I have been going here in its current and previous incarnation for many years now, and I am always very happy with my haircut. They've got great stylists who know what they're doing. I've been getting my hair cut by Rachel for almost the whole time and she is absolutely amazing at what she does, is very friendly, and always makes you feel welcome.

I am a nervous person who doesn't like haircuts very much, but I loved my experience here, the stylist was wonderful and I will be coming back.

Wow-what can I say about Rachel? What a fantastic person and hairstylist. She not only gave me a great haircut and style but was on time with my appointment. She waxed my eyebrows and did a fantastic job leaving slight redness and no waxy residue. While this was the first time I have ever used this location, and can, without any hesitation, say I will be back. The Cost Cutters locations prefer extended time service (like color, perms, multiple services) appointments, but they took numerous walk-ins while I was getting styled which I think is great. The stylists have a fresh and professional approach, and all in the salon were friendly. The place was super clean and is large and open salon with a wall dividing the area and allows people to be separated, so it feels as if very few people are in the shop with you. Overall this place is the best, and I cannot think of anything but a five-star review.

I love going here to get my hair done! Kristin always does an excellent job and is very knowledgeable! She is awesome!! I've been getting a perm for a while now and always get compliments on my hair! I was getting color (before deciding to go back to my natural color) prior to the perms and again always got compliments on my hair. The staff is always friendly and cordial and the shop is always clean and neat! I have a tendency to observe everything due to my previous work experience. I also worked in Customer Service 30+ years and am very attuned to this. I would give the staff here an A++ for their work and work ethics.

I have been going to Kristen for over 10 years and she is the best!! I wouldn’t trust anyone else to cut color my hair. She is always up for any color challenge I throw at her. She is always very accommodating and provides a fun experience every time I see her. Anyone looking to change up their hair color or just needs a refresher I highly recommend going to Kristen. You won’t be disappointed!!!!

Just because it's called cost cutters, does not mean you can't get a premium haircut here! I've been going to Rachel for the last 3 years and I've never left feeling anything less than a million bucks. She always does a great job and people always comment positively on my hair. This location is always immaculately clean and the staff is friendly. As long as Rachel is here, I'll never go anywhere else for a cut.
