Gel manicure chipped after 2.5 days. I think it was OLD POLISH and BROKEN LED LAMP. I had a groupon so I came here for a gel manicure. I was told to select my color, and there was no color wheel. So I had to just start opening polishes to see the colors. I noticed MANY of the gel polishes were very gooey and goopy, and they seemed very old. So I selected the best appearing polish based on texture, but apparently the polish was still old?? The LED light was half broken, only the right side worked and all the bulbs on left side were broken. So when curing the polish, I had to put my hands only on the right side. Even then, I thought the light still had issues because during the manicure, some nails weren’t curing properly, and the manicurist had to redo a few of them. Also, the cleanliness was so-so. When she pulled out the nail trimmers etc, I didn’t think they were sanitized. Giving them benefit of doubt, maybe they were sanitized prior to my arrival? But I really doubt it bc they didn’t look so clean. The only positive is the staff was polite, but this doesn’t make up for a bad manicure that I now need to correct myself. UPDATE: I am unsure how to reply to your comment, but your response is super UNPROFESSIONAL and honestly infuriating to me. You should 100% refund my money or offer me a free gel manicure since it lasted 2.5 days! And because your LED light is BROKEN! I left you two voicemails today as you are closed today. As you said yourself, it should last 3 weeks. When I do my gel manicure at home, or other salons, they last about 3 weeks. This lasted 2.5 days!! Also, in regard to sanitizing, there was something orange on the clippers and the girl used a tissue to wipe it off. I didn’t see her unwrap the clippers from any sort of sanitizing machine. So I believe they weren’t sanitized.

Decided to try this place for lashes. I really wanted to love it. Unfortunately the lashes were sloppy with lots of clumps of glue. After 3 days of trying to maintain them and an awful allergic reaction I went back in to get them removed. Initially they wanted to charge me for the removal of this awful experience. When I requested a refund they said that they wouldn't honor that. I was terribly disappointed in this whole experience. Needless to say I will not be going back and Hope others have a better experience

Has to be one of the worst salon in the area. Sherry doesn’t know how to minister to their clients. The concept of the salon completely relies on being money minded with zero outputs provided to the clients. Even after explaining everything to the inch she comes and argues and puts all her energy in alleging the clients rather than apologising for her mistake. Extremely disappointed towards the service provided and the attitude that the owner carries for no reason. If there would have been any negative ratings i would have loved to put my numbers on that.

First time to this beauty salon . I read the reviews and it had some good ones . I like the ones on Katrina . So I called and asked for her . She was able to schedule me on the week that I called. I was very nervous being I was new to this place and a new beautian . She was ver helpful and explained and showed me the hair samples for hilights. She did a super job on my hair hilites. I just wished she hadn’t cut too much on my hair length . I have curly hair and gets shorter once it’s in curls . Other than that Katrina did a great job on my hair. For the owner , I wish that there was some water offer if a customers are going to be in there than a few hours .

A BIG NO!! She wouldn’t listen to what i said and did my hair colour completely different !! Rudest person!! Will just argue !! Karina who did it is still nice . But no good service, she would just say don’t expect the same outcome and later will blame that you never explained her what you want! If not the services accept your mistake and tryna be a bit nice !! I wouldn’t suggest you going there !! I would give negative ranking if i possibly could🤷‍♀️

I got my eyebrows done here first red flag was the chair was not wiped clean after a client got up and that is an osha violation. Second red flag was all the cheap hair products don’t get your hair or eyebrows done here. The girl that did my brows was very rude to me because she did not like the style of eyebrows I told her to do on me I told nicely that’s what I want. “Really “ is what she said. It’s my face I’m not a fan of thick eyebrows.

Absolutely loved my haircut and the care taken to get it just how I wanted. Communication with the stylist was as good as it gets. the compliments and reactions to my cut were some of the best I've ever received. I haven't felt this good about a haircut since I first decided to start my mullet some 5-6 years ago. If y'all want a stylist to get you right, then stop by and ask for Karina💯.

I went in to get highlights and lighten my hair so that when my greys grow out, it would blend better. The girl doing my hair did the exact opposite, there’s no highlights and my hair is darker than it was when I went in. I asked for soft curls and she gave me a feathered look from the 70’s; it took everything in me not to cry when she showed me my hair. Not only did she completely mess up my hair, she charged me $50 extra without any explanation. Would not recommend this place or Karina!
