Its a good place for food and room. Little costly but service is good no complain. Good staff. For VIP its a good place to meeting marriage and family dinning. You can order online by zomoto. Tasty food but not for all. Cash less payment accept here. Overall good place. Parking also available. I love the veg Biryani and naan masala paneer here.

Waiters have their own sense of attitude and live in their world of greatness, where you can't comment anything on their food because, for them we can be wrong but the taste of the food will remain supreme. We literally left the food on table. Uncooked chicken. Out-dated paneer. 🙂 .. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND ENERGY in this restaurant. Go n explore . There are lot better restaurants in Balasore. So called complimentary breakfast doesn't have a buffet, just they offer is one allo Paratha with omlette they don't bother even if u r a vegetarian. In comparison to room tarrif every hotels in bbsr offer a good breakfast buffet... Deluxe rooms r so small even two persons will collide if they move around... worst experience got saved as I had booked it for a single day...

It's very ok type... It's offering complimentary breakfast which is limited and which they did not inform before , after u have your breakfast they will hand a bill saying that it's a limited serving breakfast...so extra charges ..!!!! Room is also ok... Not very good nor poor , bathroom not so clean , hot water from the tap is so slow that u cannot use showers .. u will have to fill the bucket first if u want to have a hot bath ... To sum up.. very average hotel with average services... Food is above average.... Breakfast quality was nice..

One of the best hotels in Balasore. Rooms are good, food is good taste but fresh vegetables need to be used. I feel some old minerals used in soup. Overall maintenance is Good. Luft facilities and hot water facilities are available.

Oyo rooms very small codoms are found inside the room and balcony not cleaning the rooms as required. No buffet breakfast available only taking charge for breakfast. Name is intentional not like as oyo

Hotel was Just OK. Rooms size are good and it was well decorated. But roms and entire lobby was full of dust and dirt. Washrooms was in horrible condition. Showers were not working. Glass was full of water and stain marks. Food was OK. Price wise it's expensive.

The hotel is located just beside the highway. The hospitality and service is good. The rooms are a but cozy but it has all you need as a tourist.

I have stayed here for a day after seeing the website 24 hours checkout but there is a standard check-out time of 1100 hours. Complimentary Belfast option is very poor. And it is the basis of the order not the buffet with only 2 options for vegetarian.

They might be improved the complementary breakfast should be in buffet not like we have only Puri sabji and bread omlet...

The evening staff was insulting & noncooperative. My stay in this hotel was for 2 nights & I have faced rude behavior from the evening staff. They don't provide a dormitory to drivers. If you are traveling with the driver, please don't opt for this hotel. As they have lots of issues to provide dormitory.

One of the few good places to stay in Balasore for an outside Odisha resident. Good ambience, room, lacks in room service.

Had dinner with two of my colleagues, my worst experience ever. Restaurant was empty still they took 30mins to serve the food. Costs are set excessively high. But quality and quantity of food is so degraded. Ordered Butter naan, got Laccha paratha. Chicken Butter Masala (Only 4pcs-280) and Chicken Handi(Only 6pcs-350) contained of rib pieces. Even they included some else's orders in our bill. Greatly disappointed being a local resident of Balasore. I would never recommend anyone this place.

This was my second visit for lunch, this time with family. The service is pretty slow but the food is good. What put me off was the lack of cleanliness! The floor below the tables were littered with food particles. The toilet was horrible. Even after we told the restaurant manager and he sent someone to clean it, the toilet seats were dirty.
