Sahil Fitness Club is poised right Infront of Sahil Metro Train station. They have decent number of dumbbells and machines. Monthly and weekly charges apply and same goes true for the membership. Staff doesn't speak English at all so it gets difficult to talk to someone and make them understand. Parking is not easy as it's a very crowded place. Lots of things can be improved specially regarding management. Over all a mixed review. My rating is 6/10.

I went there in order to train. They did not let me in, saying I need 2 pair of shoes. And not Just one + training slippers. I asked if They can provide shoe covers, They cant. I asked advice for places to buy some new, They told me to go out. I was expecting different service for 30manat single entry. FY.

Great gym. Very big with lots of dumbbells, machines, two squat racks and a deadlift platform. Very clean and everything high quality. Not busy during the day. Not sure why the reviews are so bad. IMO the only negatives are that you have to set deadlifts down gently even though they have a deadlift platform, and that the air conditioning is not very strong during the daytime. I travel full-time, training at a different gym every month, and this is the best gym I have been to all year.

اعجبني التنسيق روعه على شكل دائره و الاجهزة جيده اول مره ادخل gym ما القى العدد مرميه على الارضيه 👌 كل شئ في محله يحتاج الى تبريد الصاله اكثر للاسف ما عندهم جهاز محاسبة بالبطاقة البنكية، في الوقت الراهن ليس لديه ذلك!!!

Отличный зал в самом центре! Оборудование все от Precor, состояние тренажеров - как новые. Очень понравилась чистота, материалы отделки и стиль - чувствуется уровень, как будто в Дубае где то. Цена не высокая, 2 полотенца и высокий шкафчик, а при покупке годового, так цена вообще подарок! Один недостаток есть - работая с большими весами, аккуратно завершайте последний подход - вас попросят не шуметь, услышав звук железа. Тут или работай из-за всех сил, или не доделывай последнее повторение, что бы контролировать плавное опускание веса :) это мелочи - зал реально отличный!

Worst gym ever visited while being in a tourism trip. To avoid. Not for the facility but for the people working in it.

The good reviews are fake for sure. Terrible.
