It's a good hostel in Baku. Ladies and gents have seperate dormitory areas with bunk beds.. and these are bit congested but for the money you pay it's worth. Rooms with double beds with personal bathroom also available for people who doesn't want to sleep in dormitory (small but neat). Kitchen and other public areas are spacious and definitely a good place to stay not so far to the city centre. Metro is 750m and many restaurants and other amenities are around.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at Baku Home Boutique hotel, from the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and looked after with a tea while our room was prepared (we arrived before check in). The service is outstanding, they take great pride in ensuring their guests are well looked after, and it was a real highlight of the stay. The location is in a local area of Baku, which is great if you want to get a feel of local life, and it is relatively easy to get to the touristy areas, such as old town, as the hotel is only a 15 minute walk to the metro station. Rooms are comfortable and clean, and you are provided with amenity kits. They are very warm in winter but also have an AC. The bathroom floor is heated. The breakfast is delicious and not to be missed.

Best staff ever: I felt so welcome and taken care of: from offering me tea&snacks in the evening to calling me a taxi when my app went off. The room was very clean and comfy, the only thing missing would be an extra blanket (I'm pretty sure I would have one if requested). Amazing breakfast: great omelettes and banana pancakes, freshly squeezed juices. Their pasties are next-level, I loved them so much that I wanted to get some for my friends (the pastries are from Almond, 150m away from the hotel). Absolutely recommend for anyone visiting Baku, will surely book for my next visit👌

Wir sind ein junges Paar aus Deutschland (ursprünglich aus der Türkei). Das Hotel ist auf eine Etage ausgelegt und sehr überschaubar. Unser Zimmer war optimal und hatte einen Balkon (vielen Dank!). Herausstechend ist die Sauberkeit. Alles ist extrem sauber. ALLE Mitarbeiter sind super hilfsbereit und sehr aufmerksam. Jeder Wunsch wird von den Augen abgelesen (ich bin lactoseintolerant und hatte nachgefragt, ob es lactosefreie Milch gibt. 1 Tag später wurde mir ein Cappuccino mit lactosefreier Milch angeboten). Wir haben vor der Anreise ins Hotel Konzerttickets kaufen lassen und das obwohl wir die Zahlung erst Vorort getätigt haben. Uns wurden zahlreiche Tipps gegeben über die Anbindungen, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Jede/r einzelne/r Mitarbeiter soll sich bitte angesprochen fühlen (auch der Küchenchef mit dem leckersten Menemen). Dieses Hotel würde ich absolut weiterempfehlen und erneut buchen. Vielen lieben Dank für die Gastfreundschaft. Wir werden euch nicht vergessen!

Such friendly staff and very clean. Great price. Close access to supermarkets and a really nice park and walking path. Also within walking distance of the city center, Old City, and a metro stop.

Five star small hotel, as family reserved 2 times, you feel like home, staff are kind and welcoming, rooms are fabulous like resorts, tv is web connected, breakfast was an excellent mini buffet, every thing was perfect

I was impressed with the hotel. It's a proper boutique hotel. Everybody is so kind and friendly. Stuff is extremely good and responsive - one of the best service I've ever been experiencing. English on the excellent level! Room is new and clean. All the toiletries have been replaced daily. It really a pleasure to stay in the hotel.

Don't Judge the Outside look of the Hotel. Neat and Clean Room. Easy to go anywhere. Good for Couples and Families. Staffs are very Polite and Friendly. Especially Manager Mr Elmar is Very Polite and Helpful Person. Big Salute for him. I Can recommend to everyone.

I actually live in Baku, but I needed a hotel room for the night to guarantee a good WiFi connection for a job interview on Zoom. Home Boutique Hotel was affordable and in my neighborhood, so I decided to try it, and I absolutely loved it. It has the coziness of an AirBnB with the elegance and quality presence of a chain hotel. They also have an attached sushi restaurant lovely for the evenings, and also serves as their dining hall for complimentary breakfast in the morning (photos attached). The AC was delightfully cool and the bed was better than what I have at home. All in all, a wonderful experience and I wish I had more reason to stay there more often. Go there!

My stay at the Baku Home Boutique Hotel was incredible with many thanks to Elmira and the team for making this a special few days. The hotel is a short walk from the centre and metro stations, the room is very clean and has all the amenities needed with housekeeping doing an excellent job. The highlight for me was the breakfast which had a wide variety and also the staff for their dedication, motivation, and attention to detail. It is rare to find such hotels where the staff take great care of their guests, this will be my place without hesitation when I return to Baku.

This hostel is highly incredible the staff there makes you feel super welcome with warm greetings and attitude that you don’t want to leave. The cleanliness of the room is extremely satisfying and would pass the white cotton finger test. The smell of the place is nice everywhere and the street where they are located is full of nice cafes and restaurants nearby. I’ve stayed there few days ago but i’m writing a second review because I decided to return to Baku from Gabala and spend a night there before my flight back home. I’ve stayed in multiple hostels and hotels around the world but this one by far is the 2nd after the Hilton for me. They are soooo good at what they do which is guest hospitality. Thank you Elbar and the young lady at the front desk you guys both are incredible and will try our best to visit you again in the winter

I can’t ask for more. Amira is the nicest person you will ever meet in the reception. Location is good you have everything close to you. Clean room and quite hotel. Employees will make you feel like it’s your home. I recommend it for sure.

Hotel was okay but there's guy name elmar their manager tall white speak English he speak with me rudely and try to fight with he's had very illiterate behavior when I complain he stood from chair and tried to beat me

I stayed here my first night after arriving in Baku. It’s settled on a quiet side street that is peaceful yet conveniently situated for easy access to the hustle and bustle of nearby Nizami street. The cozy yet stylishly modern interior design, comfortable setting and intimate ambiance of the hotel makes for a real retreat from the city. Perfect paired with the impeccable around-the-clock service provided by Mr. Elmar and his team makes for a true one of a kind stay haven in the midst of Baku.

As a former flight attendant I have stayed in dozens of hotels around the world but not once I have experienced such a wonderful service, they are not just friendly, they will make sure you have everything you need, from a SIM card to have internet every where to even setting the necessary apps in your phone to move around the city easier. Over all best stay ever
