I visited Dr Satpathy’s Dental clinic for my mother’s RCT and removing one of her teeth. Dr Satpathy is an amazing doctor and his wife too. I live in US and i found very less doctors in India with such a good attitude to the patients. The best part I liked is that he tried to educate me the exact issues happened to her teeth with some basic medical terminologies. It helped me to understand the things better and to take a proper decision for the further steps, the way I experienced it from the doctors of US. Usually, in India, the doctors are just want to increase the count of the patients ignoring the quality of service and the time they spent with patients to educate them with the problems n the remedies . Here, I found a win-win scenario from Dr Satpathy. Just couple of recommendations: 1. Please use the TV with some other channels to cutdown the boredom in waiting hall. 2. If possible, Install a ceiling TV (downward screen from the ceiling) with some entertaining channels/movies/cartoons (for kids) to deviate their attention while the dental works are in progress and their faces are towards the ceiling. Hope it makes sense 😀 Wishing my best wishes for a better future of Dr Satpathy’s Clinic with some changes(atleast) from the traditional doctors/ clinics.
