Not here to complain about food. I am going for manager and staffs as they are very rude, inattentive and seems bothered by simple requests. They waited me 45-50 mins for a simple order (2 x Panner pakoda, 2 x Corn salt n pepper) while they r busy preparing online orders. When i approached the manager, he was dismissive and defensive, failing to acknowledge the issue and back fire on me with unnecessary reasons. I hope they will get a taste of their own medicine very soon !

Hotel is good, food is delicious, manager is good and well behaved still gave one star because I'm unsatisfied by a waiter so dear owner you please have a look into this and let them learn how to treat costumers.. Otherwise overall good. Not all waiters are bad.

Nicely prepared veg food s, hospitality is fine, but utensils (tumbler)is vey dirty to drink.

Worst experience ever!!!! A restaurant is known for its good food and great service. Its a sad note that this place served neither. We waited for around 40-45 minutes and still noone catered to us (even after telling us that they would serve within 20 minutes). We kept telling them that we were in a rush abd we needed the food. But the manager kept arguing and relentlessly back answeing us in the loudest and the most un courteous way possible! After waiting for over an hour, even when the food was served, it was clearly visivle that it was an online order given to us whuch tasted bland and tasteless. Extremely dissatisfied with their service. They SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN and taught a lesson on mannerism !

Yesterday my brother had been here in the evening to order some snacks . First and foremost they made us wait for an hour inspite of telling us within 10-15 min it will be ready . Even after waiting for an hour we requested them to do it fast to which the manager responds rudely that we aren’t cooking the food , why can’t u wait ?! Imagine inspite of waiting fr an hour they still behave rude . Out of our discipline , we still stayed back since we had already placed order but even after that the food tasted so bad . It was our worst experience ever . Only suggestion is it’s not always about the food n time , it’s about behaviour with your customer so please learn that and don’t repeat this again with anyone

Really bad experience in new years 1jan 2023 time 8.45pm.... I ordered my food without onion. They dnt care. Wting time 1hr. Thanks 4 ur bad hospitality

Food was good but the drinking glasses(tumbler) were not cleaned.

Bad because When we are paying first they delay more than one hour and never pic phone too after facing 3/4 times we started pay on delivery That time they didn't delay

The rooms are clean but there is no power backup during power cut, I spent a whole night with mosquitoes with no ac, atleast no fan too.

Only ok we ordered garlic nan bt they put garlic clove in nan which is horable look an taste nd curry was ok

Bad behaviour of the waiter. The food is good but the waiter hears of his own and packs food without hearing the order clearly, then if you argue, you will be said liar.. pathetic service

Worst restaurant ever Ordered a dish as parcel for the first time and it was completely stale, not eatable at all. And the worst part was that the restaurant guy was not accepting that the order was stale, instead he kept on arguing. My suggestion will be not to visit the restaurant ever. Complete wastage of money.

Food is ok but price is very high.
