Artisan beach house is as an overall decent experience. Compared to other views for restaurants in Miami it’s definitely not my top choice so if you’re coming here for views I wouldn’t recommend this spot. The food was actually surprisingly good (we ordered all lunch food). The service is decent with 1 server for the whole deck. If you’re near the area come try it out. The food is definitely pricey for decent food ranging around 40-50 per person if you get 1 entree and 1 drink.

After arriving to the Bal Harbour area, check-in at had a small wait but I was able to find a place to grab lunch at the Ritz Residences, Artisan Beach House. We arrived at 11am or so and tables were open inside and outside on their patio deck overlooking the beach. Pictured is the cesar salad, Cuban sandwich and steak banh mi. As you can see the steak banh mi was abundant with great steak and both dishes came with fresh fries. The Cuban sandwich was also very good and had traditional flavors and ingredients. If you’re looking for a quick lunch, give this beach house a try.

I went during miami spice. My reservation was at 9pm. My guest checked in at 8:45pm while I arrived. There was a situation with the car door not locking in valet and we were sat at 9ish. Overall the dinner felt rushed. The music was turned off as was the tv in the middle of our dinner (I guess because they closed at 10) and you could tell the food was left under heat lamps which dried out both of our dishes. Starters were croquettes which the manchego cheese over powered the serrano ham which you couldn't taste and the burrata salad which I was told needed to be downgraded to mozzarella because they didn't have burrata. For main entree I ordered the snapper and my guest ordered short rib pasta. I understand it was a late reservation but if service/ quality won't be delivered then that reservation time should not be offered. Drinks were very tasty however the presentation could be better for the cost. The deserts offered for spice menu were DELICIOUS. Server was nice and even had them turn music back on when we had gotten the nerve/guts to ask. Ritz Carlton price... but left feeling like it was just a beachside restaurant ready to end their day. Very disappointed.

Truly one of the most amazing meals we had in a long time. Service outstanding (great job to Marisa), and the attention to details was not missed. We celebrated our anniversary and could not be happier. Heck, just celebrate “Sunday” and be the happiest ever. The appetizers are incredible and should order every single one. Then feel free to share a single entree. But splurge on the drinks and cocktails. Eduard (assistant manager) was super at erige to us and made it extra special. A little gem in the city and highly underrated. Should be the go to spot in Bal Harbour - heck, just the views are incredible. Highly recommend the ceviche, croquetas. and the steaks.

I like the view. Food is good not great. Limited fish selection. Not quite fresh. My favorite dish is scallops and octopus. The three milk desert tastes good

Food was excellent. Service was also phenomenal as to be expected from such a high end hotel.

I am not impressed at all. I liked Ritz Carlton hotel and vide, but this place left me disappointed for dinner. Ordered Miami Spice menu. Burrata. Decent. Cheese on a harder side, I prefer it soft. Pesto sauce was good. For the main I ordered Prime rib as a server suggested was the best, when I got pasta I was surprised. Was it really it? Where is Prime rib. So prime rib was mixed in pasta and mushrooms. Eh. What?! Actually the dish was BRAISED SHORT RIB PAPPARDELLE. My bad. I did not read the last part - pappardelle. lol. I love pasta, but this pappardelle was not my favorite. Desert: CHOCOLATE CRUNCH TORTE. Good. Nothing extraordinary, sweet chocolate cake. Was it worth $60? Eh. Not sure. I assume if ordered separately it would be close to $60. 18 burrata. 30 pappardelle. 12 for cake. Actually it is exactly $60. lol. so no value for Miami spice clients. It is good I tried it once, I do not think I will be back though.

One of our favorite places to go for relaxed and delicious meal. We got to see some beautiful sunsets from here. Service has always been outstanding and everything we’ve had has been delicious. Only recommendation would be to change a seasonal menu more often, so us locals have more seasonal variety to chose from. Some of my favorites: fresh oysters, the scallops, skirt stake and they have some of the best burgers and Mahi sandwich at lunch. For 🍷🍴📝 follow IG @journeythruflavors

Excellent food, drinks, and service. Went on a Friday night in January and there was hardly anyone else in the restaurant, which made for a great romantic dinner with my boyfriend. I would definitely return. Hi

Went here for dinner last night because it was one of the few places we could get a reservation on the water at sunset time so last minute. I’ll start with the views. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. It’s one of the few places in Miami that I’ve found on the water in which you can see both the ocean and bayside at the same time, making it the perfect spot for sunset. The views were perfection. For being at the Ritz and paying a pretty penny for dinner, I feel that the table setting could’ve been just a little fancier, but it was still nice! The food was pretty good. I had the chicken and my friend had the steak. She felt her steak could have been more seasoned and she had to add a dash of salt and pepper herself. I was concerned about the server’s lack of knowledge regarding food allergies. I have a gluten allergy and when I asked what I could eat, he wasn’t very knowledgeable which always makes me feel a little uncomfortable when trying to navigate through ordering. When it was time to order dessert, he told me he thought the brownies would be gluten free. Not because they use a special kind of flour, just because he thought that was typically a gluten free dessert. I expect more when going somewhere like this to dine. Hopefully this restaurant can help educate their staff better or maybe even clearly mark GF options on the menu, because that’s always super helpful! :)

Had the fish tacos and a pizza for lunch. Ordered takeout. The fish tacos are mad with the catch of the day ( it was mahi mahi today). Super delicious. The pizza was okay, nothing wow. For $26, was not worth it. Gratuity is automatically included. I would try this place again. Staff was great and welcoming.

I wasn't impressed with the food. The service was fine. I ordered from the Miami spice 3 course menu. The salad was just OK. The chicken with quinoa was stuffed with squash which gave it more flavor.

Our food was great, staff was responsive and checked on us often. The skirt steak was tasty and the view outside amazing. I'd certainly recommend the place for lunch or dinner.

Food had ups and downs. Poke starter and kale salad were both quite tasty, along with an excellent swordfish. Lamb had very little meat and had a bad tangy taste - the waiter was nice enough to take them off the bill. Bread tasted ‘industrial’ quite a big miss. Friendly service. Atmosphere would have been nice, if not for the gigantic TV overlooking almost all tables. What a way to take the atmosphere from classy and great for a date to more of a sports bar - disappointing.

Lovely food and atmosphere with top-notch service. Jackie and Laz couldn't have taken care of our group better. Highly recommend!

Service was a little slow, but the food was great. It sits in the shade, so you might get a little chilly later in the day.

My wife and I came to Miami for an anniversary trip and stayed in the Bal Harbor area. We found Artisan Beach House on a Google search and it was near where we were staying. I made a reservation and was contacted by the host, who asked if we were celebrating anything, and I told him we were. When we got to the restaurant, we were greeted by the same host I spoke with. He, and our server, Lorrie, made a point to address us by name. The restaurant is beautiful. Decor is modern, but not sterile. We sat outside to take in the view. There was live music, but just a guitarist/singer. It was nice background music....not too loud for talking. Their cocktails were excellent, and unique. We didn't get an appetizer, but we're given an amuse bouche, which was tasty. Main courses were very good, and obviously made with the freshest ingredients. The food came out piping hot and it was obvious that it hadn't sat waiting. Portions were appropriate. Not too small, and not too large just to provide perceived value. The food speaks for itself. After dinner, Lorrie suggested some wine selections, and brought us a personalized dessert! Overall it was a great experience that was perfectly executed by an excellent staff.

Wonderful restaurant near Sunny Isles with fantastic food, views, and atmosphere. The menu is a bit limited, so we ended up ordering about half of it and it was all amazing. The plates are delicious and perfectly presented. Service was excellent and they had a very talented live musician for the evening. I highly recommend the Artisan Beach House for any occasion.

Chocolate lava cake was a little cooked trough, there was no lava situation, was more like a warm brownie. Other than that it was great, both server lady and bartneder lady on 5/25/22 were great and attentive. I used to work there, so I was really happy the place was still doing good, looking good and having great staff.
