I stopped at NOCCI for lunch during my drive from Bhubaneswar to Kolkata. Located slightly off the main highway, it is a fantastic location for good quality food at decent prices for families travelling via Balasore. I would stop here during all my future travels.

The food here is amazing. The outdoor dining is awesome & much soothing & relaxing. I loved the garlic chicken & kadhai chicken here. Loved the tutti-fruitti & mojito. The staffs are also cooperative & well-behaved. A best place for vacations & conferences.

Hello Guys, Let me explain from both side... Positive 1. Business class Hotel in Balasore 2. Can accommodate more than 25 Sedan in it's parking zone 3. Receptionist are cordial and polite in nature, easy process of signing in 4. Room rent seems to be high, but service deserve the charge 5. Must try there complementary breakfast 6. Well maintained walking track inside 7. Lucky to join in the cultural program, if happening in your time 8. Got to know about there banquet hall. (Didn't explore) Cons 1. Rural Location create the issue (A peaceful place) 2. Transportation problem (Prefer own vehicle) 3. There are two categorie rooms including breakfast: 1) Deluxe - 3600 ( only twin bed no king size is available ) 2) Executive - 4100 they are expanding and there is large space and hospitality was very nice and staff is welcoming. This is located 3km away from the main highway which is good. Wifi facility available. good parking space and nice view. Few rectifications - No tap in my room but it is available in other rooms .Only shower is available in my room. - It is surrounded by industrial area( CONCOR). Mostly industry people stay there. - Complimentary Breakfast was not good. No good service and food was not hot , tasty ( Poori Sabji,Vada, Dosa, Idli, Dhalia, Egg, Chicken). - A fountain type swimming pool which is of no use for adult - No lift facility. Overall it was nice stay. The reception staff are very cordial and the location is inside though but ambiance is good. With family it would be of nice stay. lot of space for having a walk and for the kids to play.

Balasore is a very sleepy small town close to various forest reserves.. the people her are very normal villagers. There are some major industries in balasore. Was really surprised to see a hotel do 5 star standard in a small sleepy town like Balasore. It has an awesome swimming pool , a very large play ground and the campus has a small open air amphi theatre where on weekends they display the cultural talents of balasore. The Rooms are very lavish and large. Very clean room and the linen are also very clean. In Such a small place I felt the hospitality was really of the highest standards. The hotel is surrounded on one side by open fields so you get a lot of fresh air too. Highly recommend this hotel if you are travelling for various interiors of north Odisha and also going for some of the forest reserves which we close from balasore. The famous beach of Chandipur is also very close from this place.

Reali good place

We were driving from Puri to Kolkata and at about lunch time, we reached Balasore, near the Birla Tyres Factory. We found out this place for the sake of having a decent lunch and avoided any other Dhaba that came along the way. It's located after a small detour from the main highway, at the railway line crossing. Once there, the place is complete with a spa, pool, restaurant and accommodation. It is inside a Business Park, which I believe is there to bring in/entertain international clients. The restaurant is very neat and clean and the gives the essence of a fine dining place. We simply loved the food here. Every dish was tasty albeit the Biryani. We had ordered Mixed Fried Rice, Malai Kofta, Breads, Hakka Noodles, Veg Clear Soup and Biryani. Since this was to be a long drive from Balasore to Kolkata, we had our stomachs filled. The ambience is top notch and the surrounding area is too good to be there. Whenever you get a chance to be around, definitely give this place a shot. It would be worth the detour.

Location is little bit outside the crowded area ..we'll maintain area..we visited for a nice dinner..we order a lot...and enjoy our stay and their hospitality....food was also good except chana masala...

I had visited there in the year 2018. Then after yesterday I visited there on the purpose of EXPO. But the bad feeling was that can't find that NOCCI which was in year 2018 ,the beauty, services, maintenance etc.. So immediate maintenance is required.

Neat and clean property. Food is really good, less oily and healthy. Food price is is pocket friendly. I went there twice. If you are traveling by road you can use it also a your rest point. Washrooms are also very clean and hygiene.

Nocci residency is located in industrial zone of Balasore. This is only hotel in this zonewhich have good facility .seems this property is part of PPP mode. Facility was well maintained. Room was sufficient neat and clean. Front office and room support staff hospitality was very warm and Good. Pool facility was available. Staff instructions were clear before entry to pool. Pool was clean we had nice dip. Restaurant food was good and tasty. Typically you will find mustard oil taste. Morning breakfast was complimentary . Found value for the price we paid.

Great place to stay with excellent food. Very clean and well maintained, with super courteous staffs. Had a great experience. Location is a bit secluded, so not much options to venture outside for food. But very good place to stay overnight as situated next to the highway.

Good rooms with average services. Wash room is not fitted with Water taps for bathing,only hand-held shower is provided to avoid washing of clothes. Most negative part of this is it's location. Situated at remote part away from main city having tremendous problem of communication.

This is real good .... I have stayed at dozen of hotels n This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and rooms were neat n clean. Downside restaurant was too good .

My requirement was good food and clean toilets on way from Cuttack to Jamshedpur. I was shocked at the quality of food, excellent service and the ambience. Cheers! Only problem which some people may complain of: They don't sell or serve alcohol. Hurrah!

Nice place outskirt of balasore town feel the silence there with enjoying it's ambience

The location is off main highway but is having lots of open space and the approach road is decent though deserted for a km or so. Ample parking in open. No food service from 10:30 till 7:30 in morning. Staff is courteous. Hotel is expensive for what it offers as I will call it more of a convention centre with rooms on first floor. Rooms are decent with large windows.

Its a nice place in Balasore for stay... But be prepared for noise if there is a function near Pool side. You can walk inside the campus in evening.

Wonderful place for conference and business meeting in a small place like balasore. Conducted many training programs there. Staff is very supportive and courteous. Good ambience. Has swimming pool and lawns. Good for business purpose stay, but 5 km far from the main city. No local transportation is available. Stay only if you have your own car with you.

Good food and nice location, away from city, good place for relax

I visited here in the last week of June. Food is good; but not all of them were delicious. I,personally, loved their chicken lollipop, butter naan, fried rice & cold coffee. But somehow I didn't like their chicken tandoori. Service is good but can have some more staffs for better service which is really required.

It's strated as a govt. Initiative for development of plastic industries in Balasore Region. It's made for business development and promotion. Now it's became like a hotel and amusement place for the rich segment of the society.

This is our preferred stop since 2016 during drive down south. Very convenient secure location, neat and clean rooms, friendly staff. Room and bathroom size, though smallish, works ok for a night halt. Food quality is good, service is a bit slow. However the reason for a lower rating is rooms are showing age and they need to keep renovating. We found the bathroom commode in room 103 cracked and broken, which is not acceptable at the price point this hotel operates. Please fix these issues with priority.

Beautiful place, amazing and courteous staff! I would love to visit again and definitely recommend to anyone who wants to make a stop at Baleswar. I loved the in-house restaurant as well (though my mom didn't like the vegetarian dinner preparations, the breakfast buffet won her over).

Excellent hotel just within 1 km of national highway in Balasore, Orissa. Rooms have tea coffee maker and luxory bath with toiletries. Centrally ac. Parking space and a restaurant with buffet breakfast. One can book online for food and lodging. Hotel offers special discount on Saturdays & Sundays. Property has a well maintained swimming pool and lot of open space. Recommended for children and family and also for business travel.
