    Highly recommended for anyone who’s serious about getting a body .. About Trainer Vignesh Poojary.. 1) He is very professional and punctual and certified gym Trainer, he stick to the fundamentals and diet very strictly 2. His knowledge on fitness and workouts is really good and he will not harasse the client with heavy or fancy workouts 3. He will slowly increase the intensity of workouts which u will not realize and the result will be amazing..
