was very professional and accommodating. Ravenala truly felt like a second home , we are grateful to the staff for making our day very special. The food was amazing and super delicious ☺️☺️ Thank you for making our day special and taking such good care of our guests.

We dined at the Riviera, what a beautiful setting with a fantastic menu. We had the lobster and the tomahawk steak, both of which were cooked to perfection. The service was first class and Brandon our waiter was very attentive. If you are staying at the Ravenala Attitude, we would strongly recommend that you dine at the Riviera.

If you've travelled this far for a holiday then you're not going to be disappointed. The location itself is beautiful and you couldn't get closer to tropical paradise if you tried. Money shouldn't be a focus here, but I'd highly recommend fully inclusive, given the incredible food selection at all meal times. The food served in every part of the resort is delicious. The closest supermarket is almost half an hour away in a taxi (£25 - 30 return). Staff are very helpful and friendly, willing to do whatever it takes to make your stay enjoyable and memorable. Swimming pools are amazing and variable (even if you have children). There's a super short distance to walk to the beach / bay attached to the resort with plenty of activities to join in and do, including SUP; sailing; peddle boating; canoeing; snorkeling; to name a few. You can organise plenty of day trips or activities with the staff, such as scuba diving; deep sea fishing; boat trips; swimming with dolphins and turtles....highly recommended resort to stay, a once in a lifetime experience you'll never forget. Nightlife entertainment is also fantastic four all ages, with loads for all to join in and enjoy. Watch out for the sun in the height of summer though, it's very intense...pack lots of sun cream because it's crazy expensive out there! 😎🤙

We are having a great time at the Ravenala Attitude. Lovely space standards around the loungers and gardens. Room could do with a refurbishment however. Food is generally very nice, but they would benefit from a more diverse range of deserts. The service is excellent. The best being YES! He is a brilliant barman. Really friendly, remembers what drinks we like at certain times of the day and even brings them out before we even ask! Top guy. The beach is lovely but small. There are other gorgeous ones along the coast, which we have seen by boat and the car we hired. The kids have enjoyed the kids club and loved the various pools. All in all a great holiday.

We had a great time. Food was fantastic with a good range and superb quality. Facilities were great. We were warmly welcomed and offered excellent service. Changing facilities were good and well equipped. Bar was very good with some nice cocktails and the staff was amazing and they definitely know their stuff. Entertainment and the music was exceptional and not something we expected. It was beyond our expectations. The built in night club made us feel special and ended our night amazingly. Well done to the team at Ravenala Attitude Hotel. Special thanks to the director Mr. David for making our night special and the birthday party unforgettable. Amazing place to stay! We had a wonderful holiday with helpful staff, great location, beautiful and green. Being surrounded by palm trees was amazing, the pools were perfect and so great having shade between pool & beach for children to play under. Staff were brilliant in all areas, we hope to visit again one day. A truly special place

Went there for 4 days (actually 2 full days). Lovely hotel and great restaurants. My top restaurant picks are Bistro and Beach BBQ. Note that the dinner menu at Beach BBQ is a totally different experience (during the day the food is not great and the meat is tough) Make sure to have reservations at both these restaurants (book online before arriving there). The breakfast at Mozaik is quite good. However the buffet is not filled up continuously while having breakfast. My advice....go early. Also ask for coconut ice-cream at the beach bar. The rooms need some renovation and deep cleaning, especially the bathrooms. Our room was very very far from reception etc and that could be quite a problem if one has health issues. All in all, a fabulous place to visit and relax. Super helpful staff eager to assist.

What a great place to stay in Mauritius! We were blown away by the amazing service and great food and drinks. They offer a range of activities and the biggest decisions you need to worry about while you're there is choosing between lounging by the pool or the beach and which restaurant to go to for dinner. We loved Madame Ming, but all the restaurants offer top notch service. We were even surprised with a birthday cake in our room as it was my husband's birthday while we were there. They really go above and beyond to make your trip enjoyable and relaxing and the spa is a must - had one of the best massages ever there! Would definitely recommend staying here!

My experience with Ravenala is a business one, back in 2019 for a small conference that brought in about 30 foreigners who booked about 50-60 nights. 10000 USD were spent on 2 lunches. The food was very satisfactory and the hotel ambiance quite amazing. Rooms were nice and clean. However, not business friendly. The venue for the lunch and the conference rooms selected for the event were changed at the last minute from what was decided during the initial meeting. They don't have the necessary technology to sustain a conference of international caliber. The issues with tech created stress on the tight conference schedule. Payment for the lunches were made well in advance and in excess with the understanding that they would refund any excess. They didn't, offering the equivalent in number of nights at the hotel. And due to the pandemic, they kindly accepted to honor this offer 4 yrs later. However one wonder if the offer was made in good faith as it was impossible to book rooms according to the dates I suggested (though the said dates were available on Mari deals) and it was not possible to get day passes instead either. Most of all, I am annoyed at the amount of time I wasted on the whole situation.

I was there to attend a workshop and I was given a warm welcome. The staff is cordial and assists you at every step. They are, indeed, extremely helpful. The food was quite good. It was an elaborate buffet, although I feel that more options could have been provided in terms of chicken, lamb and seafood. Otherwise, I had a very nice experience at this hotel. The atmosphere is quite peaceful and serene. Once again, kudos to the staff, especially those at the restaurant, who are doing a remarkable job in serving the customers.

Great experience at the resort. All staff are very helpful. Each night there's a different dinning experience with entertainment. I will definitely make a return. Going from the resort to the different landmarks and bays are easy as the taxis are stationed at the resort. Relaxin and fun place.

This hotel was a perfect getaway for me and my partner. It’s in a great location, the beach and the pool were great. The staff were amazing and so friendly. The service we received was top notch and the food was perfect! What topped it all off was the management cocktail night, where they told us more about the hotel and their sustainability efforts. It made me so glad to have chosen this hotel. The room was a decent size with a good balcony, ideal for 2 weeks. In case you don’t like dogs, they do have dogs roaming around, but they’re really no bother at all! I love dogs so didn’t have an issue with it, was nice to see and know they were getting looked after by the staff. If you’re into fitness they have a decent little gym and plenty of classes for you to get involved in. They offer lots of other great activities either by the pool or on the beach, where you can paddle board and go out snorkeling. Even though we were all inclusive we had to try their riviera restaurant, which is at an extra cost. We went twice we loved it so much. The service team there were so friendly and accommodating, and the food was insane. I really didn’t know what to expect from this hotel when I first booked but me and my partner loved it so much that if/when we go back to Mauritius we’ll be staying at this hotel again. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Thank you to all the Ravenala staff for looking after us!

We recently had stayed at Ravenala and this place is magical. It was a real pleasure from the start to the finish of our stay. Nicolas has been a real professional, friendly and wonderful person. He has been assisting us in making our stay an absolute delight. His devotion, full of life attitude has been incredible. We have received a warm welcome, genuine smiles and impeccable service at the hotel. The hotel itself is a masterpiece full of comfort and zen places to enjoy and relax.

During our stay at the Ravenala Attitude Hotel, we encountered a mixed experience. The staff members were notably friendly and accommodating. However, we were quite disappointed with the condition of our room, as it appeared to be quite old and in need of renovation. Additionally, we decided to try two of the hotel's restaurants, but unfortunately, our dining experiences were far from satisfactory. Despite all the restaurants being fully booked, the quality of the food left much to be desired. On our first night, we opted for the buffet, which offered a wide variety of dishes. However, we found that the taste of the entire menu was rather bland, lacking in flavor. Particularly disappointing was our visit to Madam Ming, the Asian cuisine restaurant, where we had chosen to celebrate my birthday. The Tom Yum soup and Pad Thai were both unappetizing and did not resemble authentic Thai cuisine in the slightest. I had eagerly anticipated a memorable and enjoyable weekend getaway at Ravenala, but unfortunately, it did not live up to my expectations. While the rooms were spacious, they were desperately in need of renovation. Moreover, the hotel's numerous restaurants seemed to be understaffed, leading to delays in replenishing buffet items and, in some instances, items not being restocked at all. Overall, our experience was undeniably disappointing, and as a result, I will not consider staying at Ravenala Attitude Hotel again in the future.

It has been our second day at the Resort and what an experience! Everything is perfect and all the Ravenala family staff are so kind and caring. Tonight we ate at Lime and had the most amazing and delicious food. We were assisted by Avinash and he assisted us so well with a lot of friendliness as well as perfect service. Would highly recommend anyone to enjoy an evening at Lime.

My stay at Ravenala was exceptional and exquisite. The food was terrific, especially the main courses and desserts. I had a fantastic rest, and the views of the hotel were breathtaking. The interior decor was also my favorite part of my hotel room. My downside was not having a bathtub, and my bathroom flooded with water when I showered. The staff was initially welcoming but maybe a bit rude later on. But it's okay. I forgive the individual staff member/team. All in all, my stay was truly memorable. I would recommend it.

Fantastic hotel from start to the end of our holiday. The staff are all (without exception) extremely friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. Lots of food variety / choice and lots of different drinks included on the All-Inclusive package. The beach and pools are fab and we never had to worry about finding a free sun chair. They really have gone above and beyond in designing the hotel and experience, everything about it is well thought through and meant we had an extremely relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Thank you!

I stayed in less than 24 hours as it was my stop over moving to another place, so I did not take full impressions. The service was excellent. The room and toilet were spacious. Iron and the board were provided on request. Breakfast was not included in my booking. In the morning, sounds of people talking while passing outside the room and bags' wheels were disturbing because I was trying to sleep after a long night.

Hello. We spent 7 days in the Ravenala Hotel on Mairitius with our family. We are very satisfied, our wedding was simply wonderful. We did not find a single fault in the whole system. And I would like to highlight one of the young guys working in the bar, his name is Yes, he does an incredibly good job, he is always there if you needed it. Spent one day with my family at The Ravenala Attitude Hotel. We were very satisfied with the services provided at the hotel. I would like to highlight Yeshven and Rohan at the bar. They were very generous and amazing. The only inconvenience was that we had to walk a lot to go to our room.

it may be good from a client's perspective but as the relative of one of the employees, i can definitely say it's one of the worst places to work for. people working there work so much overtime but get paid so little but they continue working because they have a family to feed. management is one of the worst and does nothing to improve this toxic work culture and considers underpaying employees a good thing.

My company had team building at Ravenala. Had a really good time and we all enjoyed ourselves. Friendly staffs at the bar and beach. Special thanks to Kevin for his warm approach and for showing us the different sport's activities. He was with us till end of the day. Will definitely visit again!!!

The Ravenala Hotel is a place I'd come back again and again. They have great services. The food is great! They really have quick responses to your needs be it food delivery or medical needs. Plus they are always calling to check up if you're fine and if you're enjoying your stay. I love the commitment and dedication the staff put into ensuring their clients are satisfied. I think that impressed me the most. Because what's a hotel without proper customer service anyway? Waking up to pretty beach view and watching sunsets from this spacious and finely furnished room is just breathtaking! I really enjoyed my stay here and I'm looking forward to come back here again. We can’t express our happiness and satisfaction enough concerning our stay at the ravenala attitude hotel. It was indeed a magical and outstanding experience that we had. Everything was perfect when it comes to the extra attention and care that the hotel provided us. Compared to the 4* and 5* hotels we went before, ravenale attitude is one of the best. We have been warmly welcomed by Mr abhi, Mr vikram and the front desk. These people are the most friendly and caring we ever experienced. Our romantic candlelight dinner was so well organised and special. The 3 course meal was one of the best we ever had, a big thanks to the chef for that delicious dinner. I got the chance to celebrate my birthday on that dinner and everything was beyond expectations. We would like to thank Mr nallan that made sure everything was ok during that romantic dinner. Our bedroom was clean and really nice. Big thanks to two wonderful and kind ladies , Mrs shabneez and Mrs kavita that took great care of our room. They decorated the room on our last night with flowers and it was so amazing. We are indeed going to miss our pleasant conversation with Mrs shabneez. The buffet was exceptional, we got to taste variety of food. The buffet is not only quantity but also of good quality. We were very pleased with the food there and Mrs Ashna has very well received us at mozaik restaurant and made sure everything was going well. We had a great time at the beach, Mr yeshven brought us the most yummy mocktails. He was so friendly and kind towards us and always asked if we needed anything to drink. The hotel’s concept was so unique by bringing the authentic mauritian culture to us and the special bond we had with the staff made us feel really at home. I can’t stop thinking about the tabaJ stalls where we had Mauritian mouth watering street snacks and that ‘roti’ was so so good. The ambiance and tropical decor of the hotel is breathtaking. We couldn’t think a better place than this for our honeymoon and I’m so glad that we chose ravenala attitude hotel for my birthday and honeymoon with my husband. We got that privacy, peaceful and romantic moments to celebrate our wedding. The hotel was also very generous to allow us to do my wedding photoshoot in its beautiful precinct. At last, a special big thanks and gratitude towards Mr Yogen, who helped us with the booking and organised everything perfectly for us. He is very easy going and kindhearted. He ensured we had a enjoyable and memorable stay at the hotel. Everything was so well planned for our honeymoon and thanks to him. We have definitely left our hearts to this hotel. We had a nice get away at The Ravenala Attitude with a warm welcome from the hotel staff. We had the chance to have an amazing food experience through their many restaurants. We were pampered during our day with cocktails and activities. We enjoyed the numerous cozy places on the beach accompanied by an incredible sunset. I would highly recommend The Ravenala Attitude be it for a romantic get away or a family time. We will surely come next time.

We stayed in a junior suite right on the beach. The room was immaculate and the view was fantastic. The choice of restaurants was excellent. The food quality was brilliant. A special thank you to Aisham who brought our drinks to us while we lay on the beach, he was so attentive and really looked after us. Overall a fantastic experience I would highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a family of 4. The rooms smelled a bit musty but we got use to the smell very quickly. The service at the resort was excellent. Kevin was amazing with our kids and invited them to play beach volley ball and informed us about a cooking class. There was a wide variety of non alcoholic drinks at the resort and a variety of drink options for the kids too. The waiters are very attentive and very well trained. Excellent service when ordering food and drinks. The food at the Bistro restaurant was of excellent standard. The water activities that the resort offers is a lot of fun. Snorkeling is a must try as well as the SUP. I would definitely recommend Ravenala and would love to visit the resort again in the near future.

Excellent service. Great food and kids club. Great entertainment and activities. The beach is clean and there were plenty of loungers. The family and I had a blast. Only thing is that the room wasn’t always cleaned thoroughly and there were ants in our room. We raised it with housekeeping and they addressed it. Also, there are some dogs on the property but they are not a nuisance. It is also bit of a drive to get to the hotel.

Went there on Saturday the 6/11 for a wedding,, the venue was very nice,, food was great,, Dj was perfect I dance all night with all my cousins and friends,, I had so much fun, jumping singing it was awesome.. the hotel is beautiful will definitely come for a stay very soon

Me and my husband had such a fantastic stay here. There was lots of things to do and excursions. The rooms were of large size that was decorated lovely. Our room faced the river and was a couple of minutes walk to the beach. The food was lovely(there is 10 restaurants to choose from), although not a great selection of desserts that was the same cakes every night. The Breakfast in the main restaurant had a lot of selection. The entertainment every night was fantastic and we made friends here that we danced the night away till the end! You can hire scooters at the hotel to venture out of the hotel to visit any of the many attractions that the island has to offer. We swam with turtles on one of the days and also snorkeled where one of the speed boats from the hotel took us out from the resort for a couple of hours. The people that work here were very friendly and attentive and me and my husband would definitely be staying here again! We had one of our best holidays ever here!!

Wonderful experience and introduction to Mauritius. Most of the features of the hotel are included in the all inclusive price with the occasional expected supplement. Loads of restaurants to choose from, not just the buffet mosaic and all catered to some degree for vegan vegetarians. Superb room service. Lovely beach and bar service. Excursion through our provider were experiences of a lifetime. Just fabulous.

We spent almost a month at Ravenala. It was a fantastic holiday. It’s a great location with several pools catering for different ages and abilities. The beach was sandy with the protected area swimmable with a small area suitable for snorkelling with some coral and a range of fish. Our room was comfortable, designed to meet our disabled requirements and close to all the facilities. The large range of restaurants provided a wide range of menus. The highlight however was the service provided by the dedicated friendly staff. Highly recommended for the elderly, those requiring assistance and families and children of all ages.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ravenala. Beautiful hotel. Excellent service. Good food. All the staffs are very well mannered and welcoming. Kids Club staff members are very kind and helpful. They looked after my children so well. We recommend the Ravenala Attitude to those who want to have a good holiday with their family or friends.

Warm welcome, on arrival and during our stay there. Loads of facilities, loads of trees and plants which make the place just like paradise. Vast variety of food and drink. All inclusive 24/24 top. Nice nightclub( must play some 80’s music and sega from time to time). Loads of sports and aquatic activities. The restaurant near the river had a very nice view. Top stay there.
