I purchased a normal chain in the month of January but after using for two days,the chain was broken basically got torn. I went to lodge complaint to their shop and told that it was within the warranty period, so they must either repair it or exchange it. But they refused to do so, and instead the lady sitting in the customer service desk( exchange department) misbehaved with us and even threatened us to do whatever we like but they would neither replace nor repair it. They completely denied their fault and instead blamed us for mismanaging the chain. This type of behaviour is not expected from such a reputed shop. So dear customers, those who desire to buy any items from this shop be very careful that if any stone of kundan or any item gets damaged after purchasing, they will not take the responsibility of it and the item which you bought by spending huge amount of money, will get wasted.

I gave them 3 products to repair. When i went to get them back they firstly took 1 hour to deliver as they didnot know where to look for the products then when they got my products they showed me all the 3 items but didnt put all the 3 products in the bag. I left with a trust but when i checked the bags after reaching home there were only 2 products. The guy who attended me started shouting at me over the call stating it was not his fault. My experience was a disaster with them! I requested them to check cctv but they denied that too! Extremely dissapointed!

Me and my elder sisters have visited Desha priyo Park store to buy some jwelleries, after exploring bangles, neckpieces and earings we finally bought 1 pair of Pola badhano and 1 pair of Bala. Before went for the billing we asked the Executive there, whether we can exchange these materials or not if size is not suitable, her reply , " We don't accept exchange". My sister told that this is very strange because we also thought of gifting these products so if size is not suitable then they might go for exchange. Then the executive replied, "then don't gift such products" and again she told, "so you want to buy these products or not" in a very rude way. I shall never ever recommended any person to visit the store for sure. Extremely rude behaviour of the staffs.

I had purchased twice from this store...First I purchased a pearl sitahar set from them one year back.On the first day the base of earring got broken...when I went since they have no return policy so they fixed it and I could wear again Thinking it an isolated incident I got a pair of bracelets and an antique jewellery set last week..when I wore the bracelet again the screw came out...during selling they brain wash thatthey buy back but I forgot to notice they only give 25%back With similar experience twice I have now realized most of their products are defective which they sell much above market price...they also forced me to give a Google review standing there even before using it.WOULD NEVER GO BACK AND WOULD ASK OTHERS TO DO SAME IF THEY VALUE THEIR MONEY

I would have given zero star for these liers.every jewelry shop has its washroom. All the staffs are using it but the customer they are earning money from can’t use it. And they lie and they don’t give you the book to write any review also. Good for the company but some customers will never visit this place again. I request you guys to focus on public relation which is the most important thing in this world right now.

I am compelled to express my extreme disappointment with the utter lack of understanding and empathy demonstrated by the staff and management at Shreehari, 138, Rash Behari Ave, opposite Deshapriya Park West, Ballygunge, Kolkata, West Bengal 700029 during a recent unfortunate incident. The incident involved an accidentally damaged brooch, and instead of approaching the matter with sensitivity, the staff exhibited a shocking disregard for customer concerns. The lack of empathy was not only disheartening but also tarnished the reputation of what is supposed to be a reputed jewelry shop. To exacerbate the situation, the floor manager's response was nothing short of appalling. Instead of seeking a resolution, the manager escalated the matter, further alienating the customer. It is disconcerting to witness such a lack of professionalism and customer-centric approach, especially in an establishment that prides itself on its reputation. I sincerely hope that Shreehari, 138, Rash Behari Ave, opposite Deshapriya Park West, Ballygunge, Kolkata, West Bengal 700029 takes this feedback seriously and addresses the need for improved training in customer service and conflict resolution. The damage goes beyond the brooch – it extends to the shop's credibility and customer trust.

I had one of the best shopping experiences of my life in this place today. Neelam and Tanima helped me beautifully to find out suitable jwelleries for wedding ceremony. I missed to notice a flaw in a necklace set I chose. Neelam herself found out, brought my attention to it and the problem was finally sorted. I was pleasantly surprised to find this kind of sincerity. The staff in general were very co-operative and well behaved. Needless to say that they have a huge collection. At this point my only concern is the longivity. Let's see how long the glits last if handled carefully. Anywhich way I would highly recommend this place for bridal, costume or everyday jwelleries.

Dear Sir/Madam, My wife bought an item (bangle) from Shreehari Siliguri (Annanya Jewellery Shop) on April 2022. However immediately after the of use the item, the bangle detached and became useless. We could clearly make out the product was defective. On taking up the matter with the showroom, they continously argued that they do not give any guarantee on products except on colour. On account of we being out of station,we visited the showroom on 25.06.2022. We were kept waiting by the staff for half an hour with a hope that their owner would come and sort the issue. The owner came but was too rude to understand our problem and kept on repeating the fact that we cannot do anything. He argued that the showroom is not liable for bad products. This is an example of sheer customer dissatisfaction and poor customer service. We would never buy anything from Srihari and specifically from the Showroom at Siliguri. We would like to escalate the matter to the Consumer Forum for bad customer service.

All over was good, the sales women was very much polite, but... The billing counter person was rude, kindly tell him to change his behavior, if we are paying then we are having the right to ask how much is our total value and what is the discount value,.

Everything is very nice except washroom facilities. There should be separate washrooms for both male and female. Having a common washroom is a huge drawback of that place. Otherwise staff behaviour, their ornaments collection are top notch. Giving a 3 rating only for worst washroom facilities.

Terrible experience at your store. I came into buy nose pins and the staff refused to assist me. They put me onto a guy who did not know how to help me. When I asked him to have a lady assist me ...none of the ladies assisted. They refused on my face point blank. Will never have anyone come to your store ever again and will never recommend the same. One of my worst experience's ever. I work in retail too. I'm a Training Manager for Central and East and this is not the kinda of customer service experience I would teach my staff to give customers.
