What a disorganized mess...over priced over booked, dirty many games were out of service,soda watered down and flat, I paid for a birthday package which apparently feeds anyone who wants to wander in and eat from your table food was terrible even children couldn't stomach the cake there's no time scheduled for your food to be dropped on your table they don't inform you it's coming nor is it fresh or even warm...we will never book a birthday there nor recomend it as an option to anyone ever...on top of everything wrong with our experience someone sold our credit card info to scammers after we left woke up to numerous unknown charges...DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!!!

I hadn't been to Chuck E Cheese in over a decade when I took my 3-year-old twins. They no longer have physical tickets. You get a card where you load "points" instead of tokens and the "tickets" are automatically added to the card when you finish playing. I don't like it. It's not fun to win the jackpot because there's no machine spitting hundreds of tickets at you. It's not about the prizes, It's about the 15 seconds of gloating while everyone sees you getting your tickets. The food is good and what you would expect from a Chuck E Cheese. Maybe a bit better. We got the boneless wings with the sweet chili sauce, pineapple pizza, and sodas. There's no playground area. It's all arcade games. There is a dance floor. There is a big seating area for parties. We got to meet Chuck. He's nice... for a giant mouse.

My son wanted to come here for his birthday. I paid about $40 for a large one topping pizza with 4 sodas. They had cards with unlimited games for 30 mins, 45 mins, 60 mins, and 120 mins for various pricing. I got two cards with 60 mins play time for $31 each. If you download the Chuck E. Cheese app, you get a bonus 500 e-tickets. The pizza, by the way, was delicious!

Clean place and great pizza! I like how you can play with not only coins but with a points card as well. This seems to last longer and machines are good about giving a fair amount of tickets. I didn’t eat at the salad bar when I was there but it looked delicious. There is a security system they have in place so someone doesn’t walk out with your child. They stamp an invisible to the eye number on you and your children and check it before you leave. It’s a great idea and is greatly appreciated.

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Chuck E. Cheese on Ming Avenue in Bakersfield, California. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our family's party truly memorable. Thank God for the salad bar which was good but the pizza.. meh. No playground in this place for the smaller toddlers. Just coin eating machines that have games that end far too soon. Bring back a play area.

We had my nieces birthday party here and it was a blast. The employees we're very attentive and kind. This is the first time I've been there since the remodel and I was very pleased. It's more open and even when its crowded its fun to be there. Keep up the great work.

I went as a walk-in for my grandson's bday. It already look disorganized walking in, walking to our table I kept seeing a bunch of tables dirty and it wasn't even that busy. I bought me a salad which I returned right away because there was hardly any salad out and not as much selection this was towards the evening around 5 and I wondered the salad looked like that! Chucke came out only to the booked partie didn't even walk around. I hadn't been here for like 6 years and I know now why I don't come to this place. It has changed a lot not in a great way to me.

OMG the pizza at this Chuck. E Cheese is the best than other Chuck. E Cheese I went to. There were plenty of games for my 4 year old daughter to play for an hour, and then sit and eat our pizza. Wholesome awesome memories, great pizza, and excellent customer service.

Was clean and organized, food was good better than I expected, all games were Working chuck e came out walked around greeted kids and it’s renovated super nice place now!!!?! Will be back!

Good pizza plenty of games. Got there at 7:40. Very nice staff. Ordered the sampler and a supreme pizza large. Ordered the sweet chili wings yet got Buffalo. Even though it took 25 minutes for the food it was only supposed to take 10 minutes more to redo the wings. Never received them so I had to talk to the manager Mario. Very nice gentleman actually apologized numerous times refunded the platter. On a note the shooting games need to be calibrated . All in all a good time with the family. Salad bar was really good too.

Not only did my daughter have fun but so did my husband & i. Its a bit pricey but worth it i guess you can say... The only thing i didn't like was waiting in line to place my order or the line for the rewards .... They took way to long.

Food great, but i wasnt done eating; went to the restroom and when i came back my food was in the trash already. Got a refund for the pizza but they should make sure people are done eating before handling anything from the table

Lots of games and things to do for all ages and seating is near the games so you can be close to your child. Clean and staff were walking around to ensure games were working and if we needed anything. We have visited three in the last two months and the children had a great time.

Good place for family fun, but I just heard this was going to be the last week for some family deals and birthday package deals that they've had for years. That was a real bummer but they did it to themselves. Food was good.

The place is like a small John's Incredible with less games and no rides. The pizza and wings took 1 1/2 hours to come out of the kitchen because it was busy there but there was only one young guy working the kitchen by himself and he was overwhelmed. I spoke with him and it was only his 3rd day on the job and was working the whole kitchen which includes making the pizza, making the wings, making cheese bread, making dessert etc. So I blame the food delay on management. The food was decent tasting but I'm not sure it it was because it did taste good or I was extremely hungry by the time I ate. My daughter had fun and had never been there but I would go to John's Incredible Pizza next time instead because with John's you get way more food options on an unlimited basis and actually more games and actual rides. Also they had no play ground in there anymore like when I was a kid so no free entertainment so basically a small less staffed, fewer games, fewer prizes, more expensive John's. Go to John's if you want to be more cost effective, better food, better games and rides. I'm not giving it a 1 star because my daughter who's 6 years old had fun on her first time.

I notice the people preparing the food and serving the food was not clean she touched the tongs to the food and then the items people were bringing. Did not change gloves when she went from touching non food items to different items or coming from doing different task. Also she did not remove apron when eating her lunch. The tables were not clean. The only reason enjoyed visit was a young lady who took the extra effort and patience with my children. She was an excellent customer service provider. She was a mixed young lady cannot remember her name but she's helped my family the last two times we've been there.

I took my family there/here to celebrate my daughter's birthday. It wasn't even packed. Their probably were 3 families there before us. We placed our order but didn't get till 2 hours later. Their was also another family complaining about there order as well.

I personally like Chuck E. Cheese in Bakersfield a lot! The staff there were incredibly nice, and when I went to get my prizes, one of the workers there even promised to give me 100 extra tickets if I correctly guessed my total ticket amount. Aside from that, another good thing was that when I went, I only saw one machine that was "out of service." The rest of the machines there I saw were perfectly operational (except a few of the games involving the insertion of tokens). Also I am a huge fan of the Chuck E. Cheese chain of arcades. I look forward to my next visit so I can win more jackpots.
