Also the store inis situated a densely populated area (FM Golei chhak) and this doesn't goes well with our PM's dream of a Swachh Bharat.

Worst service. I have purchased a LG water purifier. I was given assurance of installation within 1 hour, however I kept calling the shop for installation, they kept disconnecting the call. When I lodged a complaint, I was said that the LG guy who had to install, it's their fault. Later I got to know that Patra Electronics had not lodged for installation

But they Deduct my Credit card account the same and Refused To Deliver At Balangir... And after all they cancelled the Deal and said your Deducted Money Will Return To your Credit card account but 4 days passed no money returned.... I will wait for next 3 days then Suerly i will take action against you by help of my legal Adviser...

I have purchased 1 ac from patra and fridge from Easter. Patra electronics is decieving and they charged extra for delivery, the delivert parson asked more 100 rs, but eastern did not ask me a dime even the delivery location is same. During sales they will be very nice and seem like giving discount but Eastern gave me more discount then Patra. After sales communication of patra is pathatic, where as Eastern service was quick and they helped reach the company technician easily. All these issues mainly because of poorly trained unprofessional staffs in Patra electronics. All these positive reviews seem like paid.

People of patra electronics are not trained properly. Very poor service in installation or service related things. It happened with all the customers. But lots of people are from rural area. So they don’t know how they can post the reviews through google. I request people please visit other electronic dealers instead of visiting this electronic dealer. Here is my story - I purchased a Volta ac on 17-04-23. The sales person said it will get installed within 48 hours. But I am following like anything from past 4 days. Each and every time he spoke to me like he is crying. If you can’t handle the installation process then tell the customer clearly that do it from outside and all the claims process can be taken care from your side. Sales people behaviour is different after the sales.

I purchased an AC from the patra electronic... They assured me tongive the AC with the stabiliser.... But at the end moment means after the billing and loading in the Autobthey refused to give tge stabiliser and told me that stabiliser is unavailable but at that moment they billed to another man at the cost of 7000....On the next day when I asked aboutvthe stabiliser their answer was same... Means unavailable.... But at the same time they sold to another man in front of me....What type of behavior is this? After an hour of argument they billed me an stabilizer at the cost of 7200....They are very hurry how to deduct the amount from the credit card.... But no responsible for their commitment... Nasty behaviour and nasty politics has been happening in this shop.
