Starbucks one of the Best place ever... it's just lovely and spacious.. provides you with wide range and customizable coffee,..The Ambience was just fabulous... it's a good place to hangout as the Environment is peaceful .. but sometimes it looks crowded... staff and service is good 👍

Dark Caramel coffee was good. Maintenance was nice and cool. Location was good and near to metro station. Price was high but taste, maintenance, location make us feel comfortable. Staff was friendly and also suggest the best in the starbucks. -Wash room facility also Available at first floor. Thank you😊

Starbucks is famous for their variety and customisable coffee. Best quality of coffee and ingredients available in town. Never fails to attain perfection in making a cup of coffee. Desserts are also available with quick bites, snacks, sandwiches etc.; The staff is very professional and also friendly at times you need them. I have been visiting for 6 years now. Of course, the ambiance is brilliant with the soothing view to our eyes of KBR park greenery. Best Starbucks store in Hyderabad.

I was here for a cup of good pourover black coffee along with my colleagues. Located at jubilee hills Hyderabad. Nice place with lots of space to sit and enjoy coffee outdoor and indoor as well. Spread on two floors. Good hygiene and safety measures are being practiced including social distancing due to COVID-19. Some light snacks and deserts are also available. Staff is courteous and service is quick.

This is the 2nd time I'm visiting this place and really love this place ambiance is really nice and premium looking Food is really good I must say that I like cheesecake and the Latte Over all I really like this place and located in Jubilee hills, peddamma gudi.💝

The Jubliee Hills Starbucks has been my favourite Starbucks in Hyd. It has two floors and is quite spacious with beautiful indoor and outdoor seating arrangements. The staff are well trained and are very friendly and warm. My frappacino was exactly as I liked. The wifi strength is also good.The place gets a bit crowded in the evening. However one can easily enjoy a peaceful coffee and comfortably finish their work.

I enjoy going to this Starbucks because of the staff. They are really good and know how to take care of you and how to talk to children. My son enjoys the cookie here and we enjoy the coffee. I am a classic coffee person, no fancy stuff. Plane and simple cappuccino.

We ordered caramel brew and Dutch choclate Dutch choclate was costlier than caramel one and didn't even tasted that good compared to caramel Dutch choclate was recommended by the serving staff over there *Signature drink* PS ***I don't recommend or personally go to Starbucks it's not coffee it's the Price Only because one of my brother wanted to try it I had took him there

When you pay 1000+ for 2 coffees, you don’t expect self service and talk back about staff shortage. If you don’t have staff and expect customers to carry their trays, you shouldn’t be charging those rates for your products. I also didn’t receive my receipt after payment. I had to ask for it specifically and tell the cashier the actual amount before they could generate my bill. The ambience is also not worth pricing. You get to see shops closed all around and view of the ground floor. The stairs creak and squeak as if they will break while climbing up to the first floor. Parking is also a hassle as no one lets you know where the entrance is and the parking area is so less. Highly discourage anyone visiting the outlet!

PLEASE DON'T TRUST this place with your swiggy order. They cancel the order without informing us about what's wrong. They also paste pics of items which aren't available and you would be wasting your valuable time. I ordered their chilly paneer with herbed bun and vanilla milkshake and they cancelled it without informing me. I noticed after 30min that the order got cancelled. And when I went back to check their menu, the bun had been delisted. Please look at other Starbucks outlets for your purchase and to prevent from embarrassing yourself in front of friends and family.

Visited 1st time. Ambiance and the service is Awsome, Will get all the variety of flavours. Am not the coffee lower, but enjoyed it.

They charge exorbitant charges but they service is pathetic especially when you order online. Smaller coffee shops give better deliveries than them. Don't know for what they charge such high amounts if they cannot maintain good delivery standards

I don't usually go to Starbucks often; However we stopped here for a cold frappe. The service was great and the cafe was clean. The young man who served us was very enthusiastic and had a good sense of humor.

hands down the best Starbucks in Hyderabad! The employees are so incredibly nice, and I can't emphasize that enough. They go above and beyond to make sure that what they are serving is top tier and fits exactly what the customers are looking for. There was a time when one of the baristas went out of her way to give over 6 samples for my sister to try, just for my sister to recall which drink she had enjoyed last time. I can't imagine any other place doing so much. They seem to genuinely enjoy their work, and take the time to customize the food and drinks, keeping the customers happy. In my opinion, the service as well as the food and drinks makes the price worth it.

Came here for dessert, got tiramisu. It was nowhere close to an actual tiramisu, it was just a cheap chocolate pastry with cream filled between cake slices. Could not even taste coffee in it. Very disappointed.

Good setup. Grab a cup of coffee and slide into their comfy seating with charging ports available below every seat & work. Only downer is there is a lot of crowd here always esp baccha party so gets a bit loud in there. Had coffee first it was good, then ordered paneer sandwich it was okay but not very tasty. Location wise full marks.

Food and beverages are worth purchasing and the service is brilliant. 👏👏 I had made online order to different location of Starbucks in Hyderabad. But both the location's staff are so cooperative that they helped us with the same order here.

Beautiful place but there was too much sugar syrup in my Matcha Green Tea Frappuchino. Definitely more than how i get it in USA.

Costly place nothing is below 250 here They have coffees and teas in regular, large medium sizes. Service is very quick they accept online payments. I have tried signature hot chocolate cost 250 size regular costed 250, I have asked them to put whipping cream and add chocolate power on top The combination of hot chocolate, whipping cream with the choclate power on top was amazing the thickness of chocolate was very perfect, price is only the issue service was very interactive was screened and sanitised before entry.

During my recent visit to Starbucks, I had an unfortunate experience where I mispronounced my order. Instead of receiving understanding or assistance, the employee named "Naga Lakshmi" laughed, which made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. Customer service should prioritize making customers feel valued, and I hope this incident prompts better training for the staff in handling such situations.
