Bad service that you can’t imagine. I stayed in the hotel for 4 days visit. Expecting to have a complete experience however it turned out completely opposite. On my second day, my gold necklace chain got stolen inside my room! Reported done, spoke to hotel manager, escalated the issue but surprisingly the management washed their hands and did not help me at all, ending my Baku trip a complete disaster. I feel so unsafe and unhappy and so disappointed to the fact that I won’t recommend this hotel to my friends so they will not have the same experience I had. Baku is very nice place except the hotel. There’s no even a camera/cctv to check who came to your room. Well, what do I expect for a 3* hotel? If I knew this why should I put myself into trouble? I myself working in hospitality industry so I know the correct service, very unfortunate that my agency booked me to this kind of hotel. Very poor service, absolutely poor!

People there are so friendly, however there are some pints to be considered: 1. Break fast is always cheese, egg, mortadella and tea 2. No direct taxi access to the hotel, you need to walk for 5 minutes with stairs 3. Nearby restaurants are expensive (50 $ / person)

Friendly staff. Rooms very old fashioned. The blue wall to wall carpeting is an interesting design choice. Great location for exploring the old city.

Great location, value for money, below average breakfast, very clean. Insist on upper story room. Excellent choice for a short stay in the city.
