From
shady
billing
practices
to
horrible
Covid
precautions,
this
place
is
terrible!
In
order
to
be
seen
you
have
to
give
them
a
credit
or
debit
card
and
sign
something
saying
you
authorize
them
to
charge
your
card
without
prior
notice
or
authorization.
So
if
they
bill
your
insurance
incorrectly,
be
sure
to
find
an
unexpected
charge.
Then
be
prepared
to
go
through
a
lengthy,
stressful
battle
to
get
your
money
back.
The
wait
times
are
worse
than
every
other
urgent
care,
the
office
is
not
sanitary,
the
waiting
area
has
no
social
distancing,
potential
Covid
patients
are
permitted
to
wait
inside
with
everyone
else
and
use
the
same
rooms
as
other
patients.
The
communication
is
terrible
also.
They
did
a
Covid
test
and
when
the
doctor
came
in
he
just
started
looking
in
my
ears
and
mouth…
said
I
have
an
infection
and
prescribed
me
an
antibiotic,
then
quickly
left.
So
when
the
medical
assistant
came
back
I
said
“I
assume
my
test
is
negative?”
She
responded,
“Whatever
the
provider
told
you.”
I
told
her
he
didn’t
say
either
way
and
she
replied
“well
then
I
guess
you’re
negative.”
I
had
to
ask
her
to
please
check.
She
huffed
and
left
the
room,
leaving
me
wondering
if
she
is
coming
back.
She
did,
eventually,
return
with
a
print
out
containing
my
negative
result
and
told
me
I
could
leave.
So,
I
asked
“Is
the
prescription
being
called
in?”
To
which
she
responded
(again)
“whatever
the
provider
told
you.”
I
said
“The
provider
didn’t
say,
which
is
why
I’m
asking
you.”
Between
the
dirty,
careless
office
and
their
shady
billing
practices,
I
do
my
best
to
never
go
here..
I
only
do
when
all
the
decent
places
in
town
are
full
(which
was
the
case
this
last
time).
From
now
on,
I’ll
find
any
other
urgent
care
or
even
go
to
the
ER,
because
there
is
no
way
I’ll
go
back
to
Accelerated.
