compelled
to
express
my
extreme
disappointment
with
the
utter
lack
of
understanding
and
empathy
demonstrated
by
the
staff
and
management
at
Shreehari,
138,
Rash
Behari
Ave,
opposite
Deshapriya
Park
West,
Ballygunge,
Kolkata,
West
Bengal

during
a
recent
unfortunate
incident.
The
incident
involved
an
accidentally
damaged
brooch,
and
instead
of
approaching
the
matter
with
sensitivity,
the
staff
exhibited
a
shocking
disregard
for
customer
concerns.
The
lack
of
empathy
was
not
only
disheartening
but
also
tarnished
the
reputation
of
what
is
supposed
to
be
a
reputed
jewelry
shop.
To
exacerbate
the
situation,
the
floor
manager's
response
was
nothing
short
of
appalling.
Instead
of
seeking
a
resolution,
the
manager
escalated
the
matter,
further
alienating
the
customer.
It
is
disconcerting
to
witness
such
a
lack
of
professionalism
and
customer-centric
approach,
especially
in
an
establishment
that
prides
itself
on
its
reputation.
