Nice place to have Bar like this in Balasore. It's neat and clean and its staff service is amazing accordingly. Available different types of Food as per Menu. Little late of food services as they make fresh as per order. Here you can book for private party or any other occasion like Anniversary, meeting or privacy they available all the service as per their policy. All staff are humble and helpful to all. Nice to visit 3 times always visit whenever nearby.

Wrost resturant ever ..me nd my brother was very disappointed..we go there for the first time nd the wrost experience ever ..place was quite good .good for photoshoot nd all ,the food was very bad 😞 very very disappointed..we ordered 2 cold coffee and a full plate of chicken tikka ..the wrost cold coffee and chicken tikka i hd ever eat ..the tikka was like rubber .. taste was very bad ..they gave chutney after 20mins of serving tikka ..look at the pieces ..6pieces take 280 ruppes totally disappointed... And the cold coffee was like i was drinking chilled milk wid some sugar ..just getting the smell of coffee..not the taste of coffee.. I will say that don't make fool to the costumers..if u can't give good food den remove them from your menu .. highly disappointed..i m regretting that i waste 700 ruppes for these wrost food .. I won't recommend for you these guys ..very very very dissatisfied....

Heart Beats, situated on 1st floor Near fandichaka Nayabazar and it is good go to option to grab tasty snacks or even dinner. Accessible directly by a lift . The lift opens directly into the restaurant. The interior is Industrial style with black ceilings and ducts and beams. Left side seating arrangement has good view of the main road below. There is a separate hookah zone for hookah lovers. They serve variety of options from Grilled sandwiches, burgers to Indian options of rices and other stuff. They have multiple options for drinks and desserts too. Lasagna is not that great but still good. Service is really good. Wait is not that long and requests would be acknowledged.

Surprised to see this excellent family bar and restaurant. Comparable to big cities. May be Price seems to be little high for this town Balasore. Food Quality is great. Service is excellent. Will post the pics during my next visit

Four star less because of (1)poor/pathetic waiter service, (2)not so tasty food but highly over priced, (3) extremely loud & pathetic music and (4) awful experience overall. Loud unnecessary music, guests had to ask them to reduce volume. Food doesn’t taste good at all. Expensive, you don’t get what you pay for. And the waiters are so arrogant, denied to serve food on the plate. Staffs really need to be trained on manners and etiquettes. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to visit here ever.

Once upon a time it was one of my favourite . Till now I have visited more than 15 times But now everything has changed.... There staff behaviour is getting rediculus... *Not every staff Food are definitely getting worse day by day If your order is less than 1500 than there behaviour gets change... It's more like bar rather than restaurant ....if you have to drink than go there they will serve you well....but don't go to eat..

The food was okayish, but the ambience is not as great as shown in the pictures... plus the place is too crowded, not recommended.

The food quality is very very bad had order some Afgani Chicken & masala paneer it was so terrible. They need to change the chef at the earliest. The service and ambiance is okk.

Starter was good. Surrounding and atmosphere also very good. But bar should be separate from restaurant where families are sitting. Its very disturbing at same place drinks allowed and families are spending there good time

The food is good but the ambience isn't. I went to this place more than 5 times. Everytime their washroom stinks badly. They don't have any seperate washroom for male n female clients. The staff isn't much aware about the order delivering n client handling. They have a dance floor but their is not dedicated staff to play a music system. So, If you are looking for just a place to have a meal then it's a good place.

Worst restaurant ever. . I really wonder how this restaurant got these many ratings. I also went looking at those ratings. But the service was really pathetic. The waiter was also very rude. we ordered 4 items and all had some problems in it. the gravy was salty. starter was burnt a bit. we ordered mix fried rice and prawn was missing .. and when we complained - the waiter said -it's there and we can't see it... how ridiculous! I will never recommend any one to go there . U can go If you really want to waste your money .

Food quality and taste is not worth the price. They even once served stale fish that was kept in deep freezer (I and my friends had stomach infection the very next day). Also the stewards are somewhat arrogant and unprofessional. The restaurant needs to be improved on the above said grounds. For sure it will establish itself as a highly recommended and quality restaurant in Balasore in some time.

Visited this place today. It's awesome. Food quality is very good. A one Service we got from Nityananda panda . Nice hospitality. Will come back soon.

Nice ambience with enough space with privacy. Food is tasty and pocket friendly. Has a separate section for Bar. Also provides a separate room for celebration of birthdays and anniversaries. There's a DJ section for amusement.

The ambience was not upto the mark for both going out with friends or family. The food was alright though. The experience could have been much better for the real estate and resources that they have.
