From shady billing practices to horrible Covid precautions, this place is terrible! In order to be seen you have to give them a credit or debit card and sign something saying you authorize them to charge your card without prior notice or authorization. So if they bill your insurance incorrectly, be sure to find an unexpected charge. Then be prepared to go through a lengthy, stressful battle to get your money back. The wait times are worse than every other urgent care, the office is not sanitary, the waiting area has no social distancing, potential Covid patients are permitted to wait inside with everyone else and use the same rooms as other patients. The communication is terrible also. They did a Covid test and when the doctor came in he just started looking in my ears and mouth… said I have an infection and prescribed me an antibiotic, then quickly left. So when the medical assistant came back I said “I assume my test is negative?” She responded, “Whatever the provider told you.” I told her he didn’t say either way and she replied “well then I guess you’re negative.” I had to ask her to please check. She huffed and left the room, leaving me wondering if she is coming back. She did, eventually, return with a print out containing my negative result and told me I could leave. So, I asked “Is the prescription being called in?” To which she responded (again) “whatever the provider told you.” I said “The provider didn’t say, which is why I’m asking you.” Between the dirty, careless office and their shady billing practices, I do my best to never go here.. I only do when all the decent places in town are full (which was the case this last time). From now on, I’ll find any other urgent care or even go to the ER, because there is no way I’ll go back to Accelerated.

Update 03/30/2021..now I have a pending charge for 40.00 on my card. This business is nothing but a fraud and stealing money!!!!DO NOT GO HERE!! I made an appointment to been seen. Showed up for my appointment filled out paperwork, paid my copay and sat in the lobby for 10 minutes. Then got called to the receptionist area and told the provider I had an appointment with called out sick and I would not be seen. I asked for my copay back and she said the billing office would have to do that and she would notate the account so I could get it back. I called the billing office a month later for my refund the biller stated she saw the note but didn't know how to give me a refund Well now I just recieved a bill for services I never recieved. So on top of them stealing my copay this office wants to steal more money from me. Beware of this place

If I could rate this a 0 I would. I went around a month ago to check my 1 year old. I got there around 10 then around 2 they called me in to gat insurance card. Then I ask how much longer said around 5 more hours. I was frustrated at this point I went in asked they took her to check vitals. I left after that if I stayed I would have waited 6 hrs to be called in again. I got a called a little before 8 a room is ready. Why make me wait a whole day to be seen. And people who get COVID tested wait in the waiting area with you. So it makes it worst that you come into contact with COVID.

I was here about two weeks ago. I patiently waited to see Physician Rocky Chavez while he was in the other room being super loud, obnoxious and talking a lot of smack with another coworker. Rocky Chavez was absolutely awful. I believe he saw me about 3 mins, I had other concerns and questions and he just left. All he stated was he would send me to get lab work done and was very dismissive. I never had an opportunity to express other concerns and he never asked me if I had any questions. He was the most unprofessional care provider I have ever encountered. It’s unfortunate because there are other good physicians there my children have seen and that is why I went there in the first place. I don’t want others to experience what I went through, someone so insensitive and dismissive should’ve chose a different career.

I would rate Accelerated Urgent Care on Coffee Rd and Stockdale a zero if I could. I was refused treatment because I did not want my credit card on file with them and I did not have $200.00 cash on me for a deposit in case my Blue Cross Insurance Company did not pay them. My health came second to the ole mighty buck today. This is their policy and my health did not matter to them. They will be my last dying resort for treatment. I feel I was not treated like a valued human being today. I do not recommend Accelerated Urgent Care for treatment.

I had an appointment at 8:12 PM wasn't seen until 10:15. What's the point of an appointment when all the walk-ins get seen before you. Nothing urgent about this urgent care.

Amazing urgent care. I was in need for a TB skin test at the last minute and they were able to help. I had no appointment and was in under 10 minutes. They were super friendly and helped me out so much! Truly recommend

I live walking distance from this place, so I've been here several times. The staff is nice, and I've never had any problems with billing or quality of care. I just don't like the long wait times which are at least 2 hours. Don't bother making an appointment because they don't seem to care if you have one or not. You just end up waiting all day for your appointment and then waiting another 2 hours to be seen. I liked it during COVID when they would text you when your turn came up. This allowed me to go home and wait my turn. Now I have to sit around for hours with a bunch of sick people coughing on me. There are better and faster places nearby.

Went here because other urgent cares take forever to see patients. Very fast, even with no prior appointments. The staff and nurses, doctors were very polite and helpful. Highly, highly recommended!

The facility is super clean with a large waiting room. The staff and Dr's are friendly and the longest I've ever had to wait was an hour. Usually it is much quicker.

Receptionist were very kind and helpful through the check in process. The nurse practitioner was very thorough with me and my 3 kids. Prescribed the proper meds and sent over to pharmacy ASAP. Very satisfied with their services. I highly recommend.

I will never have anything bad to say about this location. As dramatic as it sounds, they literally saved my family’s lives a few years ago by getting us transported to the hospital (and advocating for me when I wasn’t able to) to get transported when we had the vid. Dr. Chavez fought to get us the best care, which was beyond what they could give us. I will never forget this! I love the new telehealth options.

This is the only urgent care my husband and I bring our babies to (and ourselves as well). They are always so caring and attentive with our children. We’ve been coming here for years. We always get in fast and the care is always top notch. Making an appointment online is the best route and very quick! You basically get walked back right away upon check in this way. They are pretty great with our kids as well. I honestly flat out refuse to go to another urgent care!!! I’ve gone to others and just did not have a good experience.

I was very sick and weak when i went into the facility. I was called back fairly quickly and was taken care of with compassion and kindness. I was so sick that i don't remember every detail but my husband and daughter said they were all very caring. I don't remember the NP's name but she was a gem. I will definitely use this urgent care again if the need arises. I'm a retired nurse and they had no idea. I would let them take care of me or a family member anytime.

I had a cough for a week and a half I even went to my VA doc and got meds but I had side effects from the meds. So me and my wife went in and we got seen right away and they even took my VA health care card. The doctor was good and she understood exactly what to do. She ordered us meds that helped right away and I’m so glad we went in. I would recommend this to anyone even Veteran who need care to go get seen.

The staff at this location are very friendly and helpful. The Physician Assistant (PA) that treated my husband & me knew exactly what to do. My husband had been sick over a week & the VA clinic didn’t even check his vitals (just prescribed meds), he had a very aggressive cough, & this clinic even said to be sure he gets bloodwork done to rule out Valley Fever, he received meds & an inhaler right away. I got sick the day before Thanksgiving & was also treated here. We had a very short wait. It’s clean. Definitely recommend them. Thank you!

I love using the location on Coffee. All of the staff are so kind and welcoming. I’m usually in and out in less than an hour. I was seen 2 dates this week and both dates while in the office the physicians seeing me was also very caring. I wish they had the capabilities to treat fractures, I have had 2 fractures within 8 months and the treatment for even fractures has gone down hill in the emergency rooms. I’m positive the physician are more than capable of knowing which fractures can be treated, and splinted and sent for follow ups with Orthopedics and which would need to be sent for transferred to hospital for reductions or surgery. I hope the Accelerated Urgent Care owners can help the community out by providing said treatment. Please thank the staff for their help, kindness and caring. It really means a lot to patients when they are not feeling well and know Accelerated Urgent care is going fix what ails their patients.

We took my 1 year old her because 2 weeks after her vaccines for a week she just kept running high fevers the dr there diagnosed her with an ear infection precribed her antibiotics in which we took her to primary the next day for follow up only to find that the dr misdiagnosed my daughter she has no ear infection and has now had a bad reactuon to the antibiotics so i would not recomend this place to anyone as i know we are all human but to misdiagnos as a dr to which she quickly looked in her ears and did not listen to much about what we were saying in the first place seems a little unacceptable to me especially since now my daughter is miserable with dealing with a bad reaction because of there mistake

Both times that I have been at this Accelerated Urgent Care for myself and my daughter I was very happy with the minimal wait time, clean waiting room, and excellent medical treatment!

Amazing service, fast with making appointment ahead of time. Clean and friendly. Haven’t had the time to see my primary so I was leery seeing urgent care. My time with ACU took all of 40 minutes. Front staff was very helpful and since I had already checked with my insurance that ACU was covered I only paid my copay. They ran the simple test and was notified immediately by the Dr what I had suspected was wrong. Very knowledgeable and I was happy with his plan of action. Didn’t feel at all like I was over looked or that they were too busy to follow up after the shot they administered. Left happy and very content. Off to pick up prescription that the Dr ordered. Overall I have to say it was the best experience I have had with an urgent care service since prior to COVID. I would greatly suggest other to go to this facility.

My recent experience with Accelerated Urgent Care was excellent. I had a very short wait in the waiting room, the vitals are done and then placed in a room for the doctor. From diagnosis to treatment prescribed, they get to the point and they don’t waste your time. I will recommend this place to family and friends.

I went to urgent care feeling awful. I thought okay- I’m going to be here for awhile. The waiting room had a lot of people, but your staff was friendly, professional, and expeditious. Even though it took a moderate amount because of their welcoming it made the wait time less crucial! Next, was the doctors and nurses. It was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was just wonderful. The physician explained to me how I should eventually follow up with my primary physician and unfortunately because of my diagnosis the nurse had to administer me a shot. Even the nurse was friendly and her demeanor was welcoming. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ treatment! Thank you

I came in to an empty lobby. Have been in the exam room for over 2 hours. In the waiting room for 30 minutes before they never coming here again.

The doctors here should not even have a medical license. Come in for 2 seconds dont even check the patient out all the way and just give you a generic antibiotic. They dont care to help the patient they're in and out in 2 minutes. My daughter has congestion so bad shes having trouble breathing and the dr gave her claritan. I see why they always have a short wait because no one wants to come here

My toddler told me about her ear pain at 8:05pm. Arrived at this location at 8:15pm and back in my car by 8:40pm. They sent the medication to cvs by arrival 8:45pm and got it before pharmacy closed. Amazing. Thank you staff. Helpful note. I called before and operator told there was currently only one patient at the time.

I have been going here for a very long time, the service at this Urgent Care is terrible. I made an appointment at 7:30 and I was the last to be seen. Urgent care closes at 9:00 PM and they forgot about us in one of the patient rooms. Making it worse, they lost my discharge papers as well. I have never been treated in this form in any of these facilities.

I arrived as the first patient in line. I was there for my infant. She was a new patient so I understand the registration time but 45 minutes is a bit much Once in the back the triage lady proceeded to use an adult oxygen finger clamp I asked if she had the Infant one she said “we don’t have updated ones” mmm it wraps around the baby’s finger. Then in the room they go straight to “bagging” my baby they said to rule out UTI this is not my first rodeo she doesn’t have a UTI. I walked out of the exam room after they asked to swab my baby for covid. For infants you probably shouldn’t go here. Pedi Center is where I went and it was so much better.

Level of care??? Inaccurate Covid test - denied by staff. Paid my co-pay, 3 months later, I am charged $288. Got conflicting answers from billing department. AUC, failed to have the attending medical supervisor sign the form needed to bill my insurance company. In speaking with others who have thr same insurance, this appears to be an ongoing issue with ACU. Instead of ACU taking ownership for it's oversight, ACU passes this oversight off onto the patient's insurance and then takes fees from patients without notification.
