This is a pleasant enough place... the support staff are friendly and helpful. I found the receptionist to be considerate, helping where i had not asked and providing a great room upon arrival off the Tbilisi train. The hotel room itself displays a number of oddities such as light switches far from the bed, bright and harsh lighting... having said that the front apartment was very well equipped and well laid out.

Location of the hotel is great! It’s inside the old city which you can walk to all the tourists attractions and also to the nizami shopping street. Beautiful restaurants around the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff and spacious clean rooms. The breakfast is really good.

The hotel has a nice location very close to freedom square. The room was neat and tidy. Only the size of the room was small rest all was good and excellent.

Stayed there for 5 days - 1st Week Sept’18. There was some issue with the water supply for 4 days, which the management was not interested in fixing and staff was unable to fix. Me and my family had terrible time - water was provided in bottles for bathing. Had to reschedule our tours, which cost us additionally. Worst experience

Not a great hotel, service level was so poor and just a single employee speak average english. Waste of money.

Good location, clean rooms, and good service. Breakfast at the morning is fantastic.

Ideal location just near the entrance of old Town. Just next to Nizami street. Very courteous staff. Nice place to stay 👌
