I’m

with
Texas
Roadhouse
I
ordered
takeout
for
my
family
on
Valentine’s
Day
and
they
burned
my
kids
meals
and
today
/Mother’s
Day
I
gave
it
another
shot
on
another
holiday
and
chose
this
place
for
takeout
for
our
Mother’s
Day
dinner
and
first
off
my
child’s
meal
burned
again
her
burgers
were
practically
charcoal
she
didn’t
even
touch
her
meal
again
!
And
to
top
it
off
I
got
home
and
noticed
my
meal
was
missing
and
I
called
to
let
them
know
and
they
said
they
ran
out
of
that
size
steak
!
Completely
unacceptable,
not
even
the
running
out
of
steak
part,
the
fact
that
they
didn’t
call
me
to
let
me
know
before
hand
this
order
was
placed
at
noon
for
6:15
pm
order
they
had
plenty
of
time
to
notify
me
.
So
I
was
left
door
dashing
a
completely
different
meal
for
Mother’s
Day
.
When
the
lady
who
took
my
call
told
me
this
I
was
so
confused
not
even
an
apology
.
I’ve
worked
in
the
restaurant
industry
many
years
and
been
a
shift
lead
and
a
supervisor
.
Somebody
needs
to
show
this
team
how
to
prioritize
their
customers
