Nice looking hotel when you enter in. But then everything else is below standard. Rooms have smoky smell. Breakfast is poor. Beds are average at best. Location is not convenient. Disappointed :(

Apparently this hotel was received 5 stars and in their reception not sure from where but anyway leaving that aside the hotel deserve a 3 and if i was really kind i would maximum give 4 stars but it doesn’t deserve that much. The room service is weak the rooms aren’t clean. although their rooms are spacious but their badly maintained alot of broken stuff and improper lighting and rooms barley have any internet for people like me who are heavy users although this might be subjective. And its located a bit far from the center but hey you choosed it for a reason right which is the price which i have to say is expensive for the services provided.

Let me tell you about the hotel Building and rooms are very beautiful and nice Location is very good in town. You can easily access to many places in town will very little fair and soon Price is moderate and relatively affordable But mep services in the building is very poor. Cooling system is not as efficient as you expect from this hotel. People are trying to be helpful and make comfort while you stay there but services are not what you expect from a five star hotel. For those who like to see Baku and visit the site seeing this is a good hotel but those who love a relaxation in trip they need to find another hotel For those who care about details lotions and foams were expired in baths hotel service manager need to be more sensitive about these issues.

Not so great. No tea boiler in room . Breakfast is less than standard.the staff not friendly at all and charge extra money for any thing you ask them . But the room is clean with just 2 small bottle of water free every day .

The hotel is clean and nice and the staff who works in the morning is very helpful but the staff who works at night is the worst staff I have ever seen!! Specifically, The man whose name is Orkhan the skinny guy. For me, I will not come back again because of him.

Hotel is nice but it is very dirty. Washrooms stinks and very bad Service.plz don't come to waste your money

Well, the hotel is fine, but the air-condition is so bad. And about the stuff, the morning’s shift stuff are so nice and friendly, however, the night shift’s stuff are so rued and unprofessional especially this guy “ Orkan”. It is my first and my last time to stay at this place.

Dont wast your holiday and your money with this uglly hotel it is very dirty u, washrooms stinks and the service extremely poor, the pool was small and also dirty the souna not work, poor location to the city center, rooms have smoky smell and smoking allowed every where, breakfast is poor, beds are portable in some rooms and others are uncomfortable beds, air-conditions are not work fine.

Worst experience of ramada hotel. They are cheaters. The staff or employees are all well in plotting .at the check out day one of their staff came and started checking room and suddenly started tv which was already damaged. And they said that we did it we break their tv. So please guys when u check in any hotel espaecially ramada group of hotels please first check the room each and every thing. They charged the whole tv costing from us because they know that day is check out day. And no bill is given to us because the amount they have charged from us will be going in their pockets. So beware froma ramada hotels.
