This place is complete messy of boxes, small space to pass by, don’t recommend this store even not self checkout, a nightmare to pay for goods, forgot to mention after 10 pm employees are playing restocking goods like childs, you can find most of them at the canned section throwing boxes all around the floor

As usual WalMart has 1000 registers and is only operating two of them. The lines are backed all the way up to men’s wear. They don’t want people to steal, but are making it impossible to PAY!!!!!

I ran into an old friend and they wanted a CD from Walmart for their birthday and I think it's pretty cool that Wal-Mart still carry CDs and Records, what a cool inexpensive gift❤👍 I like the fact that they have free Wi-Fi and that it's very fast. I wish they were 24 hours again. I think it's cool that they have door greeters that say hello to you🙋‍♂️ I appreciate them trying to keep the prices low, because everything much money these days👍✌

I usually don't write bad reviews, but I've been fed up with this walmart for a while now. For months every time I go in, the book aisle has been blocked off with large racks of clothes or other stock. It's impossible to browse. Furthermore, today the cashier informed us that we wouldn't be able to buy a bottle of wine because the new manager has a rule where everyone in the party has to show their ID's? My younger sister was with us, and the wine was obviously not for her, but the rest of us were adults. The cashier called for assistance, and a different lady came to assist us. My family member said they would just get in line separately again to pay for the bottle of wine alone, and she shook her head and said she refused to sell it to her! Very rude for no reason.

Absolutely 100% unprofessional service . Stood in line while one person assisted the money services department. While there was like 10 people in line including me. One person went up to check with someone and their response was oh she will help you. This is absolutely an unprofessional way of running things when You have people standing in line for An hour with one person helping and the lines not moving , I’ll be writing cooperate about this . This Walmart used To be good. Some of us are on a genuine time crunch

Pretty much the same as when I went, a couple of months ago 🤔!! This time I went early in the morning. And the store 🏬 was crowded 🙄, and plus,it was being stocked up. Almost every isle,had something being stocked up. Which was a good thing 👏, and I did have to wait in line. Only about Three check-outs open ☹️😱, out of about 12☠️💯😡, but understandable, because of the lower pay and longer hours ☹️

This is somehow worse than the Walmart on Rosedale. But first, I'd like to state that the customer service is great here, and the people that work there are amazing. That said, corporate has clearly left this place behind. They don't have tap to pay and they don't have self checkout and it is eternally busy on the weekends because it is the only Walmart on the east side of town where most of the low income area is. What really bugs me is the tap to pay though. Their card machines are ancient, I'm talking late 2010s model.

This Walmart has a good selection in some departments, like the meat. I usually visit this store as I know they carry specific items I am looking for and usually find there with no problem. It is also the closest store to me. It is a highly congested area and the lines can get really long. It can also be hard to find help from the employees. However they are usually friendly. This location is all stocked up with brand new baskets and they are also doing some remodeling and stocking new products!

There are always a lot of people in this store. However, there are only about 4 or 5 open cashiers. If you need to find a product, I recommend that you do not look for a store employee because there is almost always none, or they are busy. It is better to download the Walmart app. In that app you can search for the product you need and it will show you its location in the store.

Went to this Walmart bakery to buy my daughter a birthday cake, was NOT greeted friendly by this women named moe, she was extremely angry for some reason. Didn’t even know how to take my order and gave me a horrendous attitude the whole time. I have to pick up my cake on Sunday I honestly hope she doesn’t spit in it cause she seems like the kind of person that would.

Couple reasons for average rating... 1) waited for an eternity before being helped with one of the glass cases of merchandise 2) simply leaving shopping cart 🛒 with a couple items in one aisle over from where I needed to check the stock out for an item I came to the store for specifically... Results in its mysterious disappearance into thin air 3) hot, loud, and just too much over-stimulation 4) yucky toilets 🚽 with no napkins...💀

Asked 2 employees if someone was there to help in the materialsection she walked by said I don't know. Another just past by without a can I help you. Meanwhile lady in that section running fishing section and checking out. Plus material. Vel I believe was her name. Waited forever because she was held up selling a fishing license.

I never been one for shopping at big superstores, but I must say that shopping here was pretty good. The store was nice and clean and the employees, and even security, are very helpful. I was able to get in and out in a matter of few minutes. I knew I could find what I was looking for, and would shop there again.

Never had any bad experiences here myself. Seen some funny stuff the very first visit after being back into town for many years. A lot of goofy customers. I'm one.

Crowded. And the exit man seemed to think it was funny to joke about calling the cops on me when my tracfone set off the security alarm at exit. Poor taste on that from the exit worker. 😕 the electronics dept was one person with 8 people in line for various reasons, that worker called for support 8 times that I saw and nothing and no one came to help him. That's a bummer they didn't recoeve support when needed. My visit was long and crowded. I had no choice but to shop there for my one item. I will go to rosedale Walmart next time.

Accidentally left an item I purchased in the cart. Called when I got home and told rep where cart was and would come in the next day to pick up with my receipt. Went in, no item, no note so was told they aren't responsible after you leave the store. So, too bad for me - $11 loss for me. Not customer service in my estimation. Definitely don't need to shop there anymore.

After so many years of being a customer--it's a familiar environment with a GREAT clearance section! Always find what I need and what I don't need...but it's always a positive experience.

I was shopping In the store and was approached by a vision center employee, I was so impressed by our conversation , that I ended up purchasing glasses here. The staff is friendly and fun. I will bring in my husband and children to get theirs

We were walking around the store looking for a printer we seen an employee we asked her where the printers were ( what isles) she said I don't know look in the electric section I'm on my break that's why I have on arm out of my jacket ...Wow it was our very first time being in that store. Thank goodness another employee redeemed the staff we were looking for a kiddy pool asked another employee he stated they were a summer item and they were clean out of them but he stated he eould go look for us ! And he brought us one.

Prices good compared to other stores, yes. Find what you need, most of the time, being so busy, I guess I understand they are constantly stocking. But if you need help, forget it! Paged 3 times for help, no one came. Four 'associates" passed me and they couldn't help me and said to wait a little bit more, or they said they would page again! 30 min for help? Unacceptable even for Walmart. Should have flat out tell me "no one is coming to help you lady" and be done with it.

Great place beware their third party affiliation sells. Had to return something I bought on line. I'd canceled it and got the confirmation. Than reordered what I actually wanted. The third party still charged me, than still sent the product. They than made me take a few hours out of my day to return it in a very specific way. It's highly annoying. However Deleon and Jessica helped me they went above and beyond. I called and emailed Walmart to commend them. If you find them in the store, you know you're going to be taken care of.

This is a quick in and out store for home good items. Staff are not willing to help customers due to not being able to be found. Prices are reasonable on most items. Check out lines can become highly congested at times, due to not enough of them being open.
