I love Flame Broiler but this location is always disappointing. I only came because it was down the street from where I was at. The vegetables and green onions look old and smushed. My plate with the chicken and beef was practically half full. I’ll take the extra drive to the California location next time.

I ate here yesterday just by chance, I was actually looking for another place when I saw flame broilers, im glad I did, the food was delicious, the Mongolin beef was absolutely wonderful, we also got a plate of the chicken which tasted like it had been in a trager, a ton of smokey flavor, me and the family will definitely be driving out here more often just for the beef, the place was very clean and the staff were very friendly!

Order not ready when arrived. Had a 1230 pick up and arrived 10 min or so after. Some excuse that they call prior to confirm order despite ordering and paying and having a pick up time online with a screen shot of confirmation. No missed calls. I could have called it in if i wanted to. Very disappointing. I could see if there was a pay in store option and would need a confirmation to make sure but that was not the case.

Customer service has always been great. Food is fresh and high quality. I love the food and prices are reasonable. Establishment is very clean and tables are neatly set up and sanitized. Their salsa bar and drink area is also very clean and organized. Overall this place is 5/5 for me!

Food good. But seems like they are counting napkins. I ordered spicy chicken and server was counting chicken in the scoop.

This is my favorite flame broiler in town. The people in there are very nice and the place is very clean. I would definitely come here again.

I have visited this location so many times not once have I ever had a problem with my food, the food would come outstandingly delicious. Customer service was an A+

This is easily the best Flame Broiler in Bako. Everyone was so nice and respectful and plus the food is great. I love the chicken and white rice with magic sauce. It makes for great protein and carbs after my workouts. Overall great experience 🤙🏽

Worst flame broiler in Bakersfield. The service was extremely bad. I went on Sunday 10/15/23 around 11:30 am. I didn't catch the young man's name, but he was really rude. He made remarks about charging me more for no reason. He was Loud and cursing openingly. The food was okay but overall Very poor experience. They should train their employees to have some respect for their guests. Never going back to that one again.

We have eaten at this establishment multiple times since it opened. We have never been disappointed with our meals. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. They are always well staffed and maintain a very clean restaurant. The meals are freshly made with the healthiest foods, and all for a reasonable price. I love that my food is ready when I make an online order and they call me to reassure I have the correct location. I did have an error on one of my orders I called and spoke w manager and she took of my order and I appreciate that.

Caring workers so amazing, kind, and understanding. They are also not stingy at all with sauces and etc like other places. And understand what you want your order to be very clearly!

The employees are so attentive and friendly! If you're a regular they not only remember your order but your name and keep friendly relationships with their customers! I always call ahead of time and when I get there my order is always hot, fresh, and ready to go. I spend no longer than 2 minutes in there and those two minutes they always bring a smile to my face. LOVE the staff :)

I usually go to the flame broiler on Stockdale, but traffic was terrible so I went here. First, the chicken plate I ordered didn't have as much chicken as my usual place, and it was overcooked to boot. There were also bits of hard, burnt broccoli in the vegetables. I would rather brave the traffic than return here.

Just recently went to this location and had some of the best customer service I could ask for from Angel Preciado. Hands down a good worker 👍🏽.

I love this place! You can only find them down South. Franchises please someone bring them up north! It's Korean based and really good! Chicken, Angus beef and tofu with brown and white rice. Service was great and did I mention great food!
